John (@palacejohn) reported@LloydsBank What kind of customer Services close at 6 pm? I have an issue that the police have requested information about and I cannot speak to the bank. This is ridiculous. Speaking to a robot is absolutely useless. End of no use to customers in real need.

But their fault or not us as customers who were denied access to our pets, stranded, and food gone spoiled, should be compensated.
