    I’ve banked with @LloydsBank for almost 2 decades but today they let me down despite being bed ridden and informing their staff they decided to be EVIL and CRUEL to ask me to go in branch for no reason because their agent was having day and hanged up. Avoid #LloydsBank (10)

    @LloydsBank No someone how between April and may a stop has been put on the Amazon fresh transactions couldn’t explain why prime is still coming out every month and other Amazon payments too. He has requested the block to be removed by how did it get there in the 1st place

    @LloydsBank Can you tell me why, when simply changing my address on your car insurance portal online, you increase my monthly premium by £3 a month & charge a £25 admin fee too?!!!! I’m literally doing the work for you and my car is actually now parked in a safer place!!! Awful.

    @talktoBOI Surely an email should have been sent to me to explain that? Also it's taken 6 weeks for an existing BOI customer to open a savings account. Seems unnessarily long. With @LloydsBank I added a savings account within my online banking in a few clicks.

    @LloydsBank I requested a new bank card 6 working days ago & you have only just posted it. Most places no longer accept cash, this delay leaves me without an option to make payments! This service should be quicker.

    @LloydsBank Having been down the DM route and to answer Delina's question, the answer is unfortunately you are not empowered to help. A once great Bank now rotten to the core, which no longer commands confidence.

    @SarahJayBurrows @LloydsBank I know this isn't the answer you want, but if you use Apple or Android pay on your phone, a lost card is very quickly replaced with a new one on your phone (usually within 24 hours) so you can carry on spending before your new card arrives - I find it a massive help!
