  @Shammoz @LloydsBank Yep. OTOH, I've always found Lloyds staff do their v best to help if you get through to one. But, like most firms nowadays (and as their tweet shows so well), the entire customer service framework is designed to shoehorn your problem into a category rather than to understand it.

  Hey @LloydsBank. Your phone service is the biggest pile of crap I’ve had in years. Why did you shut down my local branch? I’m trying to ask you about money. The thing you like. It took 20 minutes arguing with the voice recognition thing to put me in a queue for 40 minutes!

  So @LloydsBank - thanks for the invite to the sky garden for WC final but **** you for telling me I can’t buy a bottle of @WhisperingAngel because I’m not VIP. FYI - not complementary - I could see the bottle but was told my money wasn’t good enough as wasn’t VIP. Shameful.

  @uj7protocol @LloydsBank Always have a secondary account. If you don’t already and this is a shitpost. All banks have occasional issues. Having 1 bank and 1 card is asking for trouble. Also. Water will be free on the train for sure.

  @PayPoint, I used your service to deposit cash into my @LloydsBank account and one of your merchants tried to levy a charge even though it is a free service. Can you help me raise a complaint? This merchant could be charging other customers fees unlawfully.

  @lloydsbank what a shower your system is . I sent three payments today got an error message saying all three delayed and to call if any problems after two hours . This I have done and your phone line for the depart I apparently need to talk to is CLOSED !! what on earth …

  @LloydsBank Can someone get in touch with me pls? My elderly mother is your customer but can’t hear well on phone and your customer service person keeps talking at her. All she wants is a physical appointment in her branch.
