    i used to think @LloydsBank was a great bank, one of the worst about, their cards break CONSTANTLY and always when you need em most. now this outage, im ****** starving and cant even get food

    @DJCDF1977 @denchaser @LloydsBank If you can understand it’s frustrating then you can understand why someone is frustrated. Having no access to money and all they have to say is sorry isn’t good enough, blame Lloyds for having this be one of the very few outlets to talk to a member of staff quickly.

    @LloydsBank This is not at all Client friendly and not in keeping with a five 9's service - 99.999 uptime. And why no roll back when the system collapsed ? Poor Customer service, very poor. Do you have an estimate for when systems will be returned to full functionality ?

    @LloydsBank after attempting to sign in to my account for 45 minutes I give up. To confirm my age takes 800 taps on your antiquated app,waiting for text message code takes so long that I am logged out of the app and need to start again. PATHETIC.

    @LloydsBank Hi Trevor thank you for your reply however this issue may of been resolved but the app was down for a good few hours leaving users without money what are we getting apart from an apology
