    @AskNationwide I’ve just tried to call the call centre with an issue I have & I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - Please can you help? I need to speak to someone ASAP, thanks

    @AskNationwide 7 weeks down the line and still have not registered my 90 year old grandads power of attorney as nationwide know nothing about Scottish law. Will be going to financial ombudsman on 8th week.

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠
