    @LloydsBank couldn’t help everything they told me to do I have done already yet problem getting worse. got through to fraud dept then just got transferred again 😡 if problem not resolved today my solicitor will be making contact

    Tried again, failed again. Was also told when I did get through that a charity is not the same as a limited company but of course they can be both? This is basic company set-up information. Can anyone help @LloydsBank??

    @LloydsBank My sons grandmother is trying to open a Child Saver for my son and it's impossible, every time it just shuts down on both mobile and internet. She cannot get into the bank (30mins drive). How can this be sorted? She has the birth certificate etc. Thanks in advance!:)

    @LloydsBank Hi Colin I've phoned your customer services on numerous occasions but because I'm not an account holder they say there's very little I can do and have advised I go into branch to get them to flag it on the system. Computer says no...
