    @AskNationwide Our priority right now is fixing the problem so our child isn't freezing and our hours of waiting aren't wasted. Rather making making a complaint which presumably takes a long time to submit and days and weeks to get a response. No help at all.

    @AskNationwide fraud query for a transaction 3 months ago i cant remember or check as my account has been removed from online banking. im expected to prove its genuine but no help offered despite phoning to ask. everything im told makes no sense and rather than help im told to email 😡

    @comparemkt_care Just bought home insurance through you, and your API put my 'valuables' down as 'Out & About' cover under @AskNationwide Definitely not happy about that. Please check your mappings.

    @AskNationwide you are becoming an absolute joke of a company. When you cold call a customer and ask me to go through security but give me nothing to say its you . I AINT GONNA DO IT. You shouldn't want me to do it cause if it was a scam you wouldn't pay me back. 1/2
