@TourofBritain @LloydsBank Ugh! WTH? It literally was being shown in the U.S. 20 minutes ago on @YouTube and now it’s not—saying a message that’s it’s not available in my country. This is so frustrating! I want to watch, and support women’s cycling but this is bullocks.

@LloydsBank Unfortunately no, asked if I'd replied to one time passcode messages, messages which I never received, so then suggested phone provider having problems, internet connections, transaction timing out because I took too long etc etc.

@LloydsBank the query was passed to a complaint specialist 30 mins ago, i am trying to call the customer service as your website claims lines are open 8AM to 6 PM but i am not able to connect

@LloydsBank Yes to all. If I am persistent and keep restarting the app and trying it will eventually show my payees. The issue does not happen with any other banking app for other banks.

Anyone else had hugely frustrating experience in using @LloydsBank mortgage services? Seems like the whole service is broken. 5 calls to get nowhere other than try and sell me insurance I don’t need.
