    @LloydsBank I've tried completely recovering the OS twice, have reinstalled the app multiple times. The play store is saying it's certified and root apps are saying not rooted. The manufacturer is refusing to accept responsibility now, so hoping you can help so I can go back to them.

    @LloydsBank This is the sixth time in the past month that I’ve been unable to use the app to log in. This is completely unacceptable for a banking service, particularly when customers rely on consistent access to manage their finances.
