Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported@LloydsBank Iโve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transactionโs when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.

There's not only a different ethos, there's a different service level too & I support the representation of a rich heritage in banking and keeping these legacy brands.
