I’ve had enough of @Klarna and @LloydsBank lack of support to simply send a email to one another to sort out a simple issue.!!! Months of me chasing up phoning, emailing, live chats the whole lot and absolutely NOTHING getting solved.! Still not heard back from my complaint.!

@LloydsBank I wasn’t happy paying for a phone call for you to make the notes as I was asked if I could hold for a couple of minutes. I said I didn’t think it would take a couple of minutes to make a note that the App wasn’t working. He didn’t like me saying that and ended the call

@LloydsBank … swansea branch, 3 checkouts, no one manning them, 4 staff sitting around… being told someone will be with us.. pure laziness or just incapable staff to help serve? Very Badly Managed
