  @AskNationwide I’ve already logged a complaint 7 days ago to disputes who said I would get a response in 3-5 days but because I didn’t get a response from you I’ve tried phoning disputes but Andy at disputes keeps putting the phone down after a 30 minute call queue it’s a debit card.

  @AskNationwide why is my Amazon payment not working? I have something like 2 hours before the delivery can't be delivered by the 28th and I have enough money and the card is not frozen. The details in Amazon are correct and it 'orders' before asking me to update my details.

  @AskNationwide Shouldn’t the chat to us feature be a part of the app and not just website? I guess it would involve actually investing in your app and adding features from this century to do that
