@sassievamp @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide I haven't kept a count, but Barclays went down in January which caused me a big problem. Their banking tech is just as complicated as others. They might have fewer facilities (no business accounts), but each facility is the same as other banks.

(Yes I’m aware that my opinion of most banks is that they are slow and outdated but the pure fact that I can do EVERYTHING I want to on @monzo’s app and I can’t do some of the basics in the @AskNationwide app says a lot) I’m quite open about my opinion as you can tell.

@AskNationwide Been waiting on money reaching my account this morning due to the banking system being down again and not been sorted I haven’t received it I am disabled I rely on my wheelchair and now oxygen I have no electricity and no food I was relying on the funds

@AskNationwide I dont need to sign in to see thousands pounds sitting in your ether making you money. I need you to make sure you fix the issue so my (and everyone elses) money comes & goes as it should. Advise me when all flowing pls.
