@AskNationwide I have two current accounts & both debit cards expired this month. They have been replaced with new cards with identical blank faces. This means I will now have to check the back of the card anytime I want to use it. If they were different colours this wouldn't be a problem. 2/2

@AskNationwide Already lodge complaint but I will DM reference but like said fix that serious IT issue u have and misuse of customer data ie you need to deregister everyone online banking and they have to register otherwise u still breaking law.

@AskNationwide hi I’m new to Nationwide and I’m interested in applying for a bank account online but on the website it says you still have to go to the local branch with ID. It can’t be done completely online? Is that correct?

@AskNationwide More self serving and tone deaf obfuscation by NW of course delivered by letter as there is absolutely no urgency to support a long standing customer whilst they are stranded overseas with a blocked credit card. Meanwhile the theft of overseas fees on my debit card remains

Ok @AskNationwide it happen again and this time i am furious. And unlike last time with post office, and 1st time happen with u, I wont stay quiet. You got serious IT fault that lose ppl funds. Got proof of it give u week to fix it otherwise will give it to @Karlfl 2run with it
