@LloydsBank I am still on hold now - 55 minutes. After 38 minutes the fraud department (I was referred to them) answer and put me on hold again. My debit card payments are being declined and it is cause ing me massive problems Very angry about this situation

@LloydsBank - I need some ID documents certified for a mortgage and I am struggling to get any branch to do this for me (even if I offer to pay for the service). I have been a customer for 25 years, is this not a service you offer customers?

@LloydsBank No Gillian I’m abroad and having major issues transferring available funds to my Revolut card. After waiting for half an hour and getting through and getting disconnected and calling back and another agent passing me on again and again my debit card is now blocked. No idea why

@LloydsBank Yes I know. I did that. Ana waited more than 1 hour before giving up. I will have to try again tomorrow but I will be travelling so it is very difficult. This has happened more than once before and I am sick of it. Shocking service.

@LloydsBank You should make it abundantly clear to anyone living in Scotland that these issue may arise when applying for an account. Rather than wasting hours of our time. If this is the level of service, I’m glad to have been unable to switch
