@AskNationwide I am currently travelling through Central and South America for up to 6 months and am unable to do any online banking. I have my card, and customer number, but I have no card reader and the phone number registered to my account is no longer in use. Any ideas?

@AskNationwide My recent attempt to open an account with you which ended in cancellation because of your incompetence and your staff not having access to all departments has now left you open to fraud because I am receiving cheque books etc for the account! You really are sad!

@AskNationwide hey folks, why does your website lack basic functionality? It's been like this for months, simple stuff like none of your sidebar links working on click - you have to open them in a new tab, or linking to dead pages, or breaking on new account apps?

@AskNationwide why is it only ever Stagecoach card reader my card gets declined on, also it’s now asking in shops for me to put card in for pin and contactless not working?

@AskNationwide @a_lidwell @georgebowden thanks for the update, it has been over 7 weeks now and your IT Team are still investigating! Never heard of a customer impacting issue dragging on for coming upto 2 months! In this day and age to not have online access to your account is unacceptable 😡
