    @AskNationwide I recently tried to open and switch to a nationwide flexplus current account but kept getting an error message. Is this being fixed? many thanks

    @AskNationwide I'm trying to login but the button to request the text security number has gone and if I try a press resend password, it doesn't register my click. Is there an IT issue at the moment?

    @AskNationwide totally useless customer service! On hold to god awful music for 15 minutes and then get cut off and can’t arrange a call back! Pathetic

    @AskNationwide My account opened yesterday I'm assuming as that's when I got my bank account details. But the switch is delayed until 2nd week of November to avoid dates direct debits are due. Hopefully by next week I can access and transfer some money from main bank

    @AskNationwide I would like to thank Kelly on your customer service team who helped me out with a problem caused by #Argos & their faulty system where they charged me twice (a glitch they know they have) which wiped my bank account. Kelly was helpful and set my mind at easy 👏
