@AskNationwide @AsboAye I'm having the same issues as Kate. Waited on the phone for 40 mins, then the music changed to a ring before cutting off. 25 mins and waiting for a response on chat. Diabolical.

@AskNationwide I've just spent an hour on the phone with your contact centre and they could not tell me anything about the investigation, how long it will take or when I can access my accounts again. Useless

@AskNationwide They have asked a member of the mortgage team to contact me in the morning as they could not see what the problem was. I was originally asked to call the mortgage team tomorrow, but today I was on hold for 30mins and then got no useful answers, so hopefully I will hear tomorrow
