    @LloydsBank is it common practice that you train staff in your branches to lie? I am away in the south and f England but I have left my savings card up north, I went into branch with my driver’s license like I have a few times while I’ve been down here!

    @LloydsBank The instructions for auth call explicitly say to wait 20s then enter the number. Except it’s longer than 20s and has been for forever. If you enter the number “early” then it errors and you get one go then you get locked out. If it’s 30s (or whatever) then just say that!

    @LloydsBank would rather offer 75 pounds comp for leaving a 11 year long customer stranded with no means to get to work, food or water due to their error but happy to fork out hundreds for a Ombudsman review. worst customer service ever. left in the dirt then treated like dirt,🤬

    @LloydsBank Hello. So don't know what is up but cannot pay someone new. It stated there is a security issue. I've tried using the app as well and that is stating trying again later! Do NOT dare patronise me with asking if the cache has been cleared etc....
