@AskNationwide due to an error that they admitted to, taken substantial amount of money from my @LloydsBank account due to a DD error. This cost me money in fees and @AskNationwide is refusing to refund the error or compensate me for the fees. #evilbank #badservice

@LloydsBank Hi, The 6 free cinema tickets i got for opening an lloyds club account do not work on odeon website. It says the codes are incorrect. They are fue to expire and i was unable to use them this evening. My family was really disappointed. Why are the codes invalid?

@LloydsBank I’m trying to log in via the app but it keeps crashing when I reach the stage where it requires me to quote 4 numbers via a phone call. The phone call never comes through? I have deleted and updated the app and keep getting stuck. Please help!
