@AskNationwide So definitely the issue is bug in recent update 👎Using 7 other bankings app no issues at all... Online banking via browser is stone age.... We are living in mobile devices age...

@AskNationwide Got a credit card with this company , used it once and then they blocked it without notification, contacted 5 times still not resolved! card is basically useless..as is the company. I should of checked Trustpilot before applied! Web chat, customer service I spoke to was useless!

@AskNationwide Yeah there are many things to know, like after being a customer for 20 years, during the pandemic & no one working, you told us not to worry, the concessions was fine, then told my wife to sell our house two weeks before xmas, then refused to extend our terms.. 20 years

@AskNationwide I'm calling your main number 0345 730 2011 and going through the options to get through to mortgages. I dont want to get angry but I'm waiting on a refund and nothing is being done about it. I need this money back as its causing me huge problems.

@AskNationwide my elderly grandparents have tried calling you 5 times now and every time they’ve been left on hold for up to an hour. This is for travel insurance. They simply can’t keep hanging on like this. What is going on? The branch won’t help.
