@LloydsBank any chance you can supply your Bletchley branch a watch as they can’t tell the time, still not open , they have just arrived late and now informed they have issues so may be a while before they open, don’t tell me it’s Covid! Standard excuse 😞

@LloydsBank I have been locked out of my internet banking. Called 3 times. Given all my own personal information, failed security and told to write a letter from Australia to prove that it’s me? Absolute shambles of customer service.

@LloydsBank my elderly motherinlaw had her account blocked. She’s upset incase someone has accessed her money after YOU rang asking questions a scammer would! Your helplines no putting her through to appropriate help! The onus should be on you to prove who you are when you call!

@LloydsBank, British Airways is keep rejecting my card for payment, the flight is in 2days!! What can be the issue?? Could LLOYDS block it? Pls help , no one is picking up from your call centre.

@LloydsBank I have called back a number of times and everytime I get "extremely high call volume". This is clearly not "unexpected". I am now locked out of my bank account and will await a reply to resolve this issue. Unfortunately if this issue is not resolved I will be changing banks

I have now been waiting over 40 minutes to get through to @LloydsBank . More staff required. Customer service is non existent at the mo, except via Twitter where they seem to have oodles of staff.

@LloydsBank what a joke of a company! Just want to speak with someone called and get a message saying we can’t help you right now so try live chat on the app nope tech issues walk to local branch oh shut down does anyone actually work here!
