    @AskNationwide can’t log in to your app - which happens so frequently. I often have to delete it and go through the whole installing process again. Anything you can do to help this time? Many thanks.

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide that worked out well two complaints logged since the first of the month! No customer service again and yet more incompetence from the nationwide! Time for ombudsman to look into this one!

    Why @AskNationwide can’t people do transfers over the phone? Awful for ppl who are mobility impaired and those who don’t use internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Hi, yes, it was just that I was on the website (phone credit) and I did hers immediately after mine, however it told me there was a problem processing payment. I have entered the details correctly, I'm sure of it.

    @AskNationwide Thanks for trying to help Mel. In the end I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Quite a palaver but seems the most straightforward answer. I change the device name though.
