@AskNationwide @nattglaze Hi, I just had the same issue on my Galaxy S8. I found doing a Force Stop in App settings and restarting the phone fixed the issue.

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide The customer care person will ask me to wait for a while for them to check with International transfer team. Then they respond back stating, they have not received any incoming transfer request for the amount I had done. Pathetic.!!!

@AskNationwide I have a 5 year fixed bond with Nationwide and I am thinking of ending it and now moving the money to an ISA I can access. Am I able to do that over the phone or through internet banking?

Hi @AskNationwide you blocked my card this morning, then unlocked it, and then blocked it again straight after and its been blocked ever since. Been on hold now for 12 mins and counting. Any idea when I'll be able to access my own money again, and do what I choose with it? Thanks

@AskNationwide Unable to pay my driving instructor via bank transfer. Says technical difficulties but your website says all normal. I have enough on my account . What is happening?

@AskNationwide Your customer care must contact HSBC and check the status of the transfer. Instead they check within Nationwide system and says no money received.
