David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.

Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Chris (@ryansmi89) reported@AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.
