@LloydsBank @LloydsBank what is the expected wait time for a response from the Message Us service? Also, your Call Us service has been permanently engaged for 1.5 hours. Is it actually working?

@johndalston1 @LloydsBank I've just queued for 20 mins at a branch to pay money in! If our time was their money they'd be an awful lot quicker dealing with their customers!

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank thanks Katy. Are you able to answer my previous question that Tony ignored? I’ve made over 300 calls since 8am and it’s permanently engaged. Is the phone line working? Is it normal not to even get a ring tone and be put on hold?

@LloydsBank Not very good customer service, is it? Your website caused the problem in the first place and now you refuse to rectify it. I'm not impressed. Doesn't fill me with confidence in getting a mortgage from you.

@LloydsBank Hi. Are you experiencing issues with your online banking? I’ve tried to login but I’m told that my phone number isn’t stored (which it is) and I need to call you. When I phoned the number I was asked, by the automated service, for lots of details, far more than usual.

@LloydsBank Yes, memorable info. When it occurs I go straight to a screen saying I’ve been logged off. It’s an intermittent issue, doesn’t happen all the time but is quite often.

@LloydsBank The mobile app is a convenience, but most of all, it's to make @LloydsBank more money by not having so many branches, fewer employees & ultimately, less customer service? Noticed how difficult it can be to get any real problem resolved? Welcome to the 'Mobile App'. #MyBackSide
