Kerrie (@WF2K_) reported@LloydsBank What an awful bank, their team on here is as much use as a chocolate teapot, they've been told multiple times that I can't use the phone or go into a branch but still they keep suggesting it. I won't be responding to anymore of their messages.

I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday after waiting at least 35 minutes, and I’ve also spent considerable time using the online messaging service. Unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

christabel (@christo_money) reported@LloydsBank It’s frustrating I just found out I lost my card I can’t log in to block it, also my money is there I’m at the station trying to book a taxi and the app is not opening what is this and I have deleted and tried logging in again. This issue is leaving me stranded
