@LloydsBank I have tried using the mobile site and a desktop via internet banking, and have abviously tried the app. Have you checked to see if the service is working properly? Thanks. Once you select "sens money abroad" they all go to a white screen.

@TrisOsborneMP @LloydsBank Then put money in peoples pockets, get more jobs on the market. It would also help if Ed Milliband actually reduced our energy bills instead of pissing about with subsidies to his mates

@TomTalksCars @LloydsBank I got that a few months ago!!! Big thing telling me they were putting my limit up… okay whatever. Then a few weeks later they sent a load of stuff explaining why it wouldn’t be going up and loads of guff helping explain why they wouldn’t be putting it up!! WTF I didn’t even ask

@LloydsBank I am sick of constantly being put on hold when you are sending me letters asking me to contact you. As a business customer I expect more respect and attention when I try to correspond with you. 1/10 for business banking customer service.

@LloydsBank Is there a problem refunding the Club Lloyds fee this month? I met the conditions for last month but my fee hasn't been refunded. Same issue with another family members account.

Credit where it's due for brilliant service from @LloydsBank . Discovered that my debit card was compromised in July & used to pay for Netflix. After speaking to both companies, messaged Lloyds Fraud via their app, spoke to a human & money refunded in 20 mins. @MartinSLewis
