    @AskNationwide Yes. The issue is not something that makes sense at all and there is no explanation. Not looking for online support about that, only want to alert other customers. Very unsatisfied.

    @AskNationwide morning. Have there been any problems receiving external payments this morning? I tried to make a payment from First Direct to my NW account. FD errored, but my NW account shows 3credits and immediate reversals. Spoken to FD (they said no issues) so checking w/you

    @AskNationwide I have. I was told the company has been removed from my block list and yet I still can't make a payment. Just been on the phone and the lady said the visa team closed at 5, so can't sort it now
