Man on the phone had my account sorted and money back into my account within half an hour and a new bank card in the post. 10/10 customer service thank you & I will never be so stupid ever again

Adrian Warner (@adrian_warner) reported@LloydsBank 20 times I tried to open the account your online system said there was a technical error. I was told by your staff that they cannot open these accounts on the phone and it is only possible online. How can I open one if your online doesn’t work?

My credit card is supposed to protect me against fraudsters yet its next to impossible to get you to stop a payment. No contact info online for HUMAN interaction. I NO LONGER TRUST YOU WITH MY MONEY!

After speaking to your fraud squad it turns out that the card was due to expire month end and for some reason a block was added. So they kindly removed it after some checks. Might be worth making it a priority suggestion instead of those given.
