    @LloydsBank If they had access to a landline they would have called you! They’re on a remote island ,no immediate neighbours in a beach hut, contract mobile was stolen , only an old PAYG mobile with no calling credit. No cards or cash…. All they want is an email address to message you

    @fesshole Anybody else feeling @LloydsBank isn’t worth staying with ? Customer for over 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card from them after they blocked mine due to sus activity. Their online chat is completely useless. Time to move I think.

    @LloydsBank 2years ago my sister in law passed away, she was nominee for mam in law, my husband now nominee we can’t get to see anyone who can help change over. 6 appointments later numerous phone calls, 2 years stuck here you’ve now blocked her bank we can’t pay carehome HELP

    Absolutely ridiculous @LloydsBank …now my daughter has turned 16 and without notification you’ve removed the parent’s access from the account. As I have money in that account, it won’t allow me to transfer that money out. The staff in branch, no idea either! At least warn us! 🙄

    @LloydsBank I've tried absolutely everything multiple times even contacted online banking even they couldn't help, made a complaint, heard nothing back at all from them, just really fed up
