    @LloydsBank Hello, It's a website i used before so trusted them. Made payment for goods &NDD on 8th -so payment has come out.Not received goods and the website has taken all contact details off & also gone on trust polite and it's happend to loads of people in last week.Not been dispatched.

    @LloydsBank I got a new phone yesterday and trying to link it to my app. Have gone through all steps and the call to confirm the number on screen which was successful, then get an error message to call you, but there’s a 40 min wait. Is there a problem at the moment?
