    @LloydsBank In the past, I have made an unwanted change to my statements just to get past it, then changed it back at a later date. Nowadays, I select "Let Me Choose", then don't make any changes, receive an error message telling me I've made no changes, but am able to click on my accounts.

    @LloydsBank Yes, I do have access to manage his accounts. your colleagues went through various security questions with him and he gave them permission to talk to me on his behalf. They asked me to send over documentation of letters that he had received.

    @LloydsBank Not very HAPPY with my Cheltenham branch after paying in £80 today;yr counter madam gave unhelpful detrimental 'discretion' advice to a colleague serving me about a simple requested Stamp in my PI book.NB I'm not doing online banking! Visiting bank with values/service

    @LloydsBank trying to get help with my emergency breakdown for last 3 days what’s the point of calling it’s an emergency service when it take 3 days and still nothing ! How do I cancel policy without calling and wasting another 45 min wait
