@AskNationwide I have tried to call 4 times this morning but the line keeps disconnecting. I need help with 3 transactions that were taken.

  • nlieck Norbert Lieckfeldt 💙 (@nlieck) reported

Getting caught in vicious circle from hell at @AskNationwide - they say Without a card reader, you can still: [...] send money to someone you've paid before. Logged on online. Made payment to - guess what - someone I paid before. Site asks for card reader input. 🙄

@AskNationwide What time do the lines operate to?? I’m working all day

  • josieremx Josie Munro (@josieremx) reported

@AskNationwide what’s your data protection protocol for a customer requesting a copy of a bank statement in branch? I just obtained one while stood in the queue outside by just handing an employee my bank card, no details given/ID shown/pin given which feels a bit sketchy 😬

  • BWFC1982 Chris (@BWFC1982) reported

@AskNationwide I do but I don't have access at this moment in time. Can you help me?

  • yatesco Colin Yates (@yatesco) reported

@FredAtBootstrap @AskNationwide I appreciate it when they block a "suspicious" transaction and confirm with me first, but telling me "no, you can't spend your money on that perfectly legal thing" - yeah, big no for me.

  • offbrandbeanz beanhead (@offbrandbeanz) reported

@AskNationwide Hey! I have applied for a FlexOne card and I just got sent my customer number. Can I create an account on the mobile app yet or do I need to wait until the card and PIN arrive?

  • Curlypics Curly (@Curlypics) reported

@AskNationwide Not yet, bearing in mind the branch didn't deem it an issue losing the cheque for 2 weeks or when she chased it to bother letting her know that they'd found it I don't really see the point in complaining to them.

  • andyfenboyed Andy Edwards (@andyfenboyed) reported

@AskNationwide But Nationwide don’t accept post dated letters. I can’t see the need to change the card number as I’m now going to have to go through the terrible online banking App to work out what is a card payment and a DD. I shouldn’t have to do this. Again fail to see security here?

  • andyfenboyed Andy Edwards (@andyfenboyed) reported

@AskNationwide My replacement Debit card arrived today (13 July 2021) letter was dated 1 July 2021, please explain? Also why change card number. Do you have any idea how inconvenient this is now going to be to update payees? I see no evidence to support this “security” measure
