I’ve been a @LloydsBank customer since 1990s. No complaint about the service, and grateful for their CSR support for my employer. But I’m bemused as to why they keep offering me car insurance deals when I’ve not had a car since 2002, as is bleedin’ obvious from said bank account.

@LloydsBank good day I have an account with you and has left money in it for years but never withdrawn it as I don’t have card access and being in SA it is not easy to activate and verify the card when I receive it.On trying to apply for mobile app account number does not exist

@LloydsBank your cash point ATM at the ‘Hucknall’ branch is not working. Once you’ve entered your pin you have to press ‘Enter’ and this button is non responsive.

@LloydsBank hi, new customer here. cant logon internet banking and its not letting me reset without phoning. when i phone the auto service it says there have been no reset attempts.

@LloydsBank It’s my debit card and yeah my card works fine contactless and via chip and pin etc with no issues just Apple pay doesn’t even let me use it all the past few months

@LloydsBank my card keeps being declined in stirchley Birmingham, it's also declining me to take money out of a cashpoint but there is money in my account. Is there an issue at the moment?
