@AskNationwide app telling me I can’t make payments out and payments in are delayed. ‘everything else is working’. Paying in and paying out are sort of the key tasks aren’t they? Not the best time of year for an IT failure! And wouldn’t it be nice if customers were contacted?

@AskNationwide Yeah this just isn’t good enough. Where is the compensation for this **** up? You’ve offered literally nothing except your pitiful attempt at an apology. Sorry won’t pay our bills. Once I receive my wages, I’m changing banks. You lot are awful.

@AskNationwide so at time of writing my wages can’t be put into my account but DD’s & SO’s can still come out? In order to pay these I need funnily enough my wages? If this issue is not resolved will @AskNationwide be covering fees for late payments etc?

@AskNationwide i cant send money to my cousin as his apointee he need his money cuz he has bills and it been 12hours since i send it and he doesnt understand and he now paincing and say he cant make a payment cuz u stupid *** bank cant fix it if u dont what happend hire a guy who does jeeeeeeez
