When I told @LloydsBank that they had broken the law by charging me more to renew my insurance than a new customer, they just brushed it off, saying it was an online discount. Staff trained to lie to cover-up law breaking.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank the Financial Ombudsman Service are corrupt and incompetent, so I wouldnt waste my time. Dont let the legal route "time out" waiting for FOS delays.

@LloydsBank I'm having an issue with a credit card and whenever I try to contact customer support, it says "we cannot take your call as we're busy" and hangs up. How am I meant to resolve the issue if I can't get through to you?

@LloydsBank what a shambles of a bank you are got a complaint going through I’m on the phone apparently no customer service team and no manager to deal with complaint got to wait three weeks until you even look into it terrible bank

My credit card payment has gone missing somewhere between @HSBC_UK and @LloydsBank and both sides are (quite condescendingly) refusing to help me. This is unacceptable customer service from both companies. I just need you to talk to each other instead of implying I’m a liar.

@LloydsBank absolutely terrible shockingly bad service for a bank who i have been with for nearly 24 years! Been scammed by @RollDoorConcept along with others on facebook page rolling door concepts custand 7 phone calls totalling over 3 hours to 3 departments still no help

@LloydsBank Re: SMS - Why do you think I am not receiving your emails? If it's because your system is not seeing a referrer from an embedded tracker then that is because I block them. I wonder if using tracking like that is actually legal anyway...

@LloydsBank They gave me a reference but that’s for the original payment that both sides agree happened. The problem is that Lloyd’s sees a reversal that HSBC says they didn’t request nor have they received. Unsure how a trace on the original payment would help on that…
