    @rhiannaash @batch_2001 @LloydsBank I raised an internal ticket for this, there's a known issue with making open banking connections on Android. Quite why this news isn't in the know of the support team I really don't know

    Been on the phone for over an hour with @LloydsBank and they can't provide me with my credit card number for my own card, nor can they issue me a replacement or confirm that they have any record of it even though I am looking at it right now on my statement. #poorcustomerservice

    @LloydsBank ...and implementing u2f security key ,(like Yubikey or Solo Tap), would make it even more secure! Why don't you allow customers to use the strongest available weapon against phishing? I would like to think you care about customer's security, don't you @LloydsBank ?

    @LloydsBank absolutely appalled that after nearly an hour and 4 calls I still can’t speak with the premier banking Team. I pay for a service and have done for 20 years,simply not good enough!! #ripoff #premierbankingscam!

Janie - I'm a bit jealous of your 28 mins; personal acct. has been locked for 2 weeks now; today have been on for over 2 hours now, been hung up on once already! Terrible bank.

    @LBGplc @LloydsBank I worry it might be unhelpful in papering over a huge problem in affordability of online access and #DigitalPoverty - lumping people with gigafast broadband in with people with 500mb p/m of unreliable 3g/4g carries a large risk of complacency of the scale of need. 2/2

    @LloydsBank - can't find info on safe deposit boxes on your website - before being cut off in error speaking to customer services found out boxes in Oxford St branch and can transfer securely from local branch but what is cost and how do you go about it?

    @LloydsBank Do you know how demeaning it is thinking I’ll just text or email a lady and think she can help? Will she pay my bills? Will she get my food shopping? I have BPD, bi polar and depression. You don’t understand how this can send someone over the edge.
