Chris Will Tweet (@ChrisWillTweet) reported@LloydsBank Even after investigation, we only have your word on findings. Can we believe assurances from LBG? Regardless whether they had access or not, I don’t want people seeing my transactions & I don’t want to see theirs. Coupled with the branch closures, you’re not helping yourselves.

Joe💫Lewis (@joelewis_1996) reported@LloydsBank I get it wasn’t a security issue and was down to an internal IT change but it’s still a data breach surely.
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@FreeAndyT @LloydsBank But they take the settings from the app on your phone and apply them to your account. That means when you log in from any PC it doesn't ask for your password. Obviously PCs aren't equipped to check fingerprints or anything so the security is very weak.

Anthony Woods (@antwoods1408) reported@LloydsBank Absolute joke lloyds bank. Spent the last two days on the phone spoke to 3 different departments regarding fraud on my account and debit card. Cut off twice still no access to either of my accounys
-
Honey Bunny (@HoneyBu65587062) reported@DavidWebbTweet @anthslife @LloydsBank That is nothing new. It's been like that for months. You can choose biometric login (face/fingerprint) for faster access on the app, but you will still need to know your password, especially if the device does not recognize your biometrics. But not on laptop
