    @AskNationwide utterly frustrated with poor customer service from @AskNationwide. Nobody taking ownership of my complaint after making an unauthorised transfer of funds from my account. Terrible service.

    @SportingNest @AskNationwide Well said. I'll happily mention Nationwide did provide strong compensation for a rather important payment delay. I very much hope this will be the last error of this kind. #notconvinced

    @AskNationwide Logged into the account with no problems, trying to make an online payment to an existing payee for £29.70. The egg timer didnt stop .... then the page said tech problems.
