Mike (@Mikeypoodle) reported@LloydsBank I really do feel like I am being treated as a fob off by your bank. Why did you use the term ‘if’, it SHOULD have been logged, although, I won’t be surprised if it goes missing like Lloyds Bank’s once brilliant customer service went missing.

Matthew Sterritt (@MatthewSterritt) reported@LloydsBank Hi. I haven’t received any emails. I tried to go back but the site warned me not to.
-
Gary Morton (@iammorty) reported36 mins waiting for @LloydsBank to answer a call. Gave up in the end. Maybe thats what they want... Shambolic (non) service

Mike (@Mikeypoodle) reported@LloydsBank Not only that, the person who I spoke to lodge the complaint wanted my card and account details. I thought banks never asked for this information over the phone? Obviously they do… I must admit, your customer service has gone down off the cliff edge. Am not impressed.

Alexia Parsons (@alexiacparsons) reported@LloydsBank I’m due a refund on a Lloyds closed credit card. Tried internet banking but that doesn’t work as acct is closed. Tried calling you guys, got transferred about and then hung up on. Any chance someone can help me get my money back?!

Mike (@Mikeypoodle) reported@LloydsBank The guy who dealt with me tried blaming the shoddy service from your automated calling service on inadequate levels of staffing and also said that someone ‘may’ call me regarding my complaint. Great levels of customer loyalty and retention I see… Inexcusable.

David Elliott (@theromantictrav) reported@LloydsBank Regardless of the problem, I’d have at least expected a text or email to say that someone was trying to take money from my account, if this was not you, etc. You seem to assume it’s a fraudster rather than a customer with difficulties. No feedback at all.

Mike (@Mikeypoodle) reported@LloydsBank Appreciate your phone line is busy, after spending 5 minutes in the queue for your fraud department, your automated service disconnected my call. Sort it out please!
