@LloydsBank @1joharrington Govt (central and local) enacted and enforced (or didn't) building regs which resulted in unsafe buildings. Govt are legally bound to fix all of them (not just >18) then recover what they can from developers, suppliers, consultants, insurers etc imo.

@LloydsBank Swinton may as well not be there at all. Glorified ATM with miserable staff and no counter service. What is the point ? I think the slogan “by your side” should be scrapped !!

@LloydsBank No because I work, I have autoimmune illnesses & I don't bank with Lloyds. Your company has made a mistake or there is fraud so to give good customer service you should resolve it. I shouldn't be chasing around to try & get an answer. I'll get palmed onto someone else next!

@LloydsBank I've been trying for weeks (no exaggeration) to get my Credit Card cancelled as i dont use it anymore. Tried the messaging service on the app which says because of Covid no one is available, tells me to call (and then on hold perpetually). Grateful for help.
