@anthodgsoncpfc @LloydsBank @StarlingBank It’s not for me. It’s for a frail, elderly relative and they don’t want to know. She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

@LloydsBank Thank you, yes tried several times. Issue seems to be connectivity, you go through the whole query and when they can’t give an explanation the agent either can’t hear you there is a faulty connection or the call ends prematurely. Hence why I decided to tweet & hopefully escalate

@LloydsBank Hi there. Me again 🙈 We still haven't had a decision about this young person's application for a bank account, which we applied for on 11th April. They moved into supported accommodation yesterday and have no income. Please, please help us 🙏🏽
