@AskNationwide Further to the above, I did DM as requested and was just asked to contact their customer services team directly - which I’ve clearly already done without success. Such a farce! And to top it off, I got a letter in the post saying that if I renew with them they’ll drop the charge.

@AskNationwide Software is up to date, I've just tried to log into online on a friends device (completely different type to mine) and the issue is exactly the same, so it must be at your end

Huge lesson NEVER rely on breakdown cover with a bank. Broke down in France @AskNationwide said we’d be recovered home. The French recovery service took us to the closest garage + abandoned us! They won't look at the car until Monday. Our antigen expire tomorrow so we’re stuck!

@AskNationwide Can you please change the method of D.O.B. input when applying for products online? At present you can only swipe through each month from today to the correct date. Totally ridiculous and a very easy fix (even if it isn't you should do it).

@AskNationwide This was the number the fraudsters called on yesterday. And I still think you should alert *all* customers that this is happening. Yes she will need to go through your main website telephone number each time she contacts you.

@AskNationwide Can you help? My bank has blocked payments to Crypto exchanges for my safety... as a degree educated individual with over 10 years investing experience.. I find this an utter farce. Can you confirm you will pay the 5% to 13% interest I was getting on my crypto holdings?

@AskNationwide disappointed with your telephone service. Your app has kicked me out. Trying to ‘re-enrol’, tells me@that you haven’t got my mobile (don’t believe that). So when I call (twice) I cannot get a simple update done. 1st caller not helpful and 2nd caller connects me 1/2

@AskNationwide the app won't let me transfer my money.. It is saying there is a service issue and that you are working on it... Is this correct?
