    Thanks @LloydsBank for your advice when I called and asked if you had an interest free savings account option and you bluntly said no. I then asked how can you help me in this regard and you said go to another bank. Anyway thanks for your advice I did!

    Hi @LloydsBank I've tried to use my debit card at a pay at pump petrol station a couple of times & it never allows the transaction even though there's always money in the account...what would be the reason for this? Does having a basic account cause the issue? Thanks

    @nadinematheson @LloydsBank I can log on but it's very slow. Shows account details ok. The problem is with transfers. Once the continue icon is pressed, it greys out and there's an error message about a glitch, followed by an error message stating technical problems and to try again later.

    @LloydsBank Your online banking service is having issues this morning. Very slow to login. Cannot transfer money (no error, just times out). Account information and transactions sometimes not loading reliably.
