    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

    @geordiegirlx @AskNationwide I think there was qualifying criteria. Have a look on their website so next time you get it!

    @somersetlevel @HalifaxBank They have useless customer service. Dumped them years back and shifted to @AskNationwide and never regretted it.

    @LloydsBank with increased profits at the expense of customers. Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.

    Trying to open a Flex Current account online, but getting an error message that says the problem is your end. Are you aware of this? @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide The app issue has been ongoing for the last fortnight. I've restarted my device, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is glitches aplenty when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

    @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes
