    @LloydsBank been on hold for an hour and a half trying to get through to the fraud team. This is disgraceful service and makes me want to move bank ASAP.

    @LloydsBank No, they don't automatically delete. I deleted them today to see if it improved the situation, but it made it worse, as when I logged in to my Chromebook the usual webpage that offers to save the device wasn't there so now I have to verify the device by phone every time I log in.

    @BrynnyPoohs @LloydsBank NatWest, their app constantly gets voted best around. Been with them since birth, never had any major problems with them. I’ve also got an online account with starling and I’ve had no problems with them either.

    @LloydsBank Hi Adelina I spoke to customer service a couple of days ago and they’ve said there was a block in my card and it would be sorted in 30 mins. I’ve just tried to make another payment and it’s been declined.
