@NatWest_Help Your chat bot is a joke and your call back service calls me back, asks me if I’m ready to speak to someone then puts me on hold for over 16 minutes. Seriously thinking of moving my account to @LloydsBank after 30 years as a Nat West customer. Rubbish service.

@LloydsBank @SportsTraderMG You're just promoting and prolonging the fear by keeping masks. They are ineffective at stopping the spread of respitory viruses, plus uncomfortable and unhealthy for people to wear for a full working day. Plus they damage communication. You're not helping to keep anyone safe.
