    Hey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

    @AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
