Hoping it will when I get home from my hols as it hasn't been so no idea financially where I'm at. Have been in bank, phoned help 3 times. Nowt. Awful.

If you won’t accept a reverse charge call they can’t call you as you need credit to dial out to uk

At that point I left it and now I’ve found that your app was incorrect and the payment WAS processed TWICE when you said it hadn’t TWICE!

I have plenty of money in my accounts but I cannot access them.. This is totally wrong, thoughtless and very inconsiderate..
