@AskNationwide hello. Can someone contact me please? I need to put a block on @PayZilch taking any more money from me as they have taken money and not paid a retailer and despite NUMEROUS emails they just keep sending a general bot reply and I've had enough now

Hi @AskNationwide - can I ask when your issues are going to be resolved as a sum I transfer from another account has not arrived yet in my Nationwide account (sent yesterday) and is required to pay a direct debit? A direct debit today from the same account has arrived. Odd.

@AskNationwide assertion that everything is working normally just doesn't pass muster. Whoever advised them of this approach to customer relations should be ashamed of themselves. Scars take a long time to heal.

@AskNationwide Absolutely impossible to get through to the right person on the phone. Spoken to three people who have all said I will put you through to the right person only for the phone not be answered. Over 90 minutes then gave up! Does the 'right person' really exist??

@AskNationwide This is nonsense. Firstly, 'some' members. I guess I've just been unlucky to be caught up in these issues the 3 times the system went down then? Rubbish excuses. As gig economy worker I'm living wage to wage. Have to wait 4-5 days to investigate as the money already sent to NW!!!
