    @AskNationwide ...and really needs to be resolved centrally by Nationwide taking ownership and contacting companies to resolve the issue. It is appalling to leave customers unable to make payments, so they lose services or incur additional costs.

    @AskNationwide anyone else having problems with regular payments (i.e. subscriptions, annual renewals) being declined by Nationwide? So far I've lost my Amazon Prime, Netflix, supermarket delivery pass and expecting more. Will be transferring my account if not resolved this week.

    @AskNationwide @bealzebum After that you will deal with rubbish service and poor systems .. but don't worry your money is safe .. because at least the government is protecting that

    @AskNationwide I am able to switch my mortgage deal, due to my term coming to an end. However your online mortgage manager is not working at all, the link fails on my PC and phone. Is this being resolved?!

    @AskNationwide hey guys GoCompare is showing home insurance for £116 without any discount and Nationwide site is showing £113 with 25% discount for members for same policy with Nationwide

    Just to let people know @AskNationwide give you warnings on your account if you threaten legal action over them not providing the services they stated. Bully tactics and a half , issue was bad enough to give us compensation over so obviously we would of had a court case. ABYSMAL.
