    @AskNationwide can you explain why a refund on a credit balance on a Nationwide credit card can take 5 working days and then you sent the funds by Cheque!!! I am disgusted.

    @AskNationwide Your iOS app is not working correctly. See the most recent reviews on the Apple App Store and you’ll see there’s a growing number of negative reviews all saying the same thing.

    @AskNationwide We're here to help you...but aren't passing on interest rate rises. 12% inflation, 2% interest rates = THEFT Meanwhile they lend into the insane housing bubble. Our mutual is lost.

    @AskNationwide Sadly had to raise a formal complaint with @AskNationwide as the person I'm currently on the phone to gives me every reason why he can't progress my issue & NO suggestion as to how to move forward. Not in line with #mutual ethos or #TCF principles. Am asking for help that is all
