@AskNationwide That is purely Lip Service your giving me. I've contacted you numerous times explaining our situation, everytime " sorry but..." You left us without money for shopping, I have to cancel my two additional needs sons respite. What's not to understand? We needed access to our money

@AskNationwide Hey Sarah, 3rd person to miss the point of my reply. I'm having issues with pending payments going out. But don't let that stress you, according to everyone at Nationwide that isn't a known issue so you just keep up the copy and paste! Have a nice night
