@AskNationwide When you say outgoing payments are "in a queue and will be processed asap". Is that queue being processed right now or is it just sitting there waiting for a resolution to the problem?

  • Thomashoey67 Thomas hoey (@Thomashoey67) reported

@AskNationwide is there a problem transferring via online ???

  • BetsyTrotwoof Betsy Trotwoof (@BetsyTrotwoof) reported

@AskNationwide sort the sending and receiving payment issue please, we have wages going in for the festive period. The little updates so far and time resolving this issue is extremely poor to say the least...

  • SugarJShell Sarah Lofgren (@SugarJShell) reported

@AskNationwide This is ridiculous, a payment from my Lloyds account has cleared from that account but isn’t in my Nationwide account. It’s Christmas and I have no access to that money. Appalling.

@AskNationwide @Kayleig61572358 My Dec salary is due in my account tomorrow but my workplace is now closed until January 4th so if you send back for them to try again I am without my wages for 2 weeks!!! How are you intending to help me with that? You’ve had a number of hours now to sort this out. #nationwide

@Man_Power_Music @AskNationwide As usual its the same old we're working on it. Its up to us to phone everyone and tell them i cant pay them because of another banking fault. Who pays our charges for default and late payments and ruins our credit file?

  • DJ_MICKYT DJ MickyT™ 🤘🤘 (@DJ_MICKYT) reported

@DunningtonAlex @AskNationwide @LinziReid2 Because until the issue has been resolved, they won't 100% know what caused it

  • DunningtonAlex Alex Dunnington (@DunningtonAlex) reported

@AskNationwide @LinziReid2 Have you considered offering customers an explanation as to what caused the issue and why? It might reassure people you actually know how to solve it. Rather than just "we cannot accept payments" "there are delays"... like... yeah... no ****....
