@LloydsBank hey, I am approaching 58 years old, have banked with Lloyd since I was 15. I had multiple insurance polices you over charged me for but were convenient as part of the “banking group”. I don’t need you anymore, your process/system is no longer customer focussed.

@LloydsBank Quick enough on stuff when a customer does something wrong or take ages to sort out any disputes etc but cannot get your app back up and running. I can guarantee you won't compensate any customers over this too!!

@LloydsBank @Toyahsmam The app is NOT "up and runnng". I have within the last five minutes received the "technical issues" message when trying to verify a payment via the app.

@LloydsBank after attempting to sign in to my account for 45 minutes I give up. To confirm my age takes 800 taps on your antiquated app, waiting for text message code takes so long that I am logged out of the app and need to start again. PATHETIC.

@LloydsBank having problems approving payments in the App. Spoken to someone on the phone who could offer no solution. I get a notification from you saying I need to approve the payments but when app loads the screen is not there like it usually is?

    Metal Hammer (@evans81uk) reported

@LloydsBank I have just tried to pay my rent online and I found I cannot pay because the prompt is not appearing when my app logs on to approve the payment. Added on to my earlier issue 2 days ago which is still occasionally recurring I’m not impressed with Lloyds at the moment!

@LloydsBank your account is not verified so can I have a general answer. I have opened an acc online uk as a new customer. It timed out before giving me acc number+sort code. CANT get through on phone.

@LloydsBank My sign on thinks I am trying to add a new device, I'm just trying to sign in as normal

@ant_hkuk @cryptomaniqxc @LloydsBank My best guess would be that Lloyd’s have outsourced customer support to India - inherently nothing wrong with that as long as the folks there have the right ability to assist with all our support needs

@LloydsBank @cfcsammmy13 it wasn't just this morning though, it's been a whole day without access to our banks.
