    @AskNationwide I tried to speak to someone at Nationwide on the phone but was greeted with an automated service and referred to the banking app, where a dumb chatbot told me it would take up to 120 days to investigate a “dispute” and gave me a phone number to speak to an agent.

    @AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You can’t remove the card reader if you’ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems you’ve updated the system with the same error. I too can’t transfer money.

    @AskNationwide As a so-called customer lead organisation you should at least give customers the ability to contact by email people with influence within the organisation
