    @AskNationwide That line says they cannot help me as it’s not to do with a loss or a theft. Since you can’t answer my question “is there a fault with your text message sending system or is it a problem at my end” I’ll send a secure message.

    @AskNationwide I'm calling your main number 0345 730 2011 and going through the options to get through to mortgages. I dont want to get angry but I'm waiting on a refund and nothing is being done about it. I need this money back as its causing me huge problems.

    @AskNationwide It definitely says option 1 is for lost and stolen enquiries. There is no loss or theft, in informing you that login text messages aren’t being sent. It’s enough of an inconvenience already having to mess about with text codes whenever I log in; doubly so to use a card reader.
