@LloydsBank in the last 2 days I have spent nearly 4 hours on hold on your phone line. Finally someone answers today before telling me that I’d need to be transferred to another department which would be a further hours wait. I cannot make online payments, please help!

@LloydsBank I don't want to be put to any further expense because of an error made by your bank. Somebody needs to sort this out for me please. I am dealing with this on my Husband's behalf. Your error has caused a lot of stress. We have done all we can. Your staff now need to sort it out.

@LloydsBank You never answer the phone. I've wasted 3-4 hours calling you about this. Why can't anyone help? When I speak to customer service, they say it's fraud's problem and put me in another queue. Record time so far is over 100 minutes on hold. Someone needs to call me urgently.

@LloydsBank my card has been hacked, they rang me claiming to be you to stop somebody hacking it, they’ve now taken £1350 pounds out, money I don’t have. I am on the phone but no luck #whatisgoingon ;( please help

@LloydsBank Thank you Gillian. I finally had a phone call this afternoon. Previously, I hadn't had an outcome because I hadn't had any contact. The service was very poor. Do you realise that The Financial Ombudsman Service have on average an 18 month turnaround? I know this from experience.
