    Experiencing a shambolic service from @AskNationwide re our confirmed mortgage offer. They take a min of a week to respond to any update. Been homeless since 11 October and moved min of 20 times through AirBnBs. Are these tactics to have us pull out and reapply at higher rate?

    @AskNationwide Yes, I uninstalled the app and re installed it and still getting the same message. I'm on the internet banking version now after finding my customer number and I have no idea where I'm looking as the website is extremely confusing and not user friendly

    @AskNationwide Take cash out usually. Can Nationwide provide a free parking space at the back of the branches that are still open for customer use? There are spaces available behind in Solihull if you were to make them available for customers.

    @AskNationwide So your live chat team and the telephone team can't help me with reducing my overdraft. And still as of now your mobile banking and internet banking app still saying technical difficulties. Can you tell me how I can get this done? I'm really fed up now

    @AskNationwide I have recently switched from a nationwide flexone to Flexaccount due to it restricting gambling deposits, I have had the confirmation that I have been switched and my account new states it’s “FlexAccount” although I am still unable To deposit onto Bet365 any help
