@AskNationwide Why is she not being refunded? She did not act negligently. She did not authorise any of the payments. Why is it now taking longer than 6 months? She has still not been refunded and is now at risk of homelessness. Please help.

@AskNationwide No it doesnt. Work address - all green ticks, current address and previous address nothing next to it. Either green or red. And Microsoft Edge on my laptop. Even tried on android device. Same issue.
