@DrDavidPrice @LloydsBank My problem with Nat West - whom I've been with since I started work in October 1966 is that, other than calling in to a local branch, if you need to speak to them (ie have a live conversation) it's virtually impossible to get hold of a live human on the phone. Hopeless service.

@LloydsBank so I drove 14 miles to your Huddersfield branch as the local branch is closed to return currency bought from lloyds, yet when I try to return it you have refused. Appalling service.

8 days later, company bank account still blocked, can’t pay any suppliers 8 days! @LloydsBank you are a disgrace. Customer service non existent. 7,500 vulnerable people struggling to get their medicine because we can’t pay suppliers. ‘Know your customer’!! Wow not for long
