    @LloydsBank Not only that, the person who I spoke to lodge the complaint wanted my card and account details. I thought banks never asked for this information over the phone? Obviously they do… I must admit, your customer service has gone down off the cliff edge. Am not impressed.

    Great start with @LloydsBank - switched to you 2 weeks ago and have since found there’s a “technical glitch” delaying the switch. Try to call and discuss it with someone and I’m met with an automated message which just terminates the call? 🙄

    @LloydsBank I can’t access anything online for our dollar account - you don’t let us do that. Someone did answer after almost 2 hours of me listening to a phone ringing 🥴 Maybe need to check that waiting time out … thanks for responding on here a lot quicker

    @LloydsBank Paul I have a serious problem here. I need to transfer some money and instead I’ve been locked out of my own mobile account with no explanation. I should at least get some feedback about what the problem is.

    @LloydsBank @theromantictrav It really feels bad how your account has been suspended I had same issue not until I was recommended to @Lanpartylife and he got it fixed today hit him up and be happy again

    @ft_content @LloydsBankBiz Maybe @LloydsBank can start with themselves and accelerate divestment from fossil fuels and review lending and banking practices to only support truly sustainable businesses. They are in the position to make change happen if they actually want change.
