    Getting frustrated with @AskNationwide now... Trying to sort Mum's finances out, keeps logging me out. Every single login is: Website. Click x2 , credentials, Click x2 Confirm in App. login to app, tap Click x 10 SMS, 6 digit code, click x 4 Works about 50% of the time 🤯

    @AskNationwide cant authorise any payments on the app as dont have a card reader to hand. Can't reset the app as there's a technical issue but nothing on your service site. Help please

    @AskNationwide so, you’ve closed an aged account & now, after promising to restore access to my funds, I’m still being pushed from pillar to post - this appears like a totally chaotic way to manage banking services. I’d strongly suggest bank elsewhere. #notgoodenough #nationwide

    @AskNationwide Thanks but that's not going to help - needs a system change to enable logins to LPA accounts with something like passkeys. It's 2026.

    @AskNationwide Unfortunately, speaking to real person over the phone provides customers to be feel belittled, patronised & spoken to with appalling attitude by one of your representatives. Never felt so uncomfortable trying to discuss an unknown transaction made. Not great customer service.

    @AskNationwide Never known an app so buggy and broken as much as yours, constantly having error messages when I try to just log in or check my balance or access my accounts, seriously considering switching banks
