@LloydsBank Claire I’ve just tried what you have suggested - it asked for the name, dob and account number and sort code. The Lloyds website stated that it did not recognise the account?!?

@LloydsBank anyone working in the premier account customer service team? 75 mins in and nothing. 2 calls to Lloyds for simple matters in 12 months, both over an hour wait. When are you going to wake up and properly resource your teams?

@LloydsBank Nothing in that explains why my partner has been required to fill out the paperwork. It’s clearly a complete confusion at Lloyds with another customer. Completely ridiculous.

@LloydsBank The issue is solely online payments so not sure how to resolve this. Every single 'rejected transaction' works fine with every other bank card I've used so clearly a problem with Lloyds and not my browser/device. (2/2)

@LloydsBank I’m glad you’d like to help. I cannot for the life of me understand why your customer of 56 years was not given a temporary extension on her overdraft while she sold her house and bought a new one. It beggars belief

@LloydsBank I closed it because I was sick of the poor service. You issued me a cheque with the balance. I cannot cash it because my new account is online only. I just rang up & was told the chq is over 6 months now so tough which is bollox!
