    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Instore banks are next to useless these days. Go in to open a joint account with all the documents and get pushed into a room to do on a tablet because it’s all online. Lloyds aren’t much better as have to do online too (only popped into Lloyds because there was an issue online!)

    Absolutely disgusted at the service i've received from @AskNationwide this morning. Cant send any money cause you've decided to do a card reader security check. The card reader that I havent used in 6 years even though ive passed ID and security checks

    @AskNationwide So get Fraud alert that's not fraudulent, app closed down on me, 55 mins waiting on phone, drive to branch they can't help, back on phone 35mins 😤😤😤 fuming #complaint

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    My Mum passed away at the end of last month and trying to sort her financial affairs. I thought I'd closed her Bank account with @AskNationwide on the 9th July and was told I should hear from them in ten working days but heard nothing. 1/2

    @AskNationwide I can’t get access to my mortgage statement. Your app and website deny knowledge of me, yet you take a grand a month out of my bank account… please can someone help
