@LloydsBank Hiya Yes! It's Mecca Bingo. Haven't had any issues before but now it's saying that my banks declined it? Mecca have stated its Lloyd's refusing it, But Lloyd's is still allowing me to place money on the site VIA that same bank account.

@LloydsBank Hi Laura, yes it had been updated but because the phone is old maybe this is the reason. And I can't log in throw any way except the app in the old phone. Should I make international call or if there's any easier way to add a number?

@LloydsBank well ordering #travelMoney is a disaster. No acknowledgement of order , you just take the money. No acknowledgment of delivery to branch, for me it went to the wrong branch. The queue in both branches is slow 1 hour of my life lost. Good news I’m going on holiday

@LloydsBank must really be up there for worst customer service of all the Banks. So far 3hrs 15 minutes on the phone to get card added to phone wallet. TIP: if EVERY time we call it is a particularly busy time, then maybe you simply do not have enough staff!

Outrageously poor customer service from @LloydsBank in Market Place, Ilkeston DE7. I have a receipt from my old bank that 2 sets of money (£11.5k and £50) have been transferred to 1 Lloyds account but apparently it's "nothing to do with Lloyds" that only the £50 has made it.
