Hey @NatWest_Help, @AskNationwide have an issue with their payments AGAIN. Will you charge me/will it negatively impact my credit file if my NW mortgage payment doesn’t go out as scheduled due to this problem?

@AskNationwide I’m aware direct debits are working normally but there’s no money gone into my account to pay them. My standing order and my bank transfer in both haven’t gone through. What do you advise I do?

@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

@AskNationwide This is not acceptable. People have pay and bills due out the same day. If you've caused a problem with incoming payments you should delay running direct debits on those accounts until their incoming payments are in!!!!!
