Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

Nationwide reduced my credit by more than 50% Their reason, second time they’ve done this, they sent a letter after the fact. They are worried about my ability to service my £0 debt. 😱 ******* Shite. Was told my switch was successful and account will be credited as was all criteria done and ive had someone say opposite and go back and say no longer valid. You advertised it till the 4th march so any application before should be fine
