@LloydsBank @712004gooner Hi. I called this number - they couldn't add anything new. I asked about waiving faster payment fees (we have dozens of employees to pay) but they told me to speak to our relationship director, as they could not help.

@LloydsBank due to your commercial banking being down today, I have been unable to complete on my house and now am stranded, after waiting outside for 6 hours with a removal van. When exactly will the system be back up? Will l you recompense your customers? This is unacceptable
