    @AskNationwide my debit card is due to expire next month, on your website it mentions you send new cards around 4 weeks before but I’m yet to receive one.

    Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃

    @AskNationwide trying to make payment to my catalogue and the funds are there but keeps declining. Do you know why this would be? (Any fake account offering help will be reported)

    @BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!

    Hey @AskNationwide very disappointing you can’t open a ISA with yourselves online unless you’re an existing customer. Also very poor not to be able to transfer an existing isa in along with allowing this years allowance.

    @AskNationwide I need some information my account was shut down due to somebody recalling the transaction the person in question was committing the fraud, not me and now I need to complain to the FOS but 1st I have to complain to the bank. I would like to start this process

    @Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
