@AskNationwide I had a flex account which I switched to starling then I made a flex direct account and the app and website still show I've been a member for 4 months so does that mean when I switch my barclays account I'll get £100 or £125?

@AskNationwide The forward trace was logged by NatWest to contact you. I have a reference for this but their problem is that nationwide is not responding. 7 phone calls and I still cant reach your fwrd tracing team on the phone. They need to call me before 4pm. Its an absolute joke.

@AskNationwide is it possible to get a Help to Buy ISA closing statement in branch? Our solicitor has just received the necessary paperwork to process the sale but it needs to conclude by Monday and this is the final piece we need.
