@AskNationwide so at time of writing my wages can’t be put into my account but DD’s & SO’s can still come out? In order to pay these I need funnily enough my wages? If this issue is not resolved will @AskNationwide be covering fees for late payments etc?

@AmirahKukan @Vickiwol @AskNationwide I do actually. But as far as I can tell I've had no issues 🤷 Unless I was supposed to get paid a day early. Not checked to be honest

@AskNationwide It’s not a great time to ironically be having faster payments issues. Yes you have inconvenienced me and still waiting for this to be resolved.

  • fluffymitten Louise Allen (@fluffymitten) reported

@AskNationwide You've bounced direct debits because of it. What compensation will you be paying that also restores any issues I will be having with my credit score because I now have a missed payment on record. I've only been a customer for 3 months. How regularly does this happen?
