Hey @LloydsBank - you recently started emailing me about an account that should have been closed so long ago, customer services do not even have any security questions on the system. Short of going directly to the @ICOnews - who would I need to speak too.... as CS don't know.

@LloydsBank now hangs up rather than transfer customer service calls from dept to dept. Chat support over the app is no better "nothing I can do - call support" which is pretty insulting after 4.5hrs of hold and incompetnent support.

@LloydsBank Hi had two accounts with you, one normal and one for my mortage. I had to change my normal account to someone else but still retained my mortage with you. However, I can no longer access the banking app to view my Mortgage account. How can I go about doing this?

@LloydsBank I have been locked out of my internet banking. Called 3 times. Given all my own personal information, failed security and told to write a letter from Australia to prove that it’s me? Absolute shambles of customer service.
