@AskNationwide when is the app going to be sorted out? It crashes constantly & have to delete & reinstall every time I want to check my balance. Have only just switched but will be forced to move again as apps impossible to use.

@AskNationwide Hiya, So i have tried on my phone through safari, and on my computer using both safari and chrome. I have tried whilst logged in and out!! I think there is an issue with the website.

@AskNationwide We have spent hours going through security. The card in question is being used and yet you claim not in use. Also our bank claim no switch request recieved and no issue with any cards. Your systems are in a mess.

@AskNationwide The reinstall seems to have done the trick . Just logged in and out of my account about 4 times in the last few minutes which previously I wasn’t able to do without shutting down my phone . Thanks
