@AskNationwide why is my account showing as minus. The same payment Argos is trying to leave my account twice. I have just tried to call customer services and the automated system says I cannot be put through. I called before 5pm

@AskNationwide Hey, I can't make any payments on the app or online without the card reader (which is broken), nor can I do it via telephone service and I'm being told that there is a 15 minute wait to speak to someone. This is really frustrating.

@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.
