@AskNationwide we have a Flexi plus account with you and are on holiday and have encountered an issue - when we landed at the airport, another person had taken our buggy and left us with theirs. Ours was brand new (bought a week ago) and theirs is old! What do we do?

Previously told by @AskNationwide that we could move to an interest-only mortgage for a year while on mat leave. Now being told you have to apply for 3 months at a time and repeat affordability tests. How does this help people in financial difficulties? No wonder we’re stressed
