    @AskNationwide Can’t access internet banking as don’t have bank card to use card reader and you have not updated her details 3 months ago with her new phone number

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your prompt reply, but I have to say that is very disappointing to hear you are not even considering providing this. Especially during a pandemic, it seems a bizarre lack of foresight and appreciation of customer service.

    @AskNationwide And surely such a request is a simple thing to program and allow a user to access using online banking. The whole point of an online account is *not* having to go into a branch. And I *still* wasn’t able to get the document I need!

    @AskNationwide is there an issue processing credit card payments as can’t pay for something and ring 0800 number abs it sais system error , please advise

    @hwallop @KirstieMAllsopp My local @AskNationwide building society reduced it’s opening hours throughout lockdown and was often shut when I wanted to enter. Then sent me a letter explaining they were closing down due to lack of use.

    @AskNationwide when I try and use the 'save it' button on the app its just booting me out of the app and not saving the spare change. Can someone tell me how to a) fix it Or b) turn the save it function off. Thanks in advance
