@LloydsBank I had a payment sent at 730 this morning from a regular source…still nothing…all lloyds chat tell me is its down to the sender…clearly this is not the case…so frustrated…ruined my weekend

@LloydsBank Have tried ringing your customer help and support line and having managed to get past the automated answering service, I was informed that there would be a 30 minute wait for a representative. We gave up after 35mins.

@LloydsBank Chrome and Firefox yes. I've also had the same issue when logging into the app before as well. I am waiting for someone to get back to me via the apps help function.
