    @AskNationwide Thanks, Marcus. It's there now. Doesn't excuse the fact this keeps happening - not your fault, of course, but very annoying. @AskNationwide really need to sort this issue out or, at least, tell their customers what the real issue is.

    @AskNationwide Hey Sarah, 3rd person to miss the point of my reply. I'm having issues with pending payments going out. But don't let that stress you, according to everyone at Nationwide that isn't a known issue so you just keep up the copy and paste! Have a nice night

    @AskNationwide Earlier today I was forced go use a ATM go deposit money... Are you not providing counter service anymore for deposits?
