@AskNationwide Not a biggie but unable to update existing phone number to a non-UK number. Repeatedly get message: "We're currently experiencing a technical problem. Try again or view service availability page for more info", and then have to verify which also just shows same message. Thanks.

@AskNationwide I need some help with the account switch service your leaflet clearly states if I change my mind I have 7 days from the date of the switch but I have called to delay it today and been told it cannot be delayed & I cannot speak to anyone about this!

@AskNationwide I don't want to talk to a bank who hires staff that don't give a f**k about their customers. He focused on my swearing rather than the issue. I'm acottish. We swear when we upset. My favourite word is "f**k". You've caused emotional stress as well as financial.
