    @LloydsBank I've called around Wednesday last week to help fix my mobile banking app. They said I will receive a letter with an authorisation code to let me onto the app within 1-2 days. Its now been a week and I've not received anything

    @LloydsBank Yes, my app is up to date as I check and update them daily and after checking, the last update was on 2nd November. This download/pdf issue has happened since this was updated as it was working fine before then.

    @LloydsBank Hello, I’m unable to log on internet banking. This is my first time logging on and after I entered the activation code, it keeps showing “There’s a problem… 9200089: 103: Sorry, we can’t update your settings right now.”
