    @AskNationwide I have called nationwide and they have said there is not an issue with the system and to keep trying as i cant add a payee over the phone but it keeps saying due to a technical issue i cant add a payee on my phone or using the Internet bank on the computer as it says the same

    @AskNationwide It's android obviously. I have done that I have un installed it and re installed it twice now. So naturally I have the most up-to-date version. Still throwing up the same error message though.

    @AskNationwide I'm using a brand new Samsung a52s I tap "I am set up to use online banking" and then it comes up with a page briefly. Before you can do anything its up with the error message.icant screenshot the error message or anything as the ap won't allow it.

    @AskNationwide you couldn’t make this up …. error after error after error. You write us sorry cheques and eventually we get deceased bank closed…. You send us the money spell surname in cheque wrong. You really are an awful bank making mistakes at every turn
