@LloydsBank We are desperate to get the PIN by EOD, as we are waiting for the PIN to settle the payment for medical treatment. The hospital will discharge the patient if we could not settle the hospital expenses. Is that something Lloyds Bank could help in such an urgent situation🥲

@LloydsBank Yeah I am trying to call that number but I have been on hold for 25 minutes. Do you know how long the wait time is?? Is there another way to speak to anyone ? I can’t access my phone because my card is blocked so I can’t pay my bill??

@LloydsBank @markspeaking Before I refer this matter to senior management, has anyone actually had their issue resolved through the normal complaints process? The previous occupants moved out 15 years ago and, like so many others, I STILL get this rubbish through the door.

@LloydsBank I sent emails to both businesses at the same time. It would be more helpful if you offered a solution or explanation as to why your call service reroutes to an international call between two mobiles, rather than asking me to contact my PSP. Your CS rep was aware I was abroad

@guywalters @LloydsBank I have no issues with that. As a parent, I'd thank the bank. It's a form of nudging, any child with a modicum of intelligence will know how to out manoeuvre it.
