    @LloydsBank 0345 300 0000. Went through the whole process then the message said all the lines were busy so the call couldn’t be answered and was directed to the website.

    @LloydsBank Thanks. This was all opened no problems. As a rule, I like to have two current accounts. One for bills and one for personal. I tried applying for the second one and it decline (it didn’t even do a credit search) - as a brand new customer, does it usually take some time?

    Well @LloydsBank are shutting my bank on the high street down, time to move to a new bank. Served me well over the years but you need banks on the high street. #EpicFail

    @LloydsBank Is anyone else finding it completely impossible to get through to Lloyds customer service numbers at the moment? Considering phoning is what we’re told to do with any problem - they don’t give emails- this is appalling. Totally unacceptable scam

    @LloydsBank What you lose with big retail banks is customer service. It’s non existent. No-one can help. No-one has any overview. All they do is create barriers & obstacles which really hurts SME’s. Being able to pay staff & suppliers is a critical activity. I’ve banked with Lloyds 11yrs.

    @nw_nicholas @LloydsBank Enemy of my enemy..? Think fair to say he brought influence and focus to a problem which has affected too many for too long? Banking should *never* be weaponised at local level.

    @LloydsBank In process of switching to Lloyds, have a query, rang the number given in a text and it offers options “If you’re a Halifax Customer ….. If you’re a RBS customer…”. I’m neither, so no option to actually speak to someone. This is not getting off to a good start.

    @LloydsBank please help! My neighbour (your mortgage customer) is waiting for a signature that was 'promised' long ago to approve the set up a (very small) management company. Personally, I need this to sell my apartment; this unforeseen delay now threatens my sale and purchase.
