@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide I have tried different browsers as I am part way thru doing a poxy form for @yourcolchester who insists bank statement for a council tax rebate to prove it's my account. Its not working on any browser.

@BelleStarrC @AskNationwide They bat of questions and complaints with anodyne statements which do not address the issues. I have started closing accounts, though it is not easy to find alts. Since they initially denied the assocn I find I am suspicious of other banks/societies. But I have made a start.

@AskNationwide hi I am trying to get a statement from 27th april to today for my solicitor.. whenever i download the file it doesnt show my details ie. Name and address. I do the date ranges and such but details arent on there.. can you help?

Sorry to jump on another complaint, came on here because my partner’s been stuck on a phone for 1hr20 so far. What do Halifax think is an acceptable time to wait?
