@LloydsBank The outcome of the first was 'sorry, we made a mistake, but it's fixed... here's £50 compensation'. Only, it hasn't been fixed. Customer service can't fix it and fraud are too busy to answer the phone.

@LloydsBank I made a complaint the previous night. I tried to call back the following morning as it took 1.5 hours in branch then another 35 min phone call but each time the call got cut off so I gave up. Disgraceful service

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying to phone for days now and each time I am on the line for 45 minutes and I can’t get through. I’m abroad and cant make certain transactions I need to make because the fraud team have put a block on my card. Please can you get someone to contact me 😡

@LloydsBank Hi, so I have been trying to pay from cash app or try and get cash from an ATM as I can’t bank transfer it over here and it’s getting me to verify in the app and still declining. I’ve been calling the customer number for abroad +44 1733 232030
