    @AskNationwide Talking to one of your advisors via live chat on the web. She doesn't seem to grasp the issue that my Instant Account balance is incorrect. I'm disabled and counting on that money being correct.

    @AskNationwide No, it was a bank transfer. They have my correct details and have been paying me for several years - never had an issue before. I'll check with them in the morning and will call Customer services if needed. Thanks for your replies though.

    @AskNationwide Been a Nationwide customer for years without any issues, I prided them as a great building society. Recently been having technical issues which I complained about. I tried to make an online payment but never received confirmation that it had gone through......

    @AskNationwide @NatStraff Maintenance at this time of day??? Really? Not good enough. You usually do it during the early hours, which is inconvenient enough but many work/shop/live on Sunday’s so need access to THEIR OWN MONEY!!!

    @AskNationwide The savings account is showing a lower balance than it should be! It was correct last night before your system went down for maintenance - now there is a discrepancy! And of course your support telephone line is shut!

    @AskNationwide Info first sent 7/6, confirmed that was all that was needed. Chased and sent again 21/6. Chased again 24/6 were told 2 working days. Chased again today (28/6), were told no home report was given. Have sent it again and now we've been told to call you daily to chase.

    @AskNationwide I sent payment to my other account to cover my Tesco shopping payment, will not get my food now as I won’t have enough money due to your maintenance, I had no warning prior to me making payment at 11am you were to stop payments? You told me at 12 which didn’t help
