    @LloydsBank app crashed whilst transferring apps Halifax to Lloyds, nightmare Continued trying, for some reason you asked me to phone you, did so, automated, you asked me to enter numbers shown on screen, there were no numbers, now having to wait for a letter from you to access our cash 🀬

    @LloydsBank I can't use online banking because (despite a text asking me to) I can't log in. Halifax/Lloyds websites don't recognise me.
