Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?

You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!
