@LloydsBank I was not abusive-I’m raising this an error on your part.The lady I was speaking with said she would transfer me to the correct dept, cut me off upon transfer and then i received this message. I’d barely even spoken to her- she just listened to my issue-said I needed a diff dept

@LloydsBank Absolutely disgusting....1 hr 40 minutes to speak to a claims advisor. Both bank accounts will be moved by the end of the week. One customer going won't hurt I guess but twitter will do its magic.

@LloydsBank read your site to work out your debit card fees in Europe. It says 2.99%. Does that mean I am charged +2.99% on every transaction?

@LloydsBank Not sure what is freezing, but no button on the mobile screen works whilst it says it wants to send me a text for verification, I get no texts and have to close down the payment and abandon the purchase

@LloydsBank Not content helping hound my dad into an early grave with unaffordable debt, now your bereavement team don't have the common decency to pick up a phone and leave a call centre on the other side of the world to say they refuse to help.

@LloydsBank 1st call to the claim No 59 mins queuing, call cut itself off. 30 minute call to you CS who gave up trying to put me through as the selection on the automated bit wasn't working. 2nd call to the claim line 1hr 30 and still waiting.

@LloydsBank Hi Sophie, The account is no longer in my Dad’s name so the bereavement team will not help now. But my Mum is grieving and doesn’t need all this hassle hence why she gave permission for me to speak.
