    @AskNationwide here's a thought, I've been a loyal Nationwide customer for 15+ years, however if I leave for another bank I get £175-£200, but if I was a new customer joining Nationwide I'd get £200. What if I'm loyal and stay? Nothing? How's that seem fair?

    @AskNationwide I #remortgaged with u and thought it had all gone thru but Enact Conveyancing didn't tell me there was a problem-I had 15 days in which I could have resolved this!! and now I've had to pay an additional £400. Are you going to reimburse me for this cockup of yours?

    @AskNationwide my debit card expired on the 31/10 and I still haven’t received a new one! I now don’t have any access to my own money! Why haven’t I gotten a new one?
