@AskNationwide it's been an hour, nothing seems to have change. I've seen your replies to other people advising your trying to fix this ASAP, how long is ASAP 1 hour, 5 hours? We need an ETA on a resolution, people need access to their own wages in order to pay their bills

@AskNationwide It isn’t affecting some it’s affecting all external payments. It’s Payday. I owe money and I don’t have a card so can’t access my own money. Every single time there is a lot of transactions you can’t cope. It’s not fair on us.

@AskNationwide this is ridiculous, almost every month there is a problem with salary being received and outgoing payments. It is not acceptable and nor is the answer of we are working on it. This isn’t a one off, it’s almost every month either on or around the 20th or end of mth

@AskNationwide due to your payment issues, I can't get my standing order into my account to pay my mortgage payment and keep getting text messages from yourselves stating not enough money in the account, we won't be charged and get an issue on our credit report I hope?

@AskNationwide Thanks but the concern is, it keeps happening when it really shouldn't, once, sure, things break down but 3 times in 3 months and during people's payday, very suspicious indeed.
