  So @LloydsBank insurance is happy to say to a young female, after an accident, that they can’t help because the office is closed until Monday, even though she has fully comp insurance with them, shameful, they left her stranded with an extra charge for the Police recovery 😡

  @LloydsBank I did try to leave it blank, it wanted a number, I then tried all 0s but again wouldn’t submit. Lloyds obviously have a few issues!

  @LloydsBank It’s just been given to me three hours after I requested help I had to threaten Lloyds with publishing this debacle on here before they even acknowledged me .. I’ve been a customer 40 years disgraceful

  @AndrewM54363806 @LloydsBank They are bloody useless I now know many people with same error. I was promised it would be fixed by Monday morning but it hasn't been and I'm now overseas travelling. I have reinstalled app tried on a brand new phone and still not working. Bad service

  @LloydsBank you are wind up *****- no bank shut down- no virtual ai assistant cant thread a shoe lace- your staff on the phone all gone on a dinner break- worse thing is you contacted me you ***** Simple banking made difficult

  @LloydsBank @Mastercard @prioritypasscom seems BHX is also charging £6 to reserve considering it's advertised as free access! Seems like free isn't actually free

  @LloydsBank Uninstall, re-install (done that 5 times or so now), clear cache, update. All done. Can access account if via website but app not working. Team are puzzled. Last worked 3 weeks ago. been flagged to IT. I can get to where it phones, accepts 4 digit code then crashes.

  Thank you @LloydsBank for your help today after I had a very embarrassing, stupid moment this afternoon which resulted in me becoming a victim of fraud (someone called me pretending to be Lloyds). Man on the phone had my account sorted and money back into my account within half an hour and a new bank card in the post. 10/10 customer service thank you & I will never be so stupid ever again

  Anyone had a bank with BOS and Lloyds are emailing what looks like a fake account wanting information? For you not to respond as it looks fraudulent? So they close your business account down! No one can pay inv & we can not pay staff. Help please @BankofScotland @LloydsBank
