@AskNationwide Good start to the New Year......waiting all morning for a code to make a payment online. What's the problem?

  • StephenMoss1978 Stephen Moss (@StephenMoss1978) reported

@AskNationwide Happy New Year! Just wondering why no direct debits have left my account this morning. Has there been an issue with payments? Thanks

  • cnf1971 Crawley Hammer ⚒️ (@cnf1971) reported

@AskNationwide I called them. They said they couldn't do anything. Appalling service. A totally unacceptable and unjustified increase, so looks like I have no option but to look elsewhere.

  • Schroedinger99 Dr Mike Ward - @Schroedinger99@social.anoxinon.de (@Schroedinger99) reported

@AskNationwide 3) If you manage to get past all that and press enter you get "we are having technical problems" (or words to that effect) with no contact number or other route provided. 4) If you ring the automated service you are told you have to do the thing in question online.

  • Schroedinger99 Dr Mike Ward - @Schroedinger99@social.anoxinon.de (@Schroedinger99) reported

@AskNationwide Let's do it here: 1) Your website takes you round in circles whenever you try to find something. 2) Even when you find the correct form to fill in, you are repeatedly thrown out and have to re-enter your credentials many times.

  • Jones1981Tom Alexander Waldron (@Jones1981Tom) reported

@AskNationwide have you got a problem with online banking - I am unable to open my credit card statement online as I want to view the paper copy?

  • damawa42 Daniel W (@damawa42) reported

Yet more website problems for @AskNationwide - the "previous statements" page takes an age to load, and often just ends up blank; on the rare occasion it does list prior months, clicking them whirrs away and never shows me the statement. Utterly useless as always. Cheers guys.

  • NewHomesExpert1 New Homes Expert (@NewHomesExpert1) reported

@AskNationwide What is the point, given that your own CEO Debbie Crosbie, won't reply to my e mails and her underlings don't want to help. What could you do? It is now going to be a complaint to the @financialombuds

  • Schroedinger99 Dr Mike Ward - @Schroedinger99@social.anoxinon.de (@Schroedinger99) reported

@AskNationwide 5) Your chat service is not working. 6) Your website service status says that everything is working normally. Perhaps this is normal? 7) Your complaints line took ages to answer but was able to sort me out in the end (sort of).
