@tendaisupply @AskNationwide No explanation given, couldn’t get through on phone lines. Unacceptable service. They haven’t transferred the money but have debited my account all the same. Thank god this is not my main bank !!

I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 Maybe compensation is in order to your customers
