@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide I want to get a laptop using my nationwide debit card, but it’s delivered to someone else at a different address. Will nationwide block my card because of the fact it’s an expensive item being delivered to an address different to where the card is registered?

@AskNationwide To do what? Every call he has had with your staff has resulted in him repeatedly being asked if he shared his account details with anyone. We have no trust in you whatsoever. Since the account transfer service to nationwide he has had nothing but issues. What can you do?

6 working days without a peep from the complaints team @AskNationwide. Having been told to expect some contact within 5 working days by 2 call handlers and a manager, I am once again experiencing a complete failure in process. Why have SLAs if you can't meet them?
