Wow! @AskNationwide are prepared to let me leave as a customer over this issue because they won't admit there is any fault on their side. At least NatWest offered me a solution. Absolutely disgraceful.

@AskNationwide Kind of sort of hugely unacceptable!!!! Are you going to contact every customers bill collected and tell them that the reason people's bills are late is because of an "issue" this has been going on for weeks now, it's ridiculous so sort it out!!!

@AskNationwide thanks for yet another wasted journey! Credit card bill due, tried to pay it and the branch is closed for lunch unannounced! So when it now be comes overdue I guess it’s your problem as I’ve tried! I don’t and won’t do online banking before you suggest it!

@AskNationwide when are your IT issues going to be resolved? Some of my accounts are showing negative balances on the transactions pages and the correct balances on the statement pages…..
