@bowyerp @HSBC_UK My children have HSBC accounts but found it impossible to get online (with all the stages checks etc etc) and given up so move to @LloydsBank so maybe HSBC don't what Reading customers at all online or in branch.

@ThatCarterBlunt Called the customer and credit card hotlines last night and got through to both in a couple minutes. That led me to ring the fraud hotline and I waited *40* minutes for a reply. @LloydsBank either have a borked fraud detection algorithm, or they're coming under sustained attack.

@LloydsBank Trying to book a taxi using @Gett. Register my credit card with the app, get a message from Lloyds with a code to confirm it's me. Enter the code, it all goes through fine. But when I try to actually book a cab 'there's a problem with my credit card'.

@LloydsBank I’ve no idea I don’t carry a desktop or laptop PC on me. It doesn’t matter if I’m on 4G or wifi. It’s a lucky dip as to whether it’ll work more often than not I get error messages.

@LloydsBank How about raising interest rates. I've removed half my savings from Lloyds and will be removing the rest tomorrow. Better rates elsewhere and appalling customer service. Twice promised a call back, not had any.

@LloydsBank No one has been in touch. I logged a claim. Claims manager said call me anytime. Just rang and he’s no longer dealing with my case. Forms I was promised by him 7 days ago to access my account have not appeared
