Dear @LloydsBank, you are asking me to update my telephone number for online banking, yet YOU DO NOT have British Virgin Islands country code in your drop down list while you have US VI! And you are not accepting my BVI number starting +1 284 ... .... as a valid number!

@LloydsBank I’ve tried clearing cache, tried chrome, safari and Firefox. Same problem every time 🙄 when I phone I just get passed around and have to explain the entire situation to every person, and confirm what I’ve tried. Only to start again and no one can help. 1/2

Losing the plot. @AXA @TSB @LloydsBank all seem to think COVID is a good reason to keep people on hold for hours. At the end of the third call I still don't know who to talk to. Customer service has gone (down) to another level. Have a nice day
