    @AskNationwide Currently there is no way to chat to Nationwide or their Bot Arie throughthe app or on the web app. You can no longer ask a simole question. Where is the support?

    Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃

    @AskNationwide is there a problem with your app? Everytime I try to add money to my revolut account the connection to Nationwide says sorry something seems to have gone wrong

    @AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

    @DebiEvansMatron @Vampfree1110228 @AskNationwide Agree re problems. Just been logged in to a Nationwide app chat ‘help’ line. No further forward after an hour. Just cancelled newly opened credit card account because of Nationwide abysmal admin.

    @AskNationwide still awaiting for passnumber I can read, pin number, the app is down and arti is useless, plus there's no email address, so how do we use the bank?

    Was due to travel to DBX on 2nd March. Trying to claim back loss of AirB&B cost from @AskNationwide Flex Plus (covered by @avivaplc) and being told 'Underwriters are discussing it'. Checked Ts&Cs and we have complied with all. Anyone else having this problem? @Telegraph
