    @Man_Power_Music @AskNationwide As usual its the same old we're working on it. Its up to us to phone everyone and tell them i cant pay them because of another banking fault. Who pays our charges for default and late payments and ruins our credit file?

    @kellyw2094 @APxx77 @AskNationwide When RBS's payment system went down in 2012 Natwest customers had to wait 4 weeks to access their accounts again. Nationwide have a much newer system. So should only take days. Still not great

    @AskNationwide any update on when the payments issue will be sorted rather than 'payments are in a queue' which I've been hearing for the past two days? Any timescale at all would be helpful. I would very much like to get paid this side of Christmas but right now I'm skeptical
