Amaia Crystal (@AmaiaCrystal) reported@LloydsBank is a ******* joke, I have multiple agents telling me im using a card that doesn’t exist, im literally holding the card im trying to use, its in my hands, but no, to hard to comprehend and doesn’t warrant security concerns that your system thinks im using a card that literally doesn’t exist, as im trying to use my actual card. Idk how more plainly i can type it, your support is ******* ***.

Horrendous service if not sorted out today I'll be moving my banking elsewhere had enough now
