@LloydsBank just got an e-mail saying to get in touch if you can help with rising bills in any way. I had a think about it and currently you charge 49% EAR on overdrafts calculated daily. Charging less than this would be extremely helpful for most people. I hope this helps.

@LloydsBank Hey Jimmy 👋 My elderly mum wants to take out a Bank Loan, but she is very hard of hearing and mobility is limiting. Do Lloyds have a service where a Loans person can come to the house to do the paperwork and application?

@LloydsBank After 4 attempts the only person I could speak to was in fraud who couldn't help me. There is money missing from my account due to a lloyds issue, my card is not usable due to a lloyds issue yet there is no help post 8pm at night.
