@LloydsBank how come, with your black horse finance they have to send out a massive stack of paperwork for me to sign and send back that takes 7-10 working days? They could literally email it, I could e-sign it and send it back in MINUTES.... The wasted man hours is ridiculous

@LloydsBank @KayleighBlaker It’s not just internet banking, can’t access money via cash machines either according to a lot of other comments on here, can’t use card at all

Just a heads up re: @LloydsBank - their online systems are currently down (including mobile banking) and apparently money cannot be accessed from ATMs. I just thought I’d let you know because Lloyds aren’t saying a word about it.
