    @AskNationwide my daughter has been trying to open a account with after many phone calls and visit to her local branch today has been told her account has been closed down due to a technical issues customer adviser less then help and no explanation!

    @AskNationwide is it common practice that if one of your #mortgage advisors goes on leave, the customer is left chasing up desperately trying to make contact with someone who can help? The last two weeks have been wholly unacceptable from #Nationwide.

    @AskNationwide hi, just tried twice to purchase a train ticket but it said there was a payment error each time but now showing as pending transactions on card - will these just disappear? Just want to ensure not being charged. Many thanks

    @AskNationwide why is @Lenstore refusing your credit card? They accept visa debit, not credit... I have had a problem with other companies stating you don't use their authentication system for credit cards.
