    @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank Hi, trying to move my mortgage acc over to the Lloyds app as per the email I received stating I need to move it over but the log in on the Lloyds app is not working for me or my partner. I have checked my login details are correct also so it’s not that.

    @LloydsBank tried to make payments couple of times as it came up as error - now ended up woth duplicated payment . I need to retrieve money please. It’s unacceptable.

    @robertwlk @thatchmike I knew you would say @LloydsBank. My sisters husband died tragically, they froze their accounts. She had to borrow from her daughter to buy food, in the midst of the most traumatic time of their lives. Took weeks to unfreeze & get her access back. Mafioso banksters.

    @LloydsBank your customer service rep can be the most prentious and rude individuals. the call turned terribly cold towards the end. i dont believe youre a solution focused branch.

    Outstanding customer service from @LloydsBank this morning. Apparently I can't access my son's appointee account over the phone, and have to go into branch to do anything. Funny that I could do everything by phone last week. Wish I'd stuck with @Barclays now.

    @LloydsBank trying to dispute a transaction in the app which takes me to the online website which tells me to go into my app to dispute a transaction 😭😭

    @LloydsBank Please, I was logged out while still on vacation in Nigeria. I couldn't log in on my online app because I couldn't get the verification code on my UK number here. Please, I need serious assistance
