@GregHadfield @LloydsBank Why are you being a **** to customer service agents. Write an email to the bank, see if they have a directors office or something. Call agents have targets, handling times etc. Last thing they need is a bollocking cos they're dealing with some1 like you.

@bananare86 @StarmertheFraud @LloydsBank He was able to get an account elsewhere. His account wasn't frozen and he had other access to funds. All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.

@Heccles94 @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK I saw the same thing earlier and was horrified. Customer of about 20 years here. Absolutely not any more. Horrified

I have now been waiting for an hour @LloydsBank to get a response to a simple request via your website Chat. This is not good enough, it is a simple query, why has your customer service gone so far downhill that customers are waiting an hour for an answer?

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Could be concerns over fraud, money laundering, reputational risk for Lloyds, regulatory issues with the Canary Ltd Company accounts, financial mismanagement, winding up petitions, insolvency proceedings, international bank transfers from countries such as Iran…etc

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK This is a good way to identify the ones that support terror

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank You asked customer service agents working barely above min wage a question they can’t answer . I get your intention but it’s a bit of a Karen play

Hi @LloydsBank it’s disappointing it’s difficult to speak to a person on the phone when you have an issue. The chat is fine but it’s no substitute for actually being able to have a proper conversation with someone. I tried calling and after 20 minutes of being on hold I gave up.

    SuitcaseStuffer (@StufferSuitcase) reported

@JamesGilesRBK @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank Because IF there were to be an issue like that (and I am certainly not saying there is, as we don’t know, nor that it would be the Canary’s fault if there were!), well, those sums would be paid out of the proceeds of crime.
