@LloydsBank He can log in to his account his debit card account is visible but not the credit account. He can view statements for his credit account. But that's all. Is there an issue? The person on the helpline said that there were other people calling about the same issue?

@LloydsBank would be better served if your IT helpdesk staff actually knew something about a basic function of their website rather than hang up on a long suffering customer after he had sat on the phone for 10 minutes trying to explain what the problem is #badcustomerservice

@paul_a_frank @LloydsBank When I was a civil servant a verbal warning was given if you failed to answer phone by about the sixth ring AND the client was not forced to stay on line whilst issue was being dealt with. Customer service is one huge insult these days from start to finish.

@LloydsBank This also appears to be out of date. Is the store on Tottenham Court Road open or not? Web suggests it’s closed and yet it’s on your official website as open. And I very much doubt any new stores will have been opened
