@AskNationwide this transfer issue is a mess. Can you at least give your customers some info about the cause of the issue? Even if you can't give a timeframe for a fix, having some clarity goes a long way to help those who are worried about bills, food, Christmas shopping etc

@AskNationwide I want a time that my payments will be in, not a poxy template excuse and reply. How dare you say ‘we don’t know how long it will take’. Bills and wages are due in and your rotten customer treatment is appalling. What are you doing for compensation for this?
