@AskNationwide just fyi, if you try to report your card lost on the mobile app to ask for a replacement, it asks you to confirm your identity using the card reader -which you need the Lost card to use - pls fix asap

@AskNationwide if your payment issue has now been resolved please explain why I’ve not received my Salary this Month when my colleagues received it on the 22nd? Lucky I don’t live pay check to pay check but this is ridiculous!!!

@AskNationwide Hi - Merry Christmas. I've had my wages hit my account twice - once on 24th and once today on 25th on bank hol. As FD where I work, I've checked work bank account and that only has the one payment coming out (thankfully) - is this an issue at your end?

@AskNationwide No thx. Just letting you know that you've still got IT issues relating to your payments in/out system problems and you should pass this on to your IT dept. I'm sure MIL isn't the only Nationwide customer affected.

@AskNationwide just opened our sons savings act. The sort code that appears on the app for that nee act is only 4 digits...any help would be appreciated
