    @AskNationwide absolutely useless tried to have a appointment last week with you because was off work now your trying to contact us this week and sending text that you can’t contact us. That’s because we are working so we can give you hundreds of thousands of pounds.

    @AskNationwide It’s a standing order - it’s the same problem you have every month. It’s embarrassing now. You’ve paid me hundreds in compensation, sent big apology letters yet still it continues. I’ve checked with the sending bank before you say and it’s gone. It is not their issue

    @McglynnDermot @AskNationwide I had some experience when my account got issues, I contacted the customer support team for more than a week, but they wouldn't reply me.....not until I got referred to @coder_godson001 on Twitter and he helped me retrieve my account back

    @AskNationwide We did this, they said to wait as 48hrs wasn’t passed. That expired yesterday and she’s heard nothing. Not even a call, email, text. She has £6 in her account and direct debits leaving account tomorrow. No offer of support and she working a 12hour shift today so cannot contact.

    @FireNWood1963 @AskNationwide Get shut of your ISA, get 1.5% easy access saver with @chase_uk or a bond with SmartSave or Monument at 2% for 2yrs or 2.11% with Al-Rayan Bank. Ditch and switch as Martin Lewis says. I'm going from 0.4 to 1.5%. You will need to pay tax, but it's nothing compared to interest.

    @AskNationwide I am trying yo get my bank card pin unlocked but the ‘help’ line told me to ring back in normal hours, I need my card unlocked now.

    @AskNationwide Hmm I seem to gather from your website that you only do hard credit checks when customer applies for credit. Still unsure why you need to check if you can offer me credit if I’m only applying for a current account with no credit? Or have I missed the point

    @AskNationwide No point replying as we just go round in circles. You didn’t look after a long serving loyal customer that’s all the public and potential new customers need to know.
