@LloydsBank It's my daughter's account. Banking app webchat confirmed that she hadn't been called about fraud by Lloyds, her account is secure, and told her not to answer the calls and to block the number.

@LloydsBank I think they have sorted the money out but still can't get access to my online account. Last call was most helpful re the card but when transferred me to get the online sorted I was faced with a 40 min wait. I'm unwell and can't face a further long wait on phone yet.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I had never banked with anyone else until this summer. Their dire customer service caused me to switch. I can’t believe how bad they have become.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Appalling. From a customer service perspective our financial services company are in crisis. Nobody seems to give good service any longer. @TheFCA
