Not the service I expected from @TheAA_UK for a PRE arranged breakdown recovery from the Lake District to South Wales. 6 hours later and We're only 45mins down the motorway! Such a pity @AskNationwide switched to them recently. Very poor comms from the AA too! @LaurenBoobyer

@AskNationwide I'll do that thanks. It seems something has been changed in the app with the 9th March update (presumably, the effective/displayed transaction date) without telling us that change was going to be made. I didn't have this problem on Sunday 26th Feb!

@Cupra_tim @TheAA_UK @AskNationwide You can say demand for service is high but when you send a driver to the wrong services now delaying us even further it's more of a communication issue

@AskNationwide I appreciate yours also. But why offer this insurance in the first place if it has such basic gaps in it. If I can’t get to France how can I use the hotel in France. And yet I’m not covered for the hotel portion of my journey. I pay @AskNationwide for this service!!

@AskNationwide Hi, I'm having difficulty looging into the online banking. It's been like it all weekend. It says there's a technical problem. I need to make a payment, so any help would be appreciated.

@AskNationwide am trying to call you from abroad, but when I get through the automated bit and press a number for my selection, the line is disconnected. I don’t have access to the mobile number on my account, as I have moved overseas. Any ideas how I can speak to someone? Ta

@AskNationwide I'm trying to set up a standing order with the app but despite faffing about with the card reader I've tried 6 times and it won't work. Are you having technical issues? It keeps timing me out or saying you might be having problems.

@F1UMPYPIGSKIN @AskNationwide @DWPgovuk Hi Ryan, tax isn't recorded on a credit report so this isn't something that we can help with I'm afraid. It may be worth speaking to your local citizens advice bureau who should be able to assist you with this. Kind regards Neil.
