@LloydsBank A routine payment into a unit trust failed last Thus AM. Received an email suggesting it was an error on my part or shares were not available in the market. Called to be told you had a systems error and it would sort itself out Friday. Still broken Tues.

@LloydsBank customer pledged title deeds as security for a loan, now told their deeds have been ‘irretrievably mislaid’. We know the implications of limited title (a title that can be challenged by one possessing the deeds). How can borrowers trust #LloydsBank @thisismoney ?

@LloydsBank I tried to make a bank transfer today but I had the same issue - deposit failed. Can I assume Lloyds haven’t restricted any forms of payment methods with Lloyds and it’s perhaps something on Binance’s end? #

@LloydsBank - As a customer of yours, I sincerely hope you're not planning to follow Barclays in banning credit/debit card payments to Binance. You have no right to decide what I do with my money.
