Disgusting service at @LloydsBank Slough. Wanted to transfer money to building society. Would not accept my passport as ID and other ID I had and insisted on having my pin. I never use my pin so could not remember. As I struggle with memory anyway they were absolutely useless##

@LloydsBank it appears there is a raft of issues with my Son's Young Saver account - I've been trying to resolve this over the phone (guy wanted authorisation from my 13 yo!) or in branch (been waiting for a call back since Monday) - I am out of time and patience. Where do I go?

@LloydsBank Thanks, spoke to customer services, they told me to cut it up so I did. It's strange not to have a process for handing it into a branch and bank contacting the customer, to save them a 5 day wait though.
