@AskNationwide That's the number I had an hour-long call to today. Bloke I spoke to was unable to view or edit answers to questions about my income, my use of my Nationwide accounts, or how money is transferred into my accounts, even though they are part of the form that appeared on login.

@AskNationwide hi I’m new to Nationwide and I’m interested in applying for a bank account online but on the website it says you still have to go to the local branch with ID. It can’t be done completely online? Is that correct?

@AskNationwide fantastic service from your Ipswich town branch yesterday when my card was not working in the shops. Super speedy help and service making sure I didn't waste my time walking into town and could still get the bits I needed!

@AskNationwide I have two current accounts & both debit cards expired this month. They have been replaced with new cards with identical blank faces. This means I will now have to check the back of the card anytime I want to use it. If they were different colours this wouldn't be a problem. 2/2

@AskNationwide We had a ceiling collapse on Thursday 17th July and since then we have received apart from one exception the worst customer service we have ever encountered.We have spent endless hours on the Phone doing your job and have been met at every turn by problems
