    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    @AskNationwide I have his will in my possession and the death certificate I won't have until Tuesday that's when I have the appt with the registrar can i go down the branch in town and show them all this I'm not keen on sending his will out I need to show it to other banks and pension ppl etc ?

    To the man in M&S Corby who paid for my shopping when my card was declined, thank you. You made an already bad day a little better. I will donate to local charity. To @AskNationwide who incorrectly put a block on my card and caused me to burst into tears at the till, raspberries.

    @AskNationwide what needs to happen to make a complaint? Customer services have just hung up on my partner after he was on a call for half an hour. This comes after nearly a month of incompetence from yourselves. #CustomerService #complaints #ombudsman

    What a nightmare with @AskNationwide You have to use mobile or online banking, which I do not want, so I cannot pay any bills, their telephone banking will not help. I'm switching to @BarclaysUK their customer service is so much better - and I got to pay my bill!
