    @LloydsBank Oh ok, I assume once everything calms down you will be re introducing chat again? I’ve only just opened a new account, but to change my DD details with a company I need a statement to prove I own this account. Is there a way to generate one? Thanks.

    @LloydsBank I went on the Lloyds website and put my card number in to activate my credit card ..it did say at the end my card is activated..

    Exasperated at @LloydsBank, whose fraud line didn’t ask for details about the @DPDgroup_news impersonator who took my details - they then said their computer had crashed. Hardly #innovation in #technology if you don’t give your staff the tools they need to help customers…

    @LloydsBank Is a current customer of International Banking account (without a debit card) able to apply local banking service in the UK (with a debit card)? Is it regard as a new customer to local Lloyds Bank?
