    @AskNationwide It’s getting a bit ridiculous, today is most people’s pay days. How long is this issue going to be unresolved ? My travel card runs out today, how can I get to work?

    @AskNationwide when will the issue with incoming payments be resolved? The money needs to be in my account by midnight or my mortgage and other bills won’t be paid and I will then be penalised by my mortgage company for your systems continuous errors

    @AskNationwide starting to lose count of the number of issues in the past 4 months. A reoccurring issue clearly needs to be rectified and customers deserve compensation for their trouble!!

    @AskNationwide Do your company seriously never learn anything from past issues? This has happened nearly every month for the past few months It's not good enough really, is it? Whoever is in charge of your website needs a serious talking to about how to manage it.

    @AskNationwide Your systems are archaic and failing customers. Complaints procedure is not working and I feel short changed as I upgraded to Flexi Plus and now given the privilege of paying for poor service.
