@LloydsBank I still need to send the form back if I update it on desktop site? So if I update it by calling you, do I still need to send the form back? Because according to your colleagues’ twitter reply yesterday, I could update it by calling you instead of sending the form back

@LloydsBank For the two remaining questions, do you know that? Again, I check the FAQ on your website about CRS, it says you may ask me to fill the form or call you to advise on missing information. So I still have doubts about whether sending the form back is a must

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Had to speak to @firstdirect to help with IBAN payments to crypto brokers overseas & they tried everything to dissuade me from making the payments Every time I phone the bank I wind the staff up about the fact that DeFi will replace the banking system and XRP takes 4s not 4 days
