@LloydsBank I’m experiencing an issue completing the E.ON energy deal. When I get to DD details step and I click “Review Details” nothing happens. As a result, I’m unable to complete the application. I have already reported the issue to ApTap.

What is going on, no one can transfer money in or out and on the news wires it's says your system has crashed. How long will you be down for? Your online chat no one is available #frustrating #tryingtorunabusiness @LloydsBank

@robertwlk @RhonPiquering @LloydsBank Strange, I talked to Lloyds about 3 weeks ago after a problem switching to a new phone. Very helpful?

@LloydsBank I think the point we're making is why should your customers have to do the work of contacting companies we may not even remember setting payments up with using MasterCard? You've also impacted the companies that aren't being paid because you switched for no customer benefit.

@LloydsBank can someone please explain why I spent 58 minutes on the phone, taking to four people - then cut off. Call back, wait 45 minutes- lose the will to live. Not a good customer experience 😒

@LloydsBank 35 years of loyalty and then let down by an automated process. Customer service could not explain...and so it's goodnight from me and hello new bank.

@LloydsBank I would very much like to talk to someone as you seem to be ignoring my complaint. I tried to call but seems that because the account is closed I can’t actually talk to someone. I’d love some help

@OpenlyClassist @LloydsBank There are specific reasons why they can do this and aren't allowed to tell the customer e.g. Instruction from NCA
