    @LloydsBank Just spent an hour trying to register for online banking. Your website says logon detail set up and ring to confirm. When we ring, your automated message says no logon details are set up and to register online. This could go on all night!

    Anybody else feel that @LloydsBank has had its day. Been a customer for 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card after mine was blocked due to suspicious activity. Their online chat system is crap, not interested in finding solutions. Time to move I think.

    Changed over to @LloydsBank yesterday only to find its not working this morning. Not a good start .Any idea when it will be fixed ? @HalifaxBank

    @LloydsBank @_TomK95 They dont tell you that the Message 24/7 service is useless. I used it... got an agent who asked about my issue, I typed it... nothing back for SIX hours, not even acknowledging you typed even a single letter.

    @LloydsBank first credit card stops working on Apple Pay, on complaining CSE manipulates and blocks my well working online account without informing me, leave alone providing any valid reason!
