    @AskNationwide my salary is paid into my account tonight, guessing it won’t be paid in and Xmas is pretty much ruined. I have my DDs & payments queued to go out, they need my salary in. So how about you give us tangible answer & timeframe. Pointing to a website isn’t help

    @AskNationwide so I made a transfer to cover a bill this morning and it still hasn’t been received. now the bill has fallen into late payment because of this delay!!!! When will the payments reach the destination as this is now causing financial issues?

    @AskNationwide if the payment situation is not sorted by tonight I am going to be without my Christmas shop delivery & as of 10am tomorrow morning I am going to be without gas and electricity as unable to access my wages to top up! WHAT IS GOING ON!? No generic responses here✋🏻

    @AskNationwide You're currently causing the challenging times. I'm sure I'm not the only one now worrying that money due into an account on Christmas Eve is going to be affected by whatever is causing your problems, this time. It's not good enough really, is it?
