    @LloydsBank for some reason the in app contact Lloyds telephone numbers are not working. I continuously get a ‘call failed’ message. Ringing from a landline Lloyds is always ‘particularly busy’ and it’s suggested I hold for 40 minutes! Can someone pleas get back to me? Thank you.

    @LloydsBank I don't have a login, so tried to set one up, but it says the postcode doesn't match your records. Which is odd, because it is my address (postcode) and it's also on the statement

    @LloydsBank can’t log in. Spent hrs on 3 separate calls (at considerable cost) Last call @ 1hr 43 mins when put on hold, and suddenly find I’ve been put back into Q to speak to someone. Each advisor gives a different story on what issue is, but nobody resolves it. Someone help

    On hold for 90 minutes and counting now as @LloydsBank have put a hold on all my cards. Quite literally unable to purchase food until they answer and resolve the issue.
