    @LloydsBank @Shammoz I spoke to a grumpy guy there this morning, who did remove the block [eventually]. Their system is chaotic and the guy wasnt polite at all.

    Been with @HalifaxBank part of the @LloydsBank group for over 20 years. Got a letter a few ago saying my bank would be closed with no further information. I called and no one could help. Went into branch and the staff supported me to appeal. The appeal has been rejected simply…

    @LloydsBank @creva @LloydsBank is making many decisions that are alienating their once valued customers. Like many big businesses they are putting profits and dividends ahead of customer engagement and customer satisfaction.

    @LloydsBank This is not at all Client friendly and not in keeping with a five 9's service - 99.999 uptime. And why no roll back when the system collapsed ? Poor Customer service, very poor. Do you have an estimate for when systems will be returned to full functionality ?

    5 hours on to customer services at @LloydsBank because they’ve blocked my card and it was suspicious. Obviously not allowed a weekend away now without telling them.
