She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

@LloydsBank No, one site does multiple mystery box style subscriptions, in different themes, they've recently upgraded their website so the payment now goes out together rather than individually, I had skipped 3 of the 4 for this month, but it got lost with the site upgrade thanks
