    @LloydsBank Not working for me I am waiting for two payments to be paid into my account from another lloyds account seen that the person has made the payment from there account

    @LloydsBank @shopgirl_london Hi Will,without giving me a template answer,can you please quantify "soon"?It's unacceptable that a bank like Lloyds is locking clients out for two days in a row. What's your IT department doing?Two days is a long time to fix an issue.Compensation for any inconvenience caused??

    @LloydsBank just been charge £10 for " cash transaction " without cash ever been exchanged. £10 for one transaction - that is craziness. And the lady on the phone with customers service was so blunt about it all it is shocking. It is just Theft.
