    @AskNationwide - why when you call a customer from your own details does the customer have to ‘pass security’ by giving personal details back to someone they have not called?! This is how scammers work - is time to change your processes?

    @AskNationwide come on nationwide get your act together, not happy trying to resolve a query,cut off twice from internet banking,chat did not help, very very frustrating, been trying for nearly 3 hours !!!!

    @AskNationwide I’ve transferred 2 payments to my ISA from my current account.. both been taken but only 1 showing on my balance.. is there an issue with online banking?!
