@AskNationwide Hi there, I am not able to send any funds from any of my bank accounts to nationwide. They also say the same thing: “The recipient bank (Nationwide) declined transfers” Can you help me?

  • brian_basic Brian Hibbert (@brian_basic) reported

@AskNationwide But it wasn’t busy, I don’t normally handle cash and I would fear any vulnerable person who has to deposit less than £500 into an atm on a busy high street. And members of staff should not adopt sarcasm to make a point at a frustrated customer.

@AskNationwide @daniellemaher13 Can you please just admit there is a problem. Its never been this late going in and 6am is too late when my Tesco order is coming at 7am and needs to clear funds by then or will be cancelled!!!!

@AskNationwide well your customer service is rubbish, you are quick enough to take my money!! But when you need to give it back you take forever. Looks like I’ll be changing banks!! If this how you treat customers!!

  • iainlaw iainlaw (@iainlaw) reported

@AskNationwide I have done all that, tried three different browsers. Attempted to use passcode and the card reader. Nothing working.

  • must_dash_ Leanne Smith (@must_dash_) reported

Oh @monzo why are you experiencing issues with @AskNationwide 😭😭 This is the reason I have you as if I do it all manually it's a bloody faff and I haven't got my stupid calculator thing from nationwide to pay the traders in my home 🥲

  • brightsidedgirl Bella Brittan (@brightsidedgirl) reported

@AskNationwide so I need money for rent and because of the payment issue that happened recently I haven’t received my pay, which means I’ve had to borrow money to pay rent. I shouldn’t have to call up my employers and apologise on behalf of my bank. Embarrassing
