@ELSL96 @AskNationwide Nope it’s diabolical. I never have these issues with starling or monzo. I only kept these going as had been with them years! But not anymore, not when they outright lie in the first instance!

@topazisere @AskNationwide This is what they do to their customers. I've only been with them a few months, and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Last time they told me outright that the problem was sorted/or there was no problem, when there clearly was, and it took 2 days for my money to appear

@topazisere @AskNationwide They've just put on their website that they're having issues processing payment. How can such a big company have so many issue processing payments!! Especially on payday!
