    Is the @LloydsBank app down every day of the week? Maybe they could spend some of that AI investment in testing and operational resilience?

    @LloydsBank There are no error messages. I clearly described what's happening. The app doesn't run slowly, it's slow to log on, then you clutter it with popups about your products I might want. You need to realise that people just want to quickly get in and do their banking without delays.

    @LloydsBank @em_nightreader Whilst Lloyds are having these problens ie THEIR problems they should put special measures in place not expect customers to go through normal 'wading through treacle' measures.

    @LloydsBank my 78 year old mother was humiliated in your Accrington branch for asking for help checking a potential scam text message. Complaint is in but calling it out on here so others can see the kind of people you employ. It’s not his first complaint either… appalling !!

    @LloydsBank your app is horrendous. Never an issue with @HalifaxBank app. I may consider moving banks if this is a regular occurrence. Did you Not plan the new additions. Sack the architect

    @LloydsBank Hi, sorry for delayed reply. It's a Halifax mortgage. I called your customer service who assured me the code would come to my own address, so I suspect this is a bug in your registration process? Thanks
