@AskNationwide Ok I will try again tonight. Maybe the lady I spoke to who said they the offer department leave at 5pm was trying to have an early finish. Not good customer service at all. I work full time, I cannot go to a branch unfortunately.

@AskNationwide so we couldn't get payments in or out on 28/02,yesterday we could get as far as the log in page but then got error messages & today now its a "we cant log you in"message.What is wrong with your bank lately?. Youre causing so many people so much stress its unfair

So today I spent opening a new bank account and arranging for my salary to be paid into this new account. @asknationwide have far too many ‘technical issues’ where you cannot access your own money. Yesterday was the 3rd day since xmas eve you cannot access your account!

@AskNationwide my DD for my Nationwide Hom ins has not been collected on the 1/3/22. I’ve just been informed that the payment was rejected! I would not cancel my home ins policy without reason and the funds are there to collect. getting frustrated with NW issues, pls respond asap
