@LloydsBank Home Emergency were a total waste of time. Having broken 2 appointments & wiped out my day, they've finally attended & told me the policy doesn't cover a tap repair. We'll now have no hot water in the kitchen until next week. So cross they didn't SMS or call earlier.

LET DOWN BY @LloydsBank again. Booked for a 'Home Emergency' plumber. 48hrs. They didn't make 1st appt. slot. Made another. No show. No message. On hold now; Lost a day of work & no call to explain. Probably won't resolve issue until next week. I'll seek compensation from them...

@LloydsBank has failed me yet again. I'm signed up to Home Emergency, but they've not turned up for a second booked appointment having cancelled this am. I've had similar problems before. Bottom line is I've lost my day because of their inefficiency. No Text. No call. 48 hrs.

@sharon_wisner @LloydsBank Tbh, it’s a pain when customers pay by cash; it’s ok if it’s a couple of hundred but when it’s over £6k it’s a nightmare as high street banks are so difficult to get access to now and of course there’s that stupid law of you can be arrested if you’re carrying over £1k cash.

The @LloydsBank android app is garbage. Everyone I try to log in, b it does my accounts but the app just freezes. I have tried to force stop and launch again but the behaviour is the same.

People moan about self service tills at shops now but what about banks? I had to pay a significant amount of cash into my @LloydsBank account today; I also needed some Euros but for such a huge branch, there was only one teller, the greeter wanted me to use the ATM. Utter joke.

@LloydsBank Reinstalling the app yesterday caused the problem! For some reason the app cant confirm my identity (via notification or phone call) for me to log on…so disappointing given Lloyds have all my up to date contact details…what is the point in holding them in this case?
