    It’s Friday evening and the @LloydsBank app is down. This is insane! Can’t even buy food or pay bills 😩 For sure need to open an account with another bank like @AskNationwide as they at least would reimburse for the inconvenience

    @Barclays @AskNationwide As of today, I’ve just come off the phone with yet another representative @AskNationwide who has “reprocessed” the request again and promised the funds within 3–5 working days. I have zero confidence this will happen.

    @Barclays @AskNationwide @AskNationwide Each time I had to re-explain the situation, was told it would take 3–5 working days, or that the transfer had failed and was being reprocessed. No follow-up with me, I did all the chasing.
