@LloydsBank how can I speak to someone from Lloyd’s please, I just spoke to someone from your helpline number who said she works as a 3rd party and not directly from Lloyds bank so can’t help with my request, the only other way is to write to you! #getinto21stcentry #oldschool

  • peter_kulu Peter Kulu (@peter_kulu) reported

@LloydsBank you don’t make it easy for someone to report a lost debit card. I don’t have any other details but the automated service won’t put me through to anyone. In the meantime someone could be cleaning up my account. #CustomerUnfriendly

Hi @LloydsBank is there a reason neither of my debit cards are working when plenty of funds available?

@LloydsBank Thanks, could you tell me how long roughly it takes to set up? And also the website didn’t say anything about bank charges, are there any ?

  • Rarham Ryan Barham (@Rarham) reported

@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp Disgusted with you and @LloydsBank’s lack of customer service (or common decency) regarding the fraudulent order on my account. Give me my money back.

  • PhilpSharp Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, England

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank I recently bought something using a bank transfer, there is an issue with this. What is the best way of getting in touch to resolve the situation?

@LloydsBank Hi Lynne. I was using Edge on a Windows PC but I've checked using another browser and it's ok. It wasn't stopping me from using the website - it was just annoying. Thank you for your help.

@LloydsBank I've been trying to buy tickets on the SWR website for 12 hours now but the authentication keeps failing. Entering all my details correctly. Can you advise? Thanks
