    @AskNationwide Dictating the terms by which you provide a service breaches S29 P2a & 5a EA2010, i don't need any further prima facie evidence but i do my data #disabledhatecrime #DPA2018breach need a call from head of legal as this #disabledhatecrime is to be pursued due repeated breaches!

    @AskNationwide I was told there would be a 10 minute wait when I called. I have now been on hold for 38 minutes with no idea how much longer... Really disappointing service.
