@LloydsBank I just reset my phone for a repair & now I have to reauthorise all my cards for Google Pay. Is there a way to do this without calling? Your phone service says not to call if it's not an emergency (it's not) & wait times are >30mins

@LloydsBank your customer service team have some absolutely horrible members of staff. unhelpful, condescending and rude after 75 minutes on hold and a simple question. absolutely disgusting, enough for me to close my account with you today 💖

@LloydsBank We can’t access his savings account to get money out or open account to enable him to access because of this. However I discovered that you can apply for a copy of ANYONES birth certificate and no photo. But that’s ok because it’s on the ‘list’.

@LloydsBank Do you have any idea when I can sort out online banking for my 17 yr old plse? Went to branch and told they couldn't help us due to covid. Can't do it online. Surely you want to attract him as a customer as he'll be a student next year and then onto adult life?

@LloydsBank Eventually yes after being spoken to like I was absolutely incapable of understanding. I have made a complaint on your website as I am absolutely mortified after being so kind to her when I got through, just to be spoken over and snapped at.
