    @AskNationwide It's a regular fail, no problem with phone reception Vodafone and other codes arrive fine it's your systems

    @AskNationwide since installing iOS16 on Monday, my Nationwide app is taking around 20 secs to get to FaceID when before it was almost instant. Using 70Mbps broadband so no issues there … you had at least 4 months of betas to prepare so what’s the issue?

    @AskNationwide your website is rubbish at sending login codes 🙄 constantly having to use a card reader but that's not an option away from home. Frustrated
