    @LloydsBank you block me putting money on my Revolut card, demand I call the fraud line to get it cleared and then tell me it’s going to be over an hour to get through - seriously? Does over 30 years of being a customer mean nothing?

    @LloydsBank The Tesco limit is £250 or £500 in a week. 2 weeks ago I spent £220 on Apple Pay in Tesco no problem . Today declined £199 same branch of Tesco . Thu my regular restaurant declined £190 , a month ago I spent £130 Same restaurant no problem

    @LloydsBank I have been waiting to speak to someone for 35 minutes - poorest service for a business account - would be bad enough for a domestic acc query Do I hang up? It's about a fraud call NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @LloydsBank no one answering the phone at 2232 to take a fraud report. Wow - this is terrible customer service.

    @LloydsBank (1/3) Standard number. I was transferred to a colleague who thought i was a credit card customer. Second time I called, I was placed into a queue that didn’t answer after 30 minutes

    @LloydsBank I called whatever the website recommended and I was eventually given a number to call directly ... but why couldn't that chap deal with it as I had said it was a fraud call! It's a debit card.

    @carolineplayle @LloydsBank It is infuriating! My bank has also shut in our town. I now would have to drive half an hour to get to a bank. A bank lorry comes to the market square for 2 hours on a Friday morning. It is ****.

    @LloydsBank 35 years a customer and a former employee for a few of of these . Today I needed to replace a card. After long waits no one could help me. One agent explained (after checking with his manager) she was too busy too help too. Thanks and goodbye!

    @LloydsBank Found a card from your bank. Not a customer of yours, so I couldn't get through the automated messages when calling you. Probably the card is already reported as lost, just wanted to make sure and maybe return it to the owner.
