    @AskNationwide why is this still ongoing? Surely the team you have working on this must be incompetent this close to Christmas. There will be people who are waiting on money coming into the bank to fed kids or buy gas or electricity and this hasn't been fixed Surely someone knows

    @AskNationwide there appears to be an issue with outgoing payments and ingoing payments are delayed. Can you please advise why? Especially this is so close to Christmas
