Pathetic from @LloydsBank Been with Halifax Bank since 1972 made mistake of Transferring Apps from Halifax to Lloyds at 3pm today, supposed to be seamless, far from it, 4hrs trying to get access to Bank Accounts, stressful nightmare & wont be staying with you 🤬

@LloydsBank what’s the point of your messages within the app. I received a message from a one of your guys, I answered a question and never heard anything back. Like they left the conversation. Since my Halifax credit card has cut over to your app the service has been useless.

@LloydsBank Hi, you’ve not answered my question. Whilst I accept there’s an issue with the app (although feels to me it’s related to the move from Halifax to Lloyds), I was told yesterday I could manage offers in the Web Customer Portal. Where? I don’t see the offers presented 😩

@LloydsBank This isn't a me problem that your helpline colleagues will be able to resolve, its your app and since its consistent across all 3 apps its definitely on your side. I've been with Halifax since 1995 but lining up a switch deal unless this is resolved.

@LloydsBank are there issues with the app where you’re showing other peoples transactions in accounts again?

@LloydsBank - awful Experience today trying to help my mum (84). Your mobile messaging bounced me and deleted my message, and I’ve been holding for your call centre for 20m. All I’m trying to do is order duplicate statements for her. There has to be a better way #epicfail

@awkwardtired12 @LloydsBank It’s ridiculous. Halifax didn’t have too many issues. Now I’m forced to use Lloyds and this is my first reaction of this app. It’s shocking.

@LloydsBank 30 minutes wait for your live chat ‘support’ too, it was them who told me to call. Why can’t I just email you?
