@AskNationwide My wife does online food shopping for her elderly mum. We pay using mums nationwide account by entering the card details. Ocado now requires verification by card reader or text message. Her mum, who has dementia and is 150 miles away, has the card & phone. Help!?

@AskNationwide I went to my local NWide office to sort the online problems. Couldn’t help notice shortage of staff, only one dealing with customers, the other dealing with post regardless of growing queue.

@AskNationwide closed my Nationwide mortgage account last Thursday but you've taken a full mortgage payment off me today (account no longer exists when I access on the app) can you help me get an immediate refund please as your phonelines are never ending queues

@AskNationwide Hi, I don't think you've understood what's happening in @jimbrowning11 tweet. Scammers running a remote access app on victim's phone & asked them to open Barclay's banking app so they can see everything. Barclay's app prevents this by not opening if remote viewing app is running.

@AskNationwide I'm an exciting customer, husband isn't. We are wanting to open a joint account which I know we can do online. Will we qualify for the bonus? We can't switch DDs as need to do these manually. Seems unfair we won't qualify :(

@AskNationwide tried a transfer from my cash builder account to my current account, at the last stage it came up with an error and to try again later, however the funds have left the cash builder account, but have not arrived at the current account.
