    @LloydsBank Your iOS app is incredibly slow. Ages to log on, then you make it worse by popping something up to interrupt me. If you can't improve the slow logon, please don't make it worse by interrupting me to display me some feature I just have to see. Send an email instead.

    I have been forced to change app from @HalifaxBank to @LloydsBank Can't log in to transfer funds and am now overdrawn. Will I get charged? I've been trying all day and the app is down.

    . @LloydsBank Your website sends a text code to confirm a change, great except there is nowhere to enter the code because the page doesn't move on. If you try again it decides it is going to post a letter, yes in 2026.

    @LloydsBank have checked the dm. my query has not been fully addressed to my satisfaction and the problem still persists. please resolve the queries addressed properly and concisely.

    @awkwardtired12 @LloydsBank It’s ridiculous. Halifax didn’t have too many issues. Now I’m forced to use Lloyds and this is my first reaction of this app. It’s shocking.
