    @AskNationwide Every other mortgage company I have dealt with has made this an easy process. the mortgage works /@AskNationwide have managed to make it impossible. #shambles

    @AskNationwide So no you don't have an answer then basically. I've tried on my phone, my personal computer and work laptop. They can't all not be working so I think it's your systems

    @AskNationwide I literally just need to save a copy of my home insurance document. Can it be emailed to me?? I realise that doesn't solve my issue of not being able to log in and see it myself but nobody I've spoken to seems bothered about that

    @AskNationwide Yes I have. As I said I tried different laptops too. It's still not working and the person on the phone last night was extremely patronising explaining to click the sign in button etc as if I hadn't realised I had to do that 🙄 I hope they don't speak to older customers that way.

    @AskNationwide good afternoon. Just checking whether there is currently a problem with your iOS app. On my iPhone 12 it just spins on the welcome page & does not open. This has been for the last 2 hrs. Thank you.

    @AskNationwide If I did this will it automatically log me back in via Face ID. I wouldn’t want to do this if I manually had to log in as I can’t remember any username or password.

    @AskNationwide Yes and they keep me on hold for ever, the calls drop or they hang up. This has been going on for two weeks. They also don’t reply to any emails - and I have personal emails of people in the customer service team.

    @_carlsss @AskNationwide I got sick and tired of support not attending to me 🤮🤮..probably they’ve got too many people to attend to ..But all thanks to @AgentFemiTv they helped me resolve my banned account issue they are wonderful…
