    @AskNationwide Not sure how I can resolve it? I'm caught in your system error, so I think it will fall to you to offer some customer service and resolve the issue! Honest comms as your team are working on transfers in due 5th May - the website says a 15 day delay max- this isn't the case

    @AskNationwide NO... debit card payment!!! The pending approval needs removing and it's ALL sorted! If the payment leaves my account Nationwide will have a SERIOUS problem!

    @AskNationwide my daughter has paid for a homebuyers survey but after two weeks it is still not even booked in. We have phoned the mortgage service 2 times but still no help. Why take the money and not even book, this delay is causing huge stress and a danger of loss of purchase
