    @AskNationwide Hi Laura. Other browsers which are not as harsh as chrome is. All allow me to see the site and my email result but they all suggest its not secure!(thankfully i know what to check). I'd argue Chrome is being correct since http does not encrypt the exchange.

    @AskNationwide Hi. I’m trying to order a gift card from an online retailer. They want to authorise it with you. I’ve repeatedly tried using both the app and the card reader but the retailer receives a declined message from you. Help?

    @AskNationwide But it wasn’t busy, I don’t normally handle cash and I would fear any vulnerable person who has to deposit less than £500 into an atm on a busy high street. And members of staff should not adopt sarcasm to make a point at a frustrated customer.

    @AskNationwide I have, twice. With an hr on hold each time a week apart but I am no further along! I was told that my case would be processed within 5days of the docs being uploaded. They were originally sent on 17th Oct and were confirmed as uploaded over 5 days ago. Help would be appreciated.

    @AskNationwide EXTREMELY AWFUL SERVICE! Trying to get through to a manager about a mortgage completing TODAY. Query not responded to since 1st October, called and chased daily. Home in vans and can’t exchange/complete due to you abysmal service!! How do we talk to a manager?

    Oh @monzo why are you experiencing issues with @AskNationwide 😭😭 This is the reason I have you as if I do it all manually it's a bloody faff and I haven't got my stupid calculator thing from nationwide to pay the traders in my home 🥲
