@rocketslothluke @jpmoney1999 Yeah a lot of people hated the original Mass Effect 3 ending to the point where BioWare had to release an extended cut ending DLC to address the issues. But I personally didn't mind the original endings to ME3 and kind of prefer them too.

Mass Effect 3 has by far the worst combat in the series. It’s also so so buggy. Idk if this is just a legendary edition problem, but in the other two games my squad wouldn’t disappear every encounter

@DarkClong Damn and damn 😲 Honestly I don’t why my 360 did the dreaded “Ring of Death”. I thought about playing some Mass Effect 2 and then that happened. I did fix it. I thought I had remedied it. But it’s obviously it didn’t. Still… Luckily yours didn’t burn your house.

Mass Effect is a weird series, I was as glued to the screen as I was frustrated with gameplay and writing decisions. I think I get it now, and while I have problems with the individual games, the series as a whole was just great. Viewed in that lens it’s like an 8.5 or something

@RompingFox Somehow we have gotten more substantial info of the next Mass Effect than Dragon Age. Although I suppose they did have to restart development on it after they scrapped the live-service multiplayer thing they had going on?

@WorkingSamuels @Pokemario98 @dragonage To be honest the writing on Mass Effect is far better than what we have had for any of the Dragon Age games. Also admit it didn't really feel like an issue even till DAI & MEA. Both games had world/character building in other media outside the games & they suffered for it imo

The problem with playing Mass Effect 3 for 12 hours is I had to deal with both "Had to be me. Someone else might have gotten it wrong." AND "Does this unit have a soul?" in one session. 😭💔

the problem becomes when the textures and models from Mass Effect 3 have a more specialized context. Some of those characters are in *very* diffirent circumstances in the third game. The most egregious example (I'm hoping, it is so far) is Anderson.

@b00_nsfw Yeah I was thinking about a full rivalry run after my canon full lawful, but some of these options are toxic. Bioware had the same issue with Mass Effect where Renegade should be all pragmatic and more violent, but you are just an ******* that hurts and loses your companions.

@dreamsingreen @KingAtlon @BS_artsss Again I feel that there is clearly a canon version of her story being a memory and nothing more, the other choices and endings are just fan service at that point. Its not in depth as something like Mass Effect and with real choice that matters.
