@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide Then I am stuffed. I call them daily. Most recently before tweeting. They can’t do anything. Your customer service is just awful. I’ve paid a grand in fees for the setting up of the mortgage and no one is incapable of assisting. Shameful.

Apparently @AskNationwide don’t have mortgage appts until Sept and branches don’t see ppl any more. Which seems a bit astonishing not to be able to provide a service to customers.

@AskNationwide thumbs up for Nationwide mobile insurance. My wife broke her phone whilst on holiday. Claim was authorised within 24 hours. Sent phone off on friday and got it back fully repaired on wednesday. Great service 👍
