@LloydsBank Covering the front camera to stop Face ID and forcing manual validation through memorable information worked for me! Chase are having similar issues and this was there solution and it seems to work for this too

@LloydsBank Hi,just checked my account on the app and my mortgage payments for the last 2 months have gone up,when the rate went down. It's happened loads of times lately,is there a number I can ring about it ? Thank you 👍👍
