@LloydsBank I have been trying to use you switch service to move my banking to my new Lloyds account. On the website when I choose to m9ve to an existing acount to form does not open, the website hangs. On the app, apply, current acount, switching, the next window freezes

@LloydsBank Still problems logging on. Please avoid Lloyds banking group. Many superior alternatives who treat customers better. Leave Lloyds and get more interest on your savings and pay less for your loans. Lloyds exploit customers please beware.

Hello @LloydsBank. I've been recieving a 'technical error' within the banking app for the last 2 weeks (since switching) when transfering between accounts. I have updated & reinstalled to no avail. Is this a known issue? Thanks

@LloydsBank No I cant as I need to speak to someone regarding an ongoing issue. I am calling the number on the encrypted message sent to me. It is beyond a joke over an hour to still not get a reply. THERE DEFINATELY ARE ISSUES

@LloydsBank your branch in Huddersfield is a shambles and a disgrace. Plenty of staff skulking around but no one able to help. But of course you’re not bothered about the humble domestic customer anymore are you?
