    @LloydsBank I’m moving all my Lloyds Bank accounts to First Direct. @LloydsBank I had the same trouble with my Lloyds Mastercard, your derisory group allowing out of date credit cards to be used by Microsoft 365, even though I no longer used that service 🤬

    Been with @Wise and @StarlingBank for a good few years, thought i'd try @LloydsBank for a new project and its been awful experience so far - so many emails asking for more info etc - provided then asked for most. No wonder wise/starling/monzo etc won the race with the banks.

    @LloydsBank Your message 24/7 service is useless! Connected to an agent, responded to their question and then…nothing! No way to go back and start again and nobody answering! All for ‘live chat’ progression, but this feels like a massive step back for your customer service!

    Pathetic from @LloydsBank Been with Halifax Bank since 1972 made mistake of Transferring Apps from Halifax to Lloyds at 3pm today, supposed to be seamless, far from it, 4hrs trying to get access to Bank Accounts, stressful nightmare & wont be staying with you 🤬

    @LloydsBank I can't use online banking because (despite a text asking me to) I can't log in. Halifax/Lloyds websites don't recognise me.

    @LloydsBank Yes, I just lost money transferred from another bank. It just didn't reach my Lloyds account. The problem is the payment I need it for, should go now. Will you compensate for any additional cost this may incur?

    @Ms_Hazel_Eyez_ @LloydsBank No issues here... LBG are the best... Go to Monzo and see how fooked off you get with their services, not to mention if money disappears good luck in getting it back...
