I have just talked him through deleting and reinstalling again and he’s now back in but that’s the 2nd time in 10 days - when he clicks on it it just says ‘Establishing Secure Connection’ and hangs

Amanda Southworth (@manda200972) reported@AskNationwide No it says it cannot connect to the Internet, but Internet is working fine. I've tried WiFi and 4G but still the same. I really don't want to have to reinstall but it's looking like the only option.
