katie (@khlrosie2012) reported@AskNationwide Kind of sort of hugely unacceptable!!!! Are you going to contact every customers bill collected and tell them that the reason people's bills are late is because of an "issue" this has been going on for weeks now, it's ridiculous so sort it out!!!
