David Gilchrist (@DavidGilch31862) reported@LloydsBank How can Lloyds deem Amazon, Sainsburys and Morrisons to be a risk and hence block my cards, even though I have more than enough funds,,Also my two nearest branches have now closed,,leaving a City centre the only choice,,at 80 years iof age it is difficult to park and get there so not a viable option..Seems we can no longer make deposits at the post office any more

judith anderson (@hortibabe) reported@LloydsBank Just spent 2 hrs with your 24/7 chat through the app and got nowhere. All they seemed to say is we're sorry and we want to help, but didn't. Some money has disappeared but they completely ignored that. Absolutely useless

After speaking to your fraud squad it turns out that the card was due to expire month end and for some reason a block was added. So they kindly removed it after some checks. Might be worth making it a priority suggestion instead of those given.
