    @LloydsBank Again I find myself in a position where I’m not happy with the service provided. I sent a response to your dispute team on Tuesday and I’ve not yet had a response. How long do they usually take?

    @theabingdontaxi @LloydsBank I rang at 7:59 and a half this morning and went straight through to a real person, who helped. @lloydsbank. Not enough staff to run competent customer services.

    BIG shoutout to @LloydsBank for changing my surname within 24hrs of showing my marriage certificate! @HalifaxBank were incompetent & lost all copies of my confidential paperwork! You might be part of the same banking group but your customer service is miles apart!

    @nosyparker1 @LloydsBank Try finishing work then get to the bank at 15.10 only to see its closed. OK ring help desk to set up online banking great idea. Sorry because you answered 1 question wrong, go to the bank. BUT I FINISH AT 16.30 the banks CLOSED hole in my bucket dear Lisa😡
