    @AskNationwide Hello don't know if i'm being stupid or ? but i'm trying up online access and have a been sent a passnumber by post but there is nowhere to put it? there is no mobile or email attached to my account so can't proceed? what use is the point of passnumber by post?

    @AskNationwide despite being a loyal customer for over 30yrs got letter yesterday saying my overdraft is being removed with a months notice, if I go into payment plan it affects credit rating. Disgusting treatment, am livid and will be leaving you!!

    @AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?

    @AskNationwide Struggling to contact Nationwide about customer service issues. Prepared lengthy email of appalling customer service from Aviva, insurance partner….but Nationwide don’t accept emails! Tried their chat…a wasted hour!

    Hi @AskNationwide The app isn’t working for me either! It hasn’t been working since last night. Keeps saying “Something went wrong”. I have restarted the app and also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still doesn’t work.

    @AskNationwide can someone at nationwide help me get the money returned from my old closed account back to the Zopa account it was sent from the bank chat team were inconsistent and unhelpful over the last 2 weeks getting desperate now

    @AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
