@LloydsBank First, @LloydsBank refused to send me my card. Now I can't even access my internet banking. The only way to sort this is via phone call. Except they don't answer phone calls cause they're too busy answering phone calls. 🤬

Trying to report a credit card fraud with #lloydsbank and we’ve been on hold for 125 minutes! They’re exceptionally busy allegedly, reality is that only two ppl working the night shift. There has to be a better quicker way to deal with this surely?

@LloydsBank A Credit Score is meaningless and doesn't help at all when you have internal scoring. Maybe explain that secretive process and why a credit score doesn't mean anything?
