@LloydsBank It is in relation to my share dealing account. It is the so called tax pack. Speaking to the customer team they said you provide it only for the dividend but not for the earning resulting from buying and selling shares.

@LloydsBank attempted a call to dispute a transaction, was told by the disputes line ‘I can’t help you, you need to fill out an online form’ I do as I’m asked, now get an email asking for the same information I put in the form!! Poor service.

@LloydsBank Overseas right now and lloyds is refusing to work. getting error message 9200089: Sorry we can't confirm if this payment has been successful. I changed password recently. Would rather not make an international call to resolve this, tried to send an email but it was rejected? tf
