    @LloydsBank customer of yours for well over 20 years. Platinum account holder. Now taken 6 attempts to get the right historic bank statements (ongoing). Plus your system can’t get the right county for my address. Shocking.

    @LloydsBank The fact I have to call, from overseas, where you have no local number, no way for you to call me, no way to resolve it over email, no local office to visit, is so disappointing that I'll 100 percent be closing my account (and it's sizeable) once I get access back. Disgraceful.

    @LloydsBank No idea. I must have but there’s no option to change anything unless I put in 3 characters of my mum’s maiden name - which is impossible from a 4 letter name..

    @LloydsBank I’m not in the UK, and can’t log in my Lloyd’s bank app. I made a call last Tuesday to solve this problem, but it has not been solved. Can someone help me?

    Come on @LloydsBank Base Rate is now 0.75% but you're still only giving me 0.01% on my savings! #CatchUp. I know it only changed again earlier but 2 rate changes that haven't been passed down to savers. #WhyBotherToSaveForARainyDay

    @LloydsBank It’s definitely not a storage issue. I recently went through my phone and got rid of a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, so if anything I have *more* storage space now than I had the last time I successfully used the app

    Set up my personal account wıth @LloydsBank after moving to the UK. My debit card hasn't arrived in 2 weeks yet. When I try to reach the customer service it takes ages, and when I finally talk to them, they make things even more compliated. Terrible customer service.
