@LloydsBank My 82 year old Mother had her card eaten by a cashpoint. New card supposedly sent out 27th Jan. Now 7th Feb and still no new card. Relying on support of family members as no branch in town anymore. Mobile branch allows only £100 per fortnight to be withdrawn. 1 of 2

@AdamShawBiz @LloydsBank have just resolved my complaint about them not following their own security procedures in my favour. If more people turned such lapses into official complaints, maybe they’d improve. Unfortunately their response is to pay me money rather than fix the problem.

@LloydsBank please can I have your help. I am travelling and can’t log into my internet banking as it wants to verify with old number I no longer use and exists. I am having troubles being able to call Lloyds as crazy charges. Please how can I log in?
