    @AskNationwide i was affected by the problems before Christmas and again the other day, I'm reading about this small compensation so how do I as a customer receive this, to be honest it should just go in are account rather than chase it up....

    @AskNationwide the issue of logging in to online banking still not fixed I need to log in and do transfers??? Everybody is facing this issue so stop telling everybody to use different devices !!

    @TSB can't access my account on the iPhone app, just says to try again later. Is there a problem? And don't lie like @AskNationwide have done recently. Just admit upfront if there's an issue with logging in.

    @AskNationwide Hi. Yes I've had email confirmation, just a bit concerned as last time I needed to confirm the transaction with Nationwide as it was Amazon Canada but a lot more money. I presume if there was an issue with Nationwide I would have heard by now?

    @AskNationwide Written to head office and complained and have been treated terribly, no customer service whats so ever.Not what I would expect from Nationwide, especially when the advertising line reads, Nationwide on your side ??? What a joke that is.

    @AskNationwide Been sent a new flex account card “just because” which expires 3 months after current one which I neither want nor need & no activity on my account. Customer care reps don’t care that I’m closing all my accounts after 30 years of banking. Thanks Nationwide.
