@LouiseDeafAware @LloydsBank When I had to transfer money, (Santander), I told them I probably would NOT lip-read everything said so text back up would be essential, they used their own computer and it worked fine, no problems.

@BuyersReport @LloydsBank Well they said I could start a new complaint but you get battle weary after a while. I think its best to try & do everything online after all or switch, & not expect the kind of personal service from the last generation! I've been with Lloyds 40 years, but it makes no difference.

@BuyersReport @LloydsBank They gave me a cash payment if I closed the complaint, but the next time I rang, the service was even worse! I've given up with expecting anything better from them. It's a relief to not expect decent service tbh!

@LloydsBank I’m not a Lloyds customer so was obvious to me it was a scam. Worried about those who are your customers though. Please warn them and advise accordingly. The more we educate people the less successful these scams will be. Thanks for the reply though. 👍
