    @LloydsBank I’ve only just opened an account with you and paid money into it before realising I can’t pay my credit card off from it yet. So had to make a few transactions back out of it to my other account and now online login suspended! How can I access my account again ASAP?

    @LloydsBank Hi you did a payment in error form for me for £1029.16/confirmed it is an NS &I account but not the tax free childcare one I intended. I had 1 wrong no on the sort code (72 instead of 71). Is it fraud if @hrmccustomers are telling me on here it isn't to do with them?

    @LloydsBank Unless you close the local branch without adequate notice leaving, amongst others, my 83 yr old mum without a bank. And telephone banking claims not to recognise her account. A customer of over 60 years. Soon to be ex-customer

    @LloydsBank Same message on mobile and laptop. Will try to get it logged but not easy- wondered if a known issue and you are actually working on it… ok will try the 1st number again
