As a customer with documented neurological and spinal issues, your refusal to adapt your communication style is a breach of the Equality Act.     @AskNationwide I’m fuming!! Finally got thru to HMRC to make a payment and you’ve blocked my card cos I tried twice due to the automated service not hearing my postcode wrong!!! Now I’ve got to get on the phone to them again… !! As you’ve blocked the payment!!!!!!

    @AskNationwide She is not on the internet ,as she is 80. This is the reason I had to help her, as I’ve always done when she needs a new cheque book. Today my time was wasted Brendon was very belligerent and would NOT listen to me!
