@DrHannahBB @LloydsBank A lot of banks really aren't accessible to Deaf people at all and often have the worst attitudes imo. I could write a thesis on the issues with banking as a Deaf person, but this doesn't surprise me that they would suggest this/would be their policy, tbh!

@LloydsBank have you ever come across a church before? Trying to open a Treasurer's account, asked to prove the "trading address". We do not have one, we do not trade. Held an account for many years, no problem. Written complaint to follow.

Hello @LloydsBank I’ve been trying to talk to an advisor for over 30 mins, but every time the answer machine tells me that no one is able to help. It is an urgent matter and I must speak with an advisor very soon.

@LloydsBank just spent best part of An hour trying to log onto my lloyds account. Only wanted to check mortgage details. After 3 one time codes blah blah....I get to "this site cannot be reached." I despair .My partner is also trying as hes a joint holder. NO LUCK so far
