    @LloydsBank I can't use online banking because (despite a text asking me to) I can't log in. Halifax/Lloyds websites don't recognise me.

    @LloydsBank Absolutely outrageous. I have been trying to make an international payment for 11 days. I have called multiple times and no one has been able to help. You keep telling me to β€œjust keep trying” because, in your words, β€œit’s not glitching all of the time.” Only banks are able to hold on to money that is not theirs, cause the problem themselves and then provide zero useful customer service. This needs to be resolved immediately. #lloyds #lloydsbank #charlienunn
