    @AskNationwide Currently there is no way to chat to Nationwide or their Bot Arie throughthe app or on the web app. You can no longer ask a simole question. Where is the support?

    @AskNationwide how long till I am able to unfreeze my card? Currently needing to use my card and it’s saying that I I’m unable to due to a technical issue. This is causing me a lot of issues
