    @LloydsBank I'm still having issues with the app. It won't read my fingerprint when paying someone new. I have to pay someone for fixing a toilet. I have shown him the issue; so he has seen it.

    @LloydsBank I’ve been with Lloyds nearly 53years and it’s absolutely rubbish now. No local branch, app not reliable, nobody knows who you are anymore. Trying to sort anything out is impossible.
