    @LloydsBank how long is it going to take to fix the everyday offers problem, years using the Halifax app and had no issues with the offers now been forced to change to the Lloyds app and they don’t show not a great start

    @drunkensquib @JackMFoster @LloydsBank And now that I’ve swapped I can’t access my Halifax. But it sounds like Lloyd banking group apps are down. I checked their website and there is no update to say service is down

    @LloydsBank I will be going straight to the banking ombudsman , 12 hours trying to sort a fraud issue ! I don’t think My sanity could cope with another Lloyds bank department !

    Absolutely ridiculous @LloydsBank …now my daughter has turned 16 and without notification you’ve removed the parent’s access from the account. As I have money in that account, it won’t allow me to transfer that money out. The staff in branch, no idea either! At least warn us! 🙄
