@AskNationwide I've just transferred pretty much every penny out of Nationwide. When even instant access accounts with other providers are paying higher interest than your 2 year Isa you know something is wrong.

  • jerryengland56 Jerry England (@jerryengland56) reported

@AskNationwide No. The screen is just frozen. I can't alter or input my customer number or DOB, and clicking Continue does nothing

  • hannahmy91 Hannah Yates (@hannahmy91) reported

@AskNationwide This is the issue! Every time I've rang on hold for 40 minutes for someone to say there's nothing they can do, should be today, maybe tomorrow. I'm losing all faith this will be resolved in time! It's ridiculous! Also I've rang enough to know they're only open 9-5, not Saturday!

@AskNationwide why is there a block on my card? i need to order dinner

  • gwyneddll Gwynedd Lloyd (@gwyneddll) reported

@AskNationwide Also, this is all a crisis partly because they have been slow, then gave us a 3 week extension that includes 2 days of public holidays…

  • Rachel13Ed Rachel Edwards (@Rachel13Ed) reported

@AskNationwide Yes, that’s my problem. My nearest branch is a 15 mile round trip so I really need a way to pay in more than 5 bags. Just as a one-off. Is this possible?

  • vrushika_valand Vrushika Valand (@vrushika_valand) reported

@AskNationwide Mel, contacting me via letter is not the issue. It’s actually a complaint that doesn’t need 2 MONTHS to be resolved!? How would you feel if that was you as a customer? It was a fault on your end from the start. If I don’t hear by end of today I will close my account.

  • curevirginity20 Robbie Allen (@curevirginity20) reported

Since the end of last year, the service quality provided by @AskNationwide has plummeted massively. Service issues or payment delays. Think I’m gonna change banks.

  • AlanMat66462470 Alan Matthews, make liberals cry (@AlanMat66462470) reported

@AskNationwide I wonder if you can help, my son has just opened his first bank account a flexone account but has received 2 letters with a pin number and two letters with a debit card, what does he do.

  • purplefish_123 Lindsay (@purplefish_123) reported

@AskNationwide hi, are there problems with benefit payments being processed for your accounts? My sister was due a payment today and it's not in her bank, thanks
