    @AskNationwide we don't need to do anything, but you do. We demand our money! This is outrageous that you are withholding it due to issues. Please advise when this will be resolved. And don't carbon copy your response. I know we don't need to do anything.

    @Paul96626327 @AskNationwide @Paul96626327 I noticed that the service status Note saying there is currently a delay affecting some payments being made into your accounts. Everything else is working normally message didn't appear until way after 2.30am. Which was way after i called up was told to wait til 6

    @AskNationwide @BBCBreaking nationwide withholding customers money due to an unknown issue. We are being fobbed off with a carbon copy response. People are unable to do anything, go shopping, buy food etc... Money was due in at midnight but we are still waiting on @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Have you fixed your error yet? I’m out working, delivering shopping for @Ocado & I wouldn’t mind getting myself a coffee. However, coffee shops rightly aren’t accepting “the money will be in later” as payment. Come on, help us key workers out please?

    My wages are not showing in my bank account 😥 Nationwide has an issue - no timescale given to resolve it This is unacceptable @AskNationwide All my bills & standing orders go out tomorrow!
