@LloydsBank now hangs up rather than transfer customer service calls from dept to dept. Chat support over the app is no better "nothing I can do - call support" which is pretty insulting after 4.5hrs of hold and incompetnent support.

@LloydsBank First time in about 40years I had a problem with a card, Three times declined fourth time pin blocked. Telephone helpline says go to a cash machine. Excellent No machine near by. Home Early For Me THANK YOU LLOYDS.

Hi @LloydsBank , I'm getting charged £20 every 6 months for a subscription service that I used ages ago, no longer have access to and don't have credentials to cancel. Is this something you can help me with online or do I have to call you to sort out (ques seem v long right now)
