  @LloydsBank customer helpline 0345 030 6270 saying wait time at 102 minutes. Absolutely unacceptably poor customer service. Company credit card about to get moved, you are losing business guaranteed!

  @AndrewM54363806 @LloydsBank The problem is everytime I message and call I get asked to go through the sane procedures I've done constantly. It's very tedious and frustrating they are like robots not listening to what they are bieng told and don't wNt to admit they have a problem. I know many people now

  @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

  @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

  @LloydsBank Your online system for opening an ISA account is not working. I’ve tried to open an account for last 24 hours online and just spent an hour on phone trying to do it. Maybe it’s time for me to switch banks if you can’t do the basics anymore.

  Thank you @LloydsBank for your help today after I had a very embarrassing, stupid moment this afternoon which resulted in me becoming a victim of fraud (someone called me pretending to be Lloyds). Man on the phone had my account sorted and money back into my account within half an hour and a new bank card in the post. 10/10 customer service thank you & I will never be so stupid ever again

  @LloydsBank won’t go into too much detail, just been into Swindon branch (not my normal branch) for some help & advise with an upcoming LPA. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.
