@AskNationwide I got a new phone 3 days ago and ever since, when I’m trying to register/log into the mobile banking app it won’t let me. It keeps saying that you’re currently experiencing a technical problem. Is this the case? Thanks

@AskNationwide My mum doesn't understand she has lack of capacity so is trying to remain independent with my support. All I wanted was someone to call her and run through security and check her account hasn't been fraudulently used. When I rung NatWest with same issue they were amazing.

@AskNationwide Before I repeat the exercise of entering all my data again, getting stuck, then deciding that if Nationwide can't do sign up, they probably should not be trusted with money, can you verify that the site is functional and you are seeing new joint accounts being created please?

@AskNationwide Please will you let me know if there is an independent complaint procedure for the Current Account Switch Guarantee. Both my wife and I have had problems having switched to Nationwide last month. And I have just been told to sort it myself & contact my old bank

@AskNationwide I wasn’t able to access my bank saturday night until Sunday morning couldn’t even make any payments or transfer money I was trying to get home from a night out and was stranded a friend was able to give me a lift 😓

@AskNationwide what the hell has happened to all the staff at chingford branch Got all new staff thick as anything don't have a clue went in to pay credit card bill 30 minute wait until they worked out how to do it Poor poor service What's happened to this branch please answer
