    @LloydsBank Ok, well I was in a bit of a panic at the prospect of not having a card at the time & there is no info on your website on what to do if your card is taken by an ATM (unlike info provided by Barclays & Nationwide). The only options on the app are replace or report. Thanks anyway

    @LloydsBank trying to add my visa card to Google pay to no success. Some help would be great, been in touch with Google support but they think it's a bank side problem as my MasterCard added with no issue. TIA

    @LloydsBank trying to speak to a Business Manager. 25 minutes on hold constantly being told your busy due to COVID. Shock horror your not the only ones pull your fingers out get back in the office and pick up your phones. Looking for a new bank now 😡😡absolute sh*t service

    @LloydsBank we have a platinum card with you Have been trying to get through to AXA travel insurance for 4 days now still can’t speak to anyone I can’t make a claim on line as they don’t recognise my email to sign in cover is with bank account please help assist urgently !

    @LloydsBank Seems it couldn’t understand the keypad or my spoken attempts. After the cancellation, I tried again and I’m told there’s a problem and I don’t get as far as the security check

    @LloydsBank I paid some money onto my credit card today but when I’ve checked it’s not showing in payments or pending. It’s also showing the payee as an account number, not the card I clicked. Is this right and slow to show? Pls let me know ASAP
