Ed Debaes (@EdDebaes) reported@PhilNic70 @LloydsBank Lloyds moved their “safe custody” service away from branches years ago. At the time your relative would have had a choice of paying annually for it to be stored centrally by the banks supplier or take the package out to avoid the ongoing costs.

Last 10 days have spoken to a dozen advisors, only 1 seemed to know their product.
