Took ages to release my card then come up error. Moved to the next one, i did same thing, gave me my cash. Will it have gone out twice/left money in the slot

Xuedi Liu (@xdliu1127) reported@AskNationwide Thanks for the reply. Have just got off the phone - was informed there was an issues with valuation (this issue was resolved about two weeks ago) but this has not been reflected internally on your system hence application can’t progress. Please help!

CyKlopps (@lfc_why) reported@AskNationwide you really need to fix your banking app. I can’t even authorise payments without it redirecting me to the browser. Really annoying when I need something doing quickly. And the login speed is getting increasingly longer. Why can’t it secure the app quickly anymore?
