    @AskNationwide I need bank statements from 2017 and apparently the only way to get them is calling customer services to request to have them sent in the post. We're in 2022, there should be a way to access them via the website/app in a paperless way!

    @AskNationwide still waiting for 3 lots of transactions hanging in the air to drop back into my bank account total just over £8000, complaint has been raised on Thursday.. all down to the tech glitch with internet payments and debit card payments on Tuesday 19th April.

    @AskNationwide thanks for responding! I currently don’t have a UK number (using a Japanese SIM card) so I cannot respond to calls or texts. Will this not be a problem?

    @AskNationwide Happy to raise a complaint, sure. Doesn’t put a roof over my head, but maybe it will help the next guy that makes the same mistake I did. Funny, 5 business days is what they told us about this letter. Thanks Phil.
