    So my bank @LloydsBank has 3 members of staff standing around trying to force people to use the automated machines which are all down my I add, yet none of them go back behind the kiosk to open up more registers, make it make sense

    @Dannyh3xz @LloydsBank I have a NatWest one too but I haven’t used it in years, need to get a card for it I think. Lloyds is down every other day now though. Only got them as branch near my house but it’s closed now anyway.

    @LloydsBank just joined and been sent details to access my online account and keep getting the message - logged out, please try again. I’m just trying to activate! Wondering if it’s worth having an account with you if I can’t even get past the first hurdle.

    @awkwardtired12 @LloydsBank It’s ridiculous. Halifax didn’t have too many issues. Now I’m forced to use Lloyds and this is my first reaction of this app. It’s shocking.

    @LloydsBank live chat/support - 59 minutes and 2 messages responded to. Not only do you regularly block payments, you make us jump through hoops to get access to our own money and your support is painful!
