@LloydsBank Good morning is it possible to withdraw items held in safe custody in one of your branches without visiting the branch. I have looked on your website but there does not seem to be a facility to do so. Perhaps you would DM me on a private basis. Thanks in anticipation.

@LloydsBank No because they are not allowed as it can take days so they cannot promise anything. That is the saddest part about it. They treat these sensitive situations as SLAs and another piece of work. No worry or concern what impact it has to their customer

@LloydsBank last night I made a payment using the app. It told me there had been a technical issue but that the sum had been paid. Checking my account this morning, it has not left my account. I don't want to risk paying it twice. What do I do?

@LloydsBank I’m trying to set up a bank account for my 14 year old Daughter but the link for proof of ID doesn’t work! Our local branch closes @ 3:30pm every day and she doesn’t get home from school til 4:00pm and it’s only open on a Saturday 9am til 1pm and I’m working then.

@LloydsBank I cannot login both... i haven't logged in for a while so when I tried to log in, it sends the 4 digit code to my UK mobile, which I am not using anymore.

@LloydsBank hi, is it possible to cancel a transaction in the 'on hold' phase? A monthly subscription renewed more items than I wanted and I'm not sure how long it'll take their support to get back to me and as it's a £100 more than I budgeted for I need it stopped, thanks :)

@hines_stephen @LloydsBank Well the companies security team say they will refund it all as looks like someone used the company account to take it! Doesn’t help that was all I had for the month!
