@AskNationwide None of those right now. It's far too hot to eat ice. It will just give colic pain and cramps. Cool drinks, but not ice cold, sipped regularly, not gulped down, is how to stay hydrated. #sensibleheatadvice

@AskNationwide Thanks. Please reread the thread. It has nothing whatever to do with your phone service.

@AskNationwide Hi Marcus, my very 2st tweet mentions wording in the article which links in with colloquial wording on the website. I think the relevant dept can see how blurry the advice is. You said £25 poss, the website says 'up to £125 for members' ?

@AskNationwide are abysmal . They Haven't cashed the cost of living tax rebate cheque properly . So now we've either got to wait days for a resolution or ask hmrc to re issue the cheque if they will . Yeah thanks nationwide. That accounts getting closed so fast .

@AskNationwide I appreciate this but there is urgency due to Product expiry dates. I cannot afford to lose my rates due to Admin Team not reviewing documents in their possession properly or in timely manner. This is not a service I was expecting to get from #NationwideBuildingSociety

  • Zachary__reeder zachary f reeder (@Zachary__reeder) reported

@AskNationwide And I'm too expect a response in 5 days right ? So for 5 days I have no way to resolve the issue and have no gas or electricity . Brilliant solution Craig 👌 thank you for the proof for court.

@AskNationwide My approved mortgage is at risk of being withdrawn due to the ground rent doubling every 25 yrs. The ground rent is currently £50/yr. For context the additional ground rent totals to £2,600 over 39 yrs. Please can someone apply common sense to this matter & help?

  • Zachary__reeder zachary f reeder (@Zachary__reeder) reported

@AskNationwide Not even worth it I'll request a new cheque from hmrc . open an account with a more trustworth company and deposit it there instead . Where they won't mess it up abd then do virtually nothing to fix it . And I'll be going to the papers as said.

  • Zachary__reeder zachary f reeder (@Zachary__reeder) reported

@AskNationwide Yup and the generic responses with no actual help just proves the point. Let's ssee if theres a legal case in this shall we . Because I'll be suing not only for all this . But the contents of my fridge and freezer . The animals that risk dying during to the electricity being 1/2
