    @LloydsBank hi, i am trying to do an online remortgage app and whichever format of payslip doc i try to attach it says it cant accept. Tried pdf, jpeg, bmp, png. None work. And on help but it has no supported formats listed. Any ideas? Thanks.

    @LloydsBank Okay, got it. I will check if the account is dormant. In regards to the closing, if I write a letter with the instructions, will it be an issue to ask the bank to transfer my balance to an foreign account? Do I just need to include the IBAN for the transfer?

    @LloydsBank Lloyds are now saying Final Response dated 14th Dec was sent to wrong address? But how can that be, I contacted @Lloydsbank Customer Services on the 14th of Jan, one month after 14th Dec., and they said they would send out a Final Response ASAP? Acting in good faith??#ByYourSide

    @LloydsBank do you still have to notify if you are travelling abroad to use your card. Can't see it listed on the app. I know you used to be able to on the website.

    @LloydsBank 48 hours ago I accessed account online with passwords, just now access was denied without a card reader. Same laptop that has been used dozens of times

    @LloydsBank Hi Laura, an update for you. The branch didnt call me as I predicted - they close at 3pm. Given the importance of the situation, we had to drive to the branch - defeating the object of phonebank. The branch was empty when I got there too. Your service today has been awful tbh

    @LloydsBank My card has been getting declined for all online transactions since last week and I urgently need to pay some bills. I've called numerous times and messaged through the app but have gotten no help. I'm in urgent need of help. Thank you.
