@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide Written to head office and complained and have been treated terribly, no customer service whats so ever.Not what I would expect from Nationwide, especially when the advertising line reads, Nationwide on your side ??? What a joke that is.

@TSB can't access my account on the iPhone app, just says to try again later. Is there a problem? And don't lie like @AskNationwide have done recently. Just admit upfront if there's an issue with logging in.

@AskNationwide So the car has broken down but I'm taking it to the garage tomorrow to be repaired. Would I have to ring in the morning to get the car recovered from my driveway to the garage to be eligible?
