    @RhonPiquering Lloyds. Can't phone them, it's chat function and I have told them 4 times I will not be providing further ID. They don't listen. Anyway they have just lost a customer. Are you listening @LloydsBank ?

    @LloydsBank That is the whole point, you are not getting that I am unable to login and to complain as well I have to login. I called thrice to your support and everytime I have been told different things. You people are really living in stoneage. Same thing @HSBC_UK updates in 20 sec

    @LloydsBank Absolute joke of a bank. Writes a statement saying fixed but it's clearly not. Clearly your priorities are to debank people and not run a service that works every now and then. Will be leaving soon because this is happening all the time now.

    A disgraceful service from @LloydsBank new credit card blocked on first use abroad. Online chat a waster of time. Called and transferred twice before a 40 minute- wait-time automated message.
