I tried to log in but I receive the error "Sorry, we're having a few technical problems."

Waited ages on the phone the usual message, ' we are particularly busy atm', waited ages again, cut off rudely by the call person and still waiting...!

Accounts are not just shut down, valid reasons have to be given in relation to terns and conditions. Take them to court and lets all see what has really happened

All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.
