    @BankofScotland @LloydsBank what a shocking service go in to make a complaint. To be told wait 10-15 mins till they are set up! Why not ready when they open. Send account statements our name another details. Breech of GDPR. Will complain in writing as breach obviously don’t care.

    Hi @LloydsBank it’s disappointing it’s difficult to speak to a person on the phone when you have an issue. The chat is fine but it’s no substitute for actually being able to have a proper conversation with someone. I tried calling and after 20 minutes of being on hold I gave up.

    @LloydsBank can someone please explain why I spent 58 minutes on the phone, taking to four people - then cut off. Call back, wait 45 minutes- lose the will to live. Not a good customer experience 😒

    @LloydsBank This is ridiculous CS. I've waited 35mins to get through to someone to say I'm wrong and pass me over to someone else which is a 3rd party that CANNOT help me. This is a joke as a new customer!

    @LloydsBank Hi! I know there is an ongoing issue with payments but I tried to send a payment today at 2pm and it still has not left my bank. Do you know when this issue will be resolved or if I could try again? Thanks!

    @LloydsBank iv money in my bank but some reason my account got a block and for me to get it unblocked need to go into the branch. But iv been on chat to say im unable to get into to town as in a carer for my disabled son and im looking after my wife. Wish someone will listen
