    @AskNationwide if we call your frais helpline after a dodgy transaction is picked up, as you request, there is a long wait. Fair enough. Why do you cut us off after 13 minutes on hold? How do i get through to sort out the problem without you cutting me off?

    @AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You canโ€™t remove the card reader if youโ€™ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems youโ€™ve updated the system with the same error. I too canโ€™t transfer money.

    @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.
