    @BBCNews @OctopusEnergy speaks volumes for your customer service, well done. Not surprised @LloydsBank Liscard Branch is cold, robotic, abrupt, rude and constantly trying to sell products that yuh don’t want. Every time you go into branch you’re harassed to book a review🙄

    @LloydsBank Yes, more than once. Have also spoken with your call centres in Newport and somewhere in the midlands. I asked for the branch manager to contact me. Silence. So I rang Madhu on 7 June; she was unable to provide any info about the issue. I suggested we close the sole account.

    @LloydsBank We both have busy working weeks so being both llodys customers I thought this would be an easy fix but it has taken an age and a lot of hassle I just need a number for the sheffield high street branch so I can arrange an appointmnet

    Traditional banks are dead to me. In a branch filling in forms for the 3rd time to get access to a saving account that @LloydsBank locked me out of when I switched to @StarlingBank over a year ago. Forms. Branches. “I’ll just ask the manager”...dead.

    @LloydsBank Surely it’s part of her role to seek and offer solutions to problems, especially when it’s the bank’s fault. Will contact the ombudsman.

    @LloydsBank I did in deed. No great secret.but currently I have £1700 available om my credit card. Tried Apple Pay, contactless and chip and 3 times all declined. Young girl @marksandspencer Maidstone said had similar issues with other customers so we tried another machine. Result? The same.

    @LloydsBank how long should it take to change a sole account to a joint account? We’ve been waiting over 4 weeks now - apparently due to a technical issue which no one has been able to resolve! Not a happy customer 😢

    @LloydsBank One of the things many people lament about moving society online is the personal touch. Sacking someone for bothing to help a visually impaired customer suggests a very misguided application of policies. #timetochangebanks?
