@Staceym27786568 @SuperWidzy2 @AskNationwide What upsets me is this has been an issue since this morning. My sister sent money at 2pm. I would have stopped her if I knew and told her to pay pal instead! Yet they let us know what's happening at 6??! Its just BS!!

  • OpokuAmma Amma Opoku (@OpokuAmma) reported

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide the fact that your systems are down and you are not able get payments through for over 12hrs is terrible. No solid updates to customers either. This is basically another Level of bullshit. Really disgusting.

  • Kersh2702 M K (@Kersh2702) reported

@TwunkWoop @sk94372333 @AskNationwide I'm still awaiting a transfer from an associate with a Nationwide account so "No", it is not working currently.

  • Lee865505 Lee (@Lee865505) reported

. @AskNationwide went down today meaning no transfers. It’s amazing the amount of people that don’t have any money put to one side!

  • LadyA_101 Scarlett (@LadyA_101) reported

@AskNationwide I assume that you'll be cancelling any late payment/overdraft fees etc due to this? I refuse to be penalised if payments go out before my salary goes in due to your error.

  • mikeycartwrigh3 mikey cartwright (@mikeycartwrigh3) reported

@AskNationwide This is ridicolous all day my partner has tried getting through on phone impossible tried getting through on live chat again impossible 1 hour Waite for nothing She has been waiting all day for money to go in to go and see her sick family member who is in hospital

  • C_Chrltn C (@C_Chrltn) reported

@AskNationwide Nationwide members currently cannot access funds received or pay essential bills but you tweet about it 12 hours later, close your phone lines and don't provide any kind of satisfactory timescale or response?

  • ELSL96 ELS96 (@ELSL96) reported

@TwunkWoop @sk94372333 @AskNationwide It is NOT "working now". And don't come on here telling people to "chill", when some of us haven't received our wages/money, a few days before Christmas! You've no idea the mess some people have been left in today.

  • RochelleEbonyy Rochelle Williams (@RochelleEbonyy) reported

Why is @AskNationwide just ghosting us all though 2 days before Christmas Eve. Not exactly "The best possible service", the least they could do is keep us updated.

  • Samstorer11 Sam storer (@Samstorer11) reported

@AskNationwide How come some responses from your customer services say it's been fixed and you are now just working through the backlog and others say the issue is not resolved yet? Why can't we get proper answers from you about what is happening?
