    @LloydsBank Not really. I know I’ll get an update. I was asking why when rates move up the change is always slower than when they move down.

    @LloydsBank ..and no he didn't complete my request. Despite my asking if I would be quicker doing it myself through online banking, he ignored me and put me on hold for ages before returning to the call to say I had to do it online. Disappointing service @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank Ok, to repeat, EVERY time I phone, I’m told there’s a minimum of an hour queue for the fraud department. Each time, I wait on hold and at around 45-50 minutes into this, the line is cut and I have to start again. It means your ‘service’ is unusable and useless
