    @AskNationwide why ******** do I need a card reader? I have been using my thumb print for years. I cannot transfer money from my account to one of my other accounts which I have for years. What ******** is wrong with you. Do you want people to leave your bank.Ignoring support

    @AskNationwide customer for 20/25 years, I move money around constantly. Today being asked for a card reader which I dont have & never had so can't move MY money. Are we back in the 90s? Why are you suddenly asking for this? Rang, got told website would allow, it doesn't 😡😡

    @AskNationwide shocking customer service and fobbed off for 3 weeks now. Direct debit indemnities aren’t worth the paper they’re written on with this shower.

    @AskNationwide When did Nationwide become impossible to speak to or message or otherwise contact? Your payments system is not working as of 6pm on Friday 7 Nov 2025. You send us to the website which gaslights us by saying all is fine. Your phone wait is almost an hour. Useless!
