Hi @LloydsBank - for some reason whenever I receive a statement it is sent to the correct address, but the name on the statement is Re Adam Baxter Janet Baxter [Address] Call centre is unable to fix, but this has been going on for a decade. Could it be looked into please?

Hi @LloydsBank. Whenever I receive a statement it is sent to the correct address but the name on the statement is "Re [me]" but addressed to my mother. Only happens with statements. Has been going on for s decade. Could you please help me fix it? Call centre is unable to.
