    @LloydsBank attorney which I’ve never had. Even though 3 people today confirmed with my mom that it was ok with her now you said it can’t be done so thank you Lloyds now my mom can’t get access to her money as she can’t get out unless she gives her card to someone.. 😡

    @LloydsBank I understand that you have a responsibility to keep my moms account secure but 3 people spoke to her on the phone today asked her security questions and asked if she could confirm that it was ok and she said yes. She gets confused and has health issues and can’t walk to the bank

    @LloydsBank Hi thanks, it’s the one via the app: 01733 462226. I froze the card and didn’t get an error message but then noticed someone had used the details online two days after k thought I’d frozen it. (I have the physical card- these were online purchases)

    @LloydsBank She hasn’t got mental capacity or do I want power of attorney just to be able to transfer money to her grandchildren if she wants to for birthdays etc or if I pay for her shopping then she can transfer the money back to me. That’s what we’ve always done with no issues
