@LloydsBank @HalifaxBank I’m having problems with Open Banking on both apps. It connects with another banking app but when it returns to your apps it freezes for a few seconds and then crashes. Tried restarting / reinstalling on Wi-Fi and 4G

@emchi @LloydsBank It boggles my mind how some banks are still operating like it's the early 90s. I had the same issue with changing my name with Nationwide - had to go in branch. I was just able to send screengrabs in Monzo!

@LizKershawDJ @santanderuk The branch of @LloydsBank I used for 40+years closed in December 22.A review giving the reasons for closure was available, along with how we can go on line an all the other digital aids being offered. Profit before personal service. They'll stop feeding their black horses next

@Venus1947 @LloydsBank Took me almost a year after being marooned in Thailand with COVID to actually close ALL my accounts & join a Bank that cares.The idiots without empathy seem to believe anyone anywhere can just find a Post Office, or a Law Office or anything that they have access to within a mile?

@LloydsBank Yes I filled out the application online but when I clicked complete, the error message appeared. Then I received an email anyway and once I clicked on the link to provide ID online the same error message occurs.
