    Really, really poor customer serves this morning from @LloydsBank. After a 40 minute call to report fraudulent transactions on my account, nothing has been resolved and I basically have to wait a few days and call back. Absolutely appalling service.

    @LloydsBank The national lottery website seems to have issues with my new card. I’ve checked my details (and re-entered them to be sure) but keeps saying cannot authenticate details. Any ideas?

    @LloydsBank I used my phone & laptop to get access. It said the same thing, and on wifi & data. Closing the app & website didn't do anything, still came up the same. I tried many times. It's got nothing to do with customers devices, the problem was at Lloyds Bank end last night.

    @LloydsBank hopeless service. Approved for new credit card on 1-Dec and still haven’t received it. Can’t even contact Lloyds on email or in the app. Waste of time.
