    @LloydsBank Am I making sense here? you’re closing the Halifax app down … I’m moving to Lloyds so if it’s staying in the Halifax app which is closing, how do I manage it?

    @LloydsBank Been unable to make any online payments since moving over to Lloyd's app from the Halifax. all i get when i call is they can't see any blocks or issues on my account so unable to help! Horrendous service if not sorted out today I'll be moving my banking elsewhere had enough now

    @LloydsBank app crashed whilst transferring apps Halifax to Lloyds, nightmare Continued trying, for some reason you asked me to phone you, did so, automated, you asked me to enter numbers shown on screen, there were no numbers, now having to wait for a letter from you to access our cash 🤬

    @petespoors @LloydsBank Thanks Pete, as a work around at the minute I have to attempt to login on the Lloyds app, then once that fails open the Halifax app, wait for that app to come to the "You've moved to Lloyds" message, follow that link to Lloyds and login again.. Far from ideal!

    Can't believe @LloydsBank dire customer service. Been a customer for over 40 years and was told I couldn't open an account in their main branch. Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI

    @claretbubbles @LloydsBank Notifications still not appearing, despite notifications being switched on both on the phone and in the app. But can access now where couldn't before.
