@LloydsBank Hi Delina, thank you for replying. I would never ever go near any link in any message, text or email, so no. I saw an email gmail should have picked up, which said money had been debited from my account. It was blank, huge red flags @gmail went to login as usual on lloyds website

@LloydsBank Hi Courtney, thanks for your reply. Needed better communication where a genuine person knows to check text messages if payment doesn't go through. So arbitrary. Customers eliminate incorrect number, re-reading slowly, writing number down, reading back. They check receipts.

@LloydsBank I have now tried 5 times to login to my account on the website as have done for years and got blank screen, error or page no longer exists. I really hope you're not pulling carpet from under customers feet? Accessibility, diversity and inclusivity are being ignored

@LloydsBank I tried that and it just says call failed. I’m just trying to transfer some money and it seemed to be working. Now I can’t even log on to see what’s happening.

@LloydsBank I can’t access anything online for our dollar account - you don’t let us do that. Someone did answer after almost 2 hours of me listening to a phone ringing 🥴 Maybe need to check that waiting time out … thanks for responding on here a lot quicker

@LloydsBank Paul I have a serious problem here. I need to transfer some money and instead I’ve been locked out of my own mobile account with no explanation. I should at least get some feedback about what the problem is.

David Elliott (@theromantictrav) reported
@LloydsBank No I’m not in UK. I have the funds in my Lloyds current account in UK and want to transfer them to an international account. I’ve instead had my mobile login suspended.

@LloydsBank I live in South Africa… When I log in to internet banking I can log in but then cannot access my account as ‘there is a problem’. When I call, which is expensive from South Africa, the bot asks for the 3 digit number on the back of my card, I DO NOT HAVE A CARD Help!

Mike (@Mikeypoodle) reported
@LloydsBank The guy who dealt with me tried blaming the shoddy service from your automated calling service on inadequate levels of staffing and also said that someone ‘may’ call me regarding my complaint. Great levels of customer loyalty and retention I see… Inexcusable.

@LloydsBank Not only that, the person who I spoke to lodge the complaint wanted my card and account details. I thought banks never asked for this information over the phone? Obviously they do… I must admit, your customer service has gone down off the cliff edge. Am not impressed.
