And don’t bother sending a DM to @AskNationwide when they ask you to as they can’t help and tell you to log a complaint which takes 5 working days to be dealt with! 3 weeks it has taken them so far for an account closure which is still ongoing #nohelp

  • TraceyKelham traceyk68 (@TraceyKelham) reported

@AskNationwide Thats the issue, they dont. No one takes ownership. Just told about waiting times. 43 days for correct letter to be issued. Its always someone else problem in a different dept. Not good enough. Teach me to stay loyal to @AskNationwide with my mortgage.

@AskNationwide @nicolafgillx @Debbiecrosbie1 2/2 customers experiencing poor service including one person waiting 43 days for a simple mortgage offer letter to be sent to their solicitor. Seems a bit unacceptable it you ask me?!

  • peninsularian Stephen Payne (@peninsularian) reported

@AskNationwide Cannot believe that during a phone discussion about my O/D, one of your colleagues suggested I might like to start using a Food Bank to save money. I have been a customer with you for 30+ years, and this is how you treat me? #Contemptible!

  • jenibate Jeni Bate (@jenibate) reported

@AskNationwide What's the reason behind disallowing overseas PoA holders to have online access to an elder parent's account. It leaves the elderly having to manage their own money and thus open to abuse.

  • bonbutton Bonnie (@bonbutton) reported

@AskNationwide I've entered the details provided on the credit card statement that it says to use. I'm not sure if the issue is that there is a sort code given but the account number is 8 zeros and it doesn't provide a payee name so I've put my name on there

  • JimMercer92 Jim Mercer (@JimMercer92) reported

@AskNationwide is the banking app down? The service status says good but mine doesn't load

  • Tom1230Tom Tom (@Tom1230Tom) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Stop it going up? The price cap needs to come down. I don't think you realise that bills are crippling us already.
