@LloydsBank Spent 2 hours on 5 calls today and still failed to get security block removed. All calls dropped while on hold Block applied as I tried to pay for friend and her daughter escape from Lviv to Poland.

@LloydsBank Can you explain how not having any working ATM's at night in Ealing is "always by my side". Slogans are cheap actual services costs. Pathetic.

@RhiannaFord I dont know if you're in the UK, but you can go to any @PostOffice or bank and ask to open an emergency account. This will mean he can't access your cash or social help. @LloydsBank were an incredible help to me. X

I have been using @LloydsBank for over 2yrs and I have never had any down time on their app but @UBAGroup bank app is so so ****** and unreliable. I have not been able to carry on my daily business ! I will be moving my business account to another reliable bank

@LloydsBank I had trouble in online banking, but your staff, John (probably one of many Johns) in switch team on the phone offered great help. Impressively patient & kind carefully considering my issue. Think his support was even superior to service at your branches. Thanks.
