    @AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

    @AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You can’t remove the card reader if you’ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems you’ve updated the system with the same error. I too can’t transfer money.

    @AskNationwide your anti-fraud system has blocked a payment of mine, leading to me paying an extra £90 for festival tickets. Customer service offered me £25 and told me to use another bank next time. Are you able to assist me with getting the other £65 back please?
