    @AskNationwide Once I pass the credit check it just comes up with a message saying there has been a problem and the try again later or contact the generic nationwide phone number

    @AskNationwide switching my direct debit/bill paying account from monzo to you. As saw switching offer and also I wasn't 100% happy with monzo anyway past couple years. Got my account info in text over weekend and some emails but no customer number. How do I sign into the app?

    @AskNationwide My account opened yesterday I'm assuming as that's when I got my bank account details. But the switch is delayed until 2nd week of November to avoid dates direct debits are due. Hopefully by next week I can access and transfer some money from main bank

    @AskNationwide Ibrahim from @Morrisons Customer Services, during the (recorded) 32 minute (most of that on hold) call that I made to him at exactly 10:00 yesterday (16/10/22). He then emailed me the evidence and said sent it to to hence my call to you this morning

    @AskNationwide @zsllondonzoo You guys have been bad. I have been trying to close a bond that isn't even up to 14days but your staff keep passing me around. From bank to Mobile banking to internet bsnking to phone calls. It's all terrible.

    @AskNationwide I recently tried to open and switch to a nationwide flexplus current account but kept getting an error message. Is this being fixed? many thanks

    @AskNationwide absolutely raging spent 22 minutes trying to get through because my card is blocked only to be cut off! Fuming sort this please as o can’t use my new card . You push us to online etc and you can’t deliver a decent service 😡😡
