@LloydsBank Thanks. Call the number that hangs up on you and go to the branch that doesn’t open accounts. Or better, go to another city to open an account, but book an appointment via the forever-on-hold-or-hang-up number. Highest level of customer service. More new clients are on their way.

@LloydsBank My current account has £10 in it and my savings has £2700. They say I have to have a marker removed from my savings account to get access to it and no one works at the weekend!!!!

@LloydsBank went into Hartlepool branch to do ID check etc for an account for my 13yo daughter. Great service (kicking myself for not getting the lady's name), she talked directly to my daughter about the account, explained well and gave her good security advice too, 5*

@LloydsBank I have been waiting for a call back from your customer relations department since Friday 1st July and it is now the 6th July! My complaint ref is NC10054641. Am I to hope you will call me back at some point? Your customer service is a joke.
