@LloydsBank @TheFCA who is in charge Bereavement Dept, y should be fired. My mother passed away Dec. Her account closed down 12th feb, with monies to go into an acct, later told cheque had been sent out. Told today, still not processed. Need to pay for bills etc😡is not the word

@LloydsBank after everything that has happened during this pandemic, is it really true that people attempting to make home deposits from their bank account have to physically go into a branch to do it? 32 yrs a customer, this might be the straw that breaks me….

@LloydsBank Hi. I need to log into my account to change my phone number, so I can close it. But it needs my phone number to log in, which doesn't make a lot of sense. I can't call because I'm outside UK right now. How do I fix this?
