@LloydsBank please message me please ref my account.I cant buy any Xmas presents due to your issues online and called customer services spoke to adviser assured nothing was wrong and moved me into a 50 Minute que. BTW i can source me a Xbox series X as it declined not happy 😡

@LloydsBank I made an order through very but the order didn’t go through. I messaged their customer service about it and they said the payment won’t go through as there was a payment error, however the payment is still in the pending section of my bank account, can i get this payment back?
