    Can't believe @LloydsBank dire customer service. Been a customer for over 40 years and was told I couldn't open an account in their main branch. Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI

    @LloydsBank who's idea was it to stop transferring money at a desk? My local branch there's lots of pensioners been waiting well over 30mins to do a simple 5min task. They can't do online banking. They want face to face/help.

    @LloydsBank So much for making banking easier, @LloydsBank. Not only is your app down, but when it is working, I can’t even add my existing debit card to Apple Wallet on my new phone through the Lloyds app — it gets declined and tells me to contact the bank.

    Is there a problem with banking today? I approved transaction for amazon now 5 times but then received an email to say it needs revision. What is going on? @LloydsBank
