@LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

Disappointing @LloydsBank that, despite being a customer for the last 25 years, I can’t change my account over the phone or online. Now been dragged to a branch with my newborn baby in tow -nearest one is 20 min drive and can’t get an appt. until next week. #21stcentuarybanking

@LloydsBank well what a despicable service. New iPhone and having to reset online banking 🙄🙄. Despite verbally giving and typing passcode the computer says no!!! 7 day wait for a 1 time one in the post!! Time to look for another bank
