    I love it when you call the bank to be put on hold with the words "we are exceptionally busy at the moment". Problem is, the last three times I've called them they've said the same thing. So, not the exception!! Hire more people @LloydsBank, your customers aren't idiots.

    @LloydsBank Unbelievable Mike. They did share a number. And that's not it! They gave me 0345 600 4862. So which is it? Just gets worse at every single step. If you are asking a customer to spend an hour on hold you really should make sure correct number is shared. So which is it

    A comparison of insurers. I emailed @axainsurance. Response from person in 3 days. I emailed @LloydsBank home insurance. No response yet in 19 days and on the phone they tell me they *might* get to my issue in 28 days, if they have time. Don't insure with Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank I don't want to complain I want to talk to someone that can help but that's proving impossible. It's been a week. I could have applied for a new Credit Card by now with a different bank if I had known it was going to be this difficult.

    @LloydsBank It's the 'surprises' of no Customer Support when @Lloyds make an error, their bureaucratic robots have not been programmed to deal with, that's most important?Still, you can always spend the next 12 months having @financialombuds deal with it with no access to cash?#ByYourSide

    @LloydsBank Gosh, it looks so genuine, everything seemed to be ok! No, as soon as i clicked Continue and saw the dodgy website, I came straight off and closed the tab down. As you can see, the website wasn’t working anyway. Is all ok?

    @LloydsBank My phone was stolen & I want to check they haven't used my account but I can't log into my online banking without a text code..& was told to go away and check a statement by your telephone team so I could pass security but I only have online statements. Please help :(
