After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.

JTB (@fimbisj) reported@AskNationwide why is your telephone number for customers 03457302011 such rubbish? What’s wrong with just answering the phone? Why does AI have to be involved? when using callback it rings twice and hangs up. Your branch staff are brilliant your telephone service is terrible

Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.
