All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

Jo (@JoMusician) reported@LloydsBank I have uninstalled and re-installed 3 times. I can log in via a laptop but not on phone. Yes, app up to date. Been 1 1/2 hours talking to Lloyds tech people. They have not yet solved it.
