    @LloydsBank if you have ever wondered why you are losing customers to Monzo & Starling, answer is they respond promptly and sort issues quickly. What took 10mins with Monzo, is now 30mins with Lloyds & I haven’t spoken to anyone yet 🙄

    @LloydsBank Hi Colin. I made an application to have power of attorney over a family member's bank account. I was told to provide proof of id. My online log in code never arrived so I sent a copy of my driving licence in the post. I have now recieved an email saying you have closed my...(1/2)

    @LloydsBank yes error 1400004 on chrome and firefox on desktop for the last 3 days. It still isn't working.

    1. Spoke to a customer from @LloydsBank who spent over an hour on the phone with #fraud team checking credit and debit card. What banks don't tell you is that if an online website doesn't have a means of performing a check with the bank the payment is already declined.

    My son is still waiting for Nationwide to do the right thing. He was drugged and then victim to an elaborate scam which resulted in both his bank accounts being cleared out. @LloydsBank have been brilliant. @AskNationwide have been horrendous. @guardianmoney can you help?

    @LloydsBank It takes me to bank app to confirm payment, once confirmed it takes me back to website it asks me to log in which I do but then its the homepage again

    @LloydsBank It was the app it asked me to select the account and then it took me back to your app but the long way round then said it's technical issues

    @LloydsBank Hi David, I sent a message but, waiting for someone to get in contact. As said, similar issue with Monzo, whole thing sorted in 10mins. Just feedback is all.
