    @LloydsBank hi Lloyds friends, I understand for an existing customer to turn an account into a joint account they are to come into a branch. What is the workaround if the customer is too unwell to visit a branch? Thank you

    @LloydsBank I have done this and now the messages are private I’ve been immediately closed down and told there’s no workaround. How do I escalate this? What do you do if a customer is in a coma for 10 years? I have worked in financial process design and there will be a workaround
