@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide It's not Barclays issue. 5 x payments were sent from Barclays at the same time. 3 of those have been delayed but received into my Nationwide account. 2 are missing. This isn't a Barclays issue.....it's a Nationwide one. Please get in touch to confirm how this will be resolved.

@AskNationwide my husband has had his wages delayed since last Friday... recieved notifications that there is a delay but still nothing. His wages support me and our 7 month old son.. another payment is due by Friday. Do we know when this will be resolved??

@AskNationwide He is doing it through the app and setting us up as new payees to do this using the card reader. We can complete the whole transaction but the app comes up with an error at the end and no payment is sent nor the payee saved

@AskNationwide can you please explain how my sister launched a complaint the same day i did, the same way I did. However, she received compensation and I haven’t even received a response despite both experiencing the same issues.

@AskNationwide I am aware of this as a nationwide customer for years. He has done it entirely correctly through the creation of a new payee. The instructions have been followed on several occasions, the amount entered as 1599 and we are met with a technical error on the app at the final stage
