@santanderuk Issue is why are you not giving away money like your mate @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

@AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.

@Tel_Wilcox @AskNationwide @VirginMoney Oh damn that's bad! I saw the two different bank posts and thought you had been hacked. Seems service in all areas is ridiculously poor lately. Crap ๐Ÿ™„

@AskNationwide I really need the help of your back to properly check the losing of my account, so my name is Andy Ababaowei I studied at Nottingham Trent University, I was there on scholarship, and I was receiving my stipends from your bank.

@AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

@AskNationwide The new look website. It's much worse than the previous version. Please tell us we can keep using the better version indefinitely. The new one shows debits and credits in the same column, without the account balance afterwards. It's terrible.

@AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.
