    @pollymacnicol @AskNationwide I had a problem with my TSB account for a few days too ... had set up a Standing Order from current account to account that pay bills from that didn't transfer for 2 days - then Pension credited a day early. Some weird ****. Hope everything OK and all best for tonight & 2022 x

    @AskNationwide I have had the worst experience with Nationwide today. Words cannot explain how disappointed I am and the way my case has been handled. Logged a formal complaint ref NBS7575250 but I am struggling to figure out why I should stay with the bank. Awful 😞

    @AskNationwide Thank you very much, when I deposited the cash, I did it in 2 lots and there was a issue with the 2nd lot going so could potentially have something to do with that, hope you have a good day :)

    @AskNationwide Anyone who knows the nationwide culture can imagine the scene in Swindon. Lots of highly paid managers sending pointless emails shifting the blame onto someone else. Back stabbing galore. At no stage will anyone consider the root of the problem. Not my job!

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).
