@AskNationwide I haven't received my usual end of the month payment due today. The company have said that it has gone through normally at their end. You are saying everything is working normally. It's not! Hope this gets sorted soon. Happy New Year.

@AskNationwide Child benefit? I've never had problems with them before? I will call them, but I do think it's to do with the bank?

@AskNationwide Anyone who knows the nationwide culture can imagine the scene in Swindon. Lots of highly paid managers sending pointless emails shifting the blame onto someone else. Back stabbing galore. At no stage will anyone consider the root of the problem. Not my job!

@AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

@AskNationwide Sorry the issue was not about processing incoming payments but a dispute issue. I got treated appallingly and the consultant made some very patronising comments during the call. Sometimes listening to the customer does help resolve issues amicable. 3.5 hours on call = 0 help.

@AskNationwide When will you be compensating people for the stress caused by refusing to acknowledge there was a problem, making customers out to be wrong there was clearly an issue but you continually said there was no problem
