@LloydsBank 1 hour and 2 mins waiting and still no answer from Your AVA travel insurance and the website not been working properly for two days. No point in paying for something you can’t access. #frustrating

  • pread26 Paul Read (@pread26) reported

@LloydsBank Hi. Are you able to explain why I am still receiving 0.25% cashback on my credit card despite having reached the annual qualifying spend for this to increase to 0.5% two months ago? Nothing on your website to help explain how this works.

  • yohanestheda Yohanes Theda (@yohanestheda) reported

@LloydsBank hey, sorry to nudge my DM, but I need help with my application, please. Thanks :)

  • SusanMarshall30 Susan Marshall MBE (@SusanMarshall30) reported

@LloydsBank I have tried six times to get through now and after 30-60 mins I have put phone down. Do you think that’s an acceptable wait time? I cannot update on website as the website keeps stating “time out”even though it’s only been two mins. Same yesterday.

@LloydsBank Thanks I did this the other day and they said there was no notes on my account of anyone ringing me. So I will block the number thank you

Why can't @LloydsBank show me any transactions for Feb or April? And why do I have to phone them to tell them of their error?

  • annabel246 Annabel Lund (@annabel246) reported

@LloydsBank hello I received a letter about my club Lloyds benefit that the email address wasn’t working? I have checked my email address and it’s all correct on my file. Could I have some more detail on why it didn’t work? Thanks Annabel

Trying to find any of @LloydsBank's telephone options that don't end with "we're unable to answer" and then them hanging up on me. An especially bad idea when it's the line for the INBOUND switching service...

  • thegempeet Gemma Peet (@thegempeet) reported

@LloydsBank I need to verify my cards on Apple Pay and only option is to call you but when I call it says urgent calls only. Can you help please?

  • trumpsquiff trumpocalypse (@trumpsquiff) reported

@LloydsBank Yes, I already spoke to them. That's why I am back on here. For the sake of not sending via a tracked service, you are going to lose a customer who has banked with you his entire adult life.
