@BaalambL @LloydsBank Not only Lloyds, I had similar problem. Stupidly brought my utility bill (joint name) & council tax invoice(joint names), but they were with different names printed (I have a triple last name), so had to run around. Sorted out easily - brought a SoA from another bank. Try this.

@LloydsBank Is mobile banking having a melt down? Can’t set up a payee. Can’t view payees. Keep on getting told to “try again later”

@LloydsBank Hi. Is there an issue with the mobile banking app? My app does not seem to be loading at all. Just stuck on the authenticating device page, and nothing more.

@LloydsBank I'm more concerned about banks appearing to think that once they have our funds in their 'care' that money is no longer that of the 'customer' & has now become an asset of that business, which means they can control customer access? AKA stealing customer's money? #MyBackSide

@agrindrod1 @LloydsBank I can’t even set up an online Oyster top up for £20 with the card. I think I have now wasted 3.5hours on the phone. It’s the most impenetrable system ever. Currently on phone call 7 or 8 and still nobody can help

@IslaFraser14 @LloydsBank Tbf this is atrocious from Lloyd’s. They have recently been blocking my payments just as I have been in a different part of the country (UK) despite putting my pin in they proceeded to block most contactless transactions for a month
