    @LloydsBank I witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen in your Portsmouth branch. A newly unemployed individual needed to open a new bank account for his benefits to be paid into, he previously had an account however for 1 reason or another it was shut down. 1/1

    @LloydsBank I have tried to reinstall the app as well. Nothing is helping. I can use mobile banking but was used to have quick access through the app and it's not working. Any reasons why it could be blocking the access?

    @LloydsBank yes i spoke to the company, i paid using paypal. so i then spoke to paypal, who said it was a mistake, and told me to speak to my bank and when i did i received the worst customer service than from the rest. by a woman named Faith. the purchase was made on the 30th Dec
