@AskNationwide I have just checked again and it has finally arrived. Glad to see you have flagged that there is a payments issue on the mobile app now too. I am going to have to seriously think about changing bank as this keeps happening, making banking with you a very unreliable experience.

@AskNationwide I'm having trouble tracking down a refund. I closed my nationwide in 2020/2021. Normally payments/refunds bounce into my new account but this hasn't happened. Can someone help me track this down please?

@AskNationwide I’ve just come off the phone with nationwide the man was unhelpful. I’ve been told there’s no issue it must be something with me. As you can see all morning people have been enquiring on twitter if your systems are down again as money isn’t being received. Can this be looked into

@AskNationwide so all our payments have gone out, yet none of our standing orders that go in and left the said accounts over 2 hours ago are showing as having gone in. I can see I’m not the only one with this issue!
