@AskNationwide Thank you, let’s hope that your inbound payment issues have been resolved by then!

  • Syn0nymph 💬 (@Syn0nymph) reported

@GemmaSimpson83 @AskNationwide Phone number no longer working so I'd email

  • ChelseyP_91 Pilch (@ChelseyP_91) reported

@AskNationwide ASAP is lovely and all but the late fees I incur for payments that should have been made without issue is going to impact me, I'm on maternity leave and can't afford the additional charges through no fault of my own!

  • emmaj1025 Emma Joanne (@emmaj1025) reported

@AskNationwide lovely of you to say DDs and SOs are working properly. That’s half the problem. Because of your queue there’s no money in the acct to make the payment!! #byenationwide

  • Kirsten_Rowe92 Kirsten (@Kirsten_Rowe92) reported

@AskNationwide @williamconnoll9 Direct debits will be impacted if you don’t have the money in your account to pay them yet. Is there a time that this issue will be fixed? Still awaiting wages from work

  • bethmaidurant Beth Durant (@bethmaidurant) reported

@AskNationwide Just read your replies to everyone else - how can a major bank not have a timescale for resolving this issue!? These are my wages! This isn't just £20. Your website isn't working either.

  • Howitt83S Sarah (@Howitt83S) reported

@AskNationwide Still haven’t received my salary. These issues with delayed payments are happening too often. I’ve no money for fuel to get to work and no money for children’s lunch money.

  • SportingNest Sporting Nest 🇸🇴 🇺🇦 (@SportingNest) reported

@Syn0nymph @AskNationwide When I spoke to one of their management about this in December, they assured me that on the next occasion, they would notify the customers of the reason for the problem, the length of the queue/delay, and whether payments were being processed or had been stopped until a fix.

  • khlrosie2012 katie (@khlrosie2012) reported

@AskNationwide seriously!!!! Another payments issue!!! This is unacceptable and always seems to be happening on days where the majority of your customers will get paid! You need to fix this else myself and many other customers will just change banks!!

  • ryanmckinna ryan mck (@ryanmckinna) reported

Highly suggest anyone who’s with @AskNationwide close their account and move banks. Only bank I know of who has a major problem dealing with…money. A bank. Who can’t handle money.
