    @AskNationwide @SteveB2706 Terrible website now on a laptop. Only thing that saves it is the old version. Fully prepared to take you to the ombudsman for making banking inaccessible to dyslexics.

    @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡

    @VirginMoney Clydesdale Bank application from 23rd April. Latest expected offer timescale: 2nd week of JUNE !!!! Dire, dreadful, apalling service. Someone has badly dropped a ball here. @AskNationwide - are you feeling rueful yet.

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    I did get a response! Well done @AskNationwide for at least not pretending that I didn't exist ... ... ... but it was very dismissive - referred me to 'the team' and said "we stand by our support of this event". 3/
