@AskNationwide The virtual online help is useless as it doesn't understand stand, getting to the point of changing banks, only been with you for over 15 years.

@AskNationwide are you aware that your payment app is not working properly. 2 payments rejected from 2 different cards in past 30 minutes. Sorted 1 another way but still need to make another payment from a particular account
