    @AskNationwide customer service is shocking. My elderly, disabled widowed mum has been scammed and you’ve refused to do anything. Your advisor was very patronising and his attitude stank. This is why I moved to another bank myself and have advised mum to do the same!

    @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?

    @AskNationwide 2 things. I have push notifications on and they work. No issues there. But how do I get this for payments in and out? I.e. I paid someone £10 etc.

    @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡

    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻
