    @LloydsBank after 35 years of hassle free banking with you I can honestly say the last four days on the phone with your advisors has been awful. What happened to the lovely Scottish people on the phone?!? Bring them back! Terrible service.

    @LloydsBank Also. My mom had tried transfers on here phone and my stepdad on his android phone and neither have notifications. So there is definitely an issue going on. My other banking apps and other apps notifications are fine. Just Lloyds Which again. I get these issues most months

    @bruce_packard @LloydsBank Wow. I'm writing up Quarto. Obvs you are comfortable with it being effectively a subsidiary and customer of Lion Rock. I worry the mothership's interests might come before Quarto's, despite LR's stated intent.

    @LloydsBank i am not good at twitter. seemed my only option. at 00.07 21/5/2021 i need to access my account. i can't at this time because my phone is dead.

    @LloydsBank I haven’t tried the desktop site only form my phone. Yes I get an error message saying ‘we are experiencing technical difficulties’. This happens quite a lot but usually resolves after a while but still having no luck. Might just be my phone maybe. I’ll keep trying. Many thanks

    @LloydsBank I gave up yesterday. Trying again today currently at 17 minutes. My business cannot afford me to devote 20 minutes of my working day trying to contact my bank. Seriously contemplating changing bank to one better suited for business customers.
