    Hi @LloydsBank, your customer helpline number 0345 302 7486, posted on the personal banking website, does not work. It is kaput. I found another number on my card. I think this is something you would want to remedy .

    @LloydsBank Is there some android app problem currently going on that isn't coming up on search results? 3rd time today that my phone has been "de-registered".

    @LloydsBank I haven't made any changes on my phone. Can't log on now. I enter my user ID and password and it returns a screen saying I've been logged off with an error code of 9300102 and telling me to use the mobile site.

    @LloydsBank Why does my dad receive WhatsApp calls when verification is needed? This is a issue because one cannot key in a code and most of the time the voice option doesn’t accept the verbal code. I am also a Lloyds customer and have not experienced this at all. Please help!

    @LloydsBank I've done that three times today and it keeps happening, tell your tech department to check your app and run some tests as I've had to factory reset my phone today and I am not doing that again. This is an issue at your end I'm afraid. I'm well versed in tech and your apps broken

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank How to get them to provide a proper service though ? It's not just the bank it's so many companies now, no human responses since the whole plandemic started .

    @LloydsBank Yep. The app has worked fine for months. Opened this morning and wouldn't offer fingerprint verification. Went through the ridmarole to register device and all worked as usual. Same thing this afternoon and again this evening, but haven't attempted to login since it booted me
