This is a major security flaw in the software update. @LloydsBank Why the hell have you weakened the security on millions of accounts without asking customers?

That means when you log in from any PC it doesn't ask for your password. Obviously PCs aren't equipped to check fingerprints or anything so the security is very weak.

All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

I was promised it would be fixed by Monday morning but it hasn't been and I'm now overseas travelling. I have reinstalled app tried on a brand new phone and still not working. Bad service
