Highly suggest anyone who’s with @AskNationwide close their account and move banks. Only bank I know of who has a major problem dealing with…money. A bank. Who can’t handle money.

@AskNationwide I move house today. It’s also payday. My wages have not been put into my bank account yet, and I have a meeting at 11am to pay my rent and sign my tenancy. I will loose my house, if I can’t pay my rent. Customer service have no answers…

@AskNationwide you've just text me to tell me there's not enough money in my account for today's payments. Unfortunately you didn't acknowledge you're the reason I didn't get paid today! What do I do now as I can't pay additional money in because your system isn't working?

@AskNationwide Thank you for replying Sherrie. I know this might not something you would personally have more information on but my main problem is this has been reoccurring on paydays. It'd be reassuring to know a permanent fix is being put in place for the issue?

@AskNationwide I don’t know any other bank that has these issues! When I have electricity to add to my home so I actually have power but cannot access my money this is causing serious hardship! I also have texts coming through saying to update my balance as dd can’t process!
