    @LloydsBank APP down , cant access accounts to check or make any payments , moved across from halifax in last few days , never had issues before .

    @sophb66 @LloydsBank Because it costs them money to send new cards. I’ve just switched the the Lloyds app and today it just errors. I can’t access anything

    @LloydsBank with increased profits at the expense of customers. Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.

    @LloydsBank 'customer feedback is really important to us' well here is some. I was moved from the halifax banking app to lloyds app, it is constantly failing and not allowing me to login. Try to phone you and get a message saying there is over an hour waiting time..Sort it out

    @LloydsBank They can’t get a phone as bank cards stopped, no access to cash either for same reason. Post takes 5 weeks to the island. Will you accept a reverse charge call?
