@AskNationwide Normally a deal should last 6 months but why this has been reduced to 90 days I don't know. Basically, I've been jilted again after years of trying to get on the ladder based on a @nationwide supplier/admin problem!

@AskNationwide Hi Lucy, what I mean is why don't you also promote the number 159 as well as your own number. Please if you don't believe me dial 159 from your own phone and see if your own private bank or building society is part of this service.

@AskNationwide ‘Speak with our team Monday to Saturday - 8am to 6pm’ - is the suggested contact point for online issues - 03457 30 20 11 - have lost 2 hours of my life I won’t get back on this so far

  • Healthdetective Cynthia Sillars (@Healthdetective) reported

@AskNationwide What's the point Ashley? You rarely answer the 'phone and you don't do anything when you do. I'm not going to send you anything until you start to take Anthony Sillars' request for help with #themortgageworks not answering the phone at all.

  • mitzladdy Mitz (@mitzladdy) reported

@AskNationwide Applying for a mortgage it will not get approved for another 4 weeks due to your survey being at end of Sep. The 90 days I have to complete is down to 60, and my product is expiring soon too - is there any way around this when the delay is not my fault?

  • paulste70849339 paul stephens (@paulste70849339) reported

@AskNationwide Hi kerry, it is something that needs to be spread, I have spoken to many people concerning fraud and none of which have no idea of the 159 service. The 159 number needs more awareness, maybe even a TV advert during prime time and YouTube adverts etc.

@AskNationwide Thanks! Might be worth marketing team drafting something to reassure. Lots on socials terrified after the terrible Santander situation. Worth educating us as to how you're secure and that couldn't happen with Nationwide

  • Healthdetective Cynthia Sillars (@Healthdetective) reported

@AskNationwide No you are not... You give no support worthy of the name...

  • mitzladdy Mitz (@mitzladdy) reported

@AskNationwide Normally a deal should last 6 months but why this has been reduced to 90 days I don't know. Basically, I could miss out on a house after years of trying to get on the ladder based on a @AskNationwide supplier/admin problem!

Please get in touch if you are having mortgage problems with @AskNationwide OR, even worse, their wholly owned subsidiary #themortgageworks
