@SirPuppetPaul @LloydsBank I have no idea. Why a bank would want to make its systems more difficult to use is beyond me. It's annoying enough that I can also see my Halifax and BOS accounts when I log in. The website is just a confusing mess now.

@LloydsBank Might be worth updating your website status page.

For 'issues' read the app telling you they have declined a payment and cancelled your card on an order already confirmed. Then an hour later all tickety boo again. 2nd app outage in recent times with customers data skewed/ compromised. Do better @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank Quick enough on stuff when a customer does something wrong or take ages to sort out any disputes etc but cannot get your app back up and running. I can guarantee you won't compensate any customers over this too!!

@ukmama80 @LloydsBank This isn’t the USA Maria. You can’t just get compensation because an app was down for a while. Dry your tears and move on with life.

@LloydsBank Hi Lloyds. I've just logged into my app, and there's a mortgage and personal loan showing up on there now for some reason. I know nothing about these. I'm guessing they're showing in error, after your system problems. How do I get them removed? Thanks. X

@LloydsBank @Toyahsmam The app is NOT "up and runnng". I have within the last five minutes received the "technical issues" message when trying to verify a payment via the app.

@LloydsBank @Doctoranarchy84 He didn't ask for help with more app issues, he asked for compo, which he should be entitled to for the inconvenience, but again your ignore that.
