@AskNationwide I'm confident at using your online banking, it just massively aggravates me l, that I have to use my card reader to add new payees each time. Is there a way around this? Surely my log in code or being sent a OTP code each time would be easier and less time consuming.

@AskNationwide fed up of your ‘computer says no’ attitude to customers. Your complaints team is just carrying out a tick box exercise for the FSA - awful service from them. I’ve been a customer for years - you make me feel like you don’t care and I truly don’t think you do

Looks like .@AskNationwide have pulled the plug on the #PayM service today, the first of the major UK banks to do so before the PayM service shuts completely on 7th March. Pity. This was a handy feature.

@AskNationwide For the last year, several of my account debit cards have not been appearing in online banking or in the app. Noone can fix it in C/S & my formal complaint sent weeks ago has been ignored. #sortitoutnationwide #nationwidemayhem
