    @AskNationwide hi I have just logged into my online banking on my mobile and its just full of writing and I scrolled down and right at the bottom it says agree in blue I haven't logged into my online banking to read anything so how do I skip this bit without agreeing thanks

    @AskNationwide That’s falls into one of my issues, my current address is here in the states and my American number can’t be called by yourselves apparently. I have my account linked to my mothers address in the U.K. but obviously I’m not there. So are you saying someone will call my U.S. line??

    @AskNationwide I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years, but your services are getting worse and worse, no online chat, 'call us and pay per minute' no way to change Credit card payments online 'call us and pay per minute' #notgood #timetoswitch

    @AskNationwide how does one actually chat to you on the phone re a current mortgage? On hold for 45 mins now… no doubt if I was a “new” customer you would answer straight away? Why such long delays ?

    @AskNationwide hi my nationwide app won't open. It is stuck on the talking to nationwide screen. My device is an Android realme x50 pro. I note someone with the same device with same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothings working. I can sign in through browser. Help

    @AskNationwide Which is extremely useful if you don’t have an English mobile number, costing me £60+ a time to call you when you block my card. So yes you have a number, but no it’s of no ******* use at all
