@LloydsBank No I did not, as an sms from yourselves usually comes through as Lloyds Bank and not a phone number but I thought I had better check. Thanks for prompt reply and I will be block the number from my phone

@LloydsBank I understand that and don’t mind waiting but every time I have called, I either get cut off or sent back to the original department I spoke to. It is impossible to get through to the fraud department who are the only people who can unlock my card. I have given up again.
