    @GillianMead9 @AskNationwide My account was hacked as a result of this, and when Support wasnt doing anything over for over 30+ days I was so sad. not until someone referred me to Unicyber_Support on Instagram who help me to reinstate my account, so of course they can help.

    @AskNationwide There were plenty funds, as mentioned, I was able to send the required amount to my partner’s account through the app and their non-Nationwide card worked fine. I can use the card with any other service and shop fine, too, there is no block, but done odd limitation.

    @AskNationwide That you keep saying you’ll be with me shortly on this, thus far, 40 minute hold is really shoddy customer service. I’m sure your quants have a rough idea of hold times and could give your customers a rough idea of hold times. Shoddy service.
