    Dear @JustEatUK and @AskNationwide, my partner’s JustEat account was hacked and a fraudulent purchase was made, much to her horror. Nationwide says, this is a problem for JustEat; JustEat says it’s Nationwide’s problem. Either of you want to step up and help get her money back?

    @AskNationwide You absolutely have to be joking with this tweet. We have been given nothing but obstructive behaviour, lies and incompetence since I started the procedure to close my late mother's account and access the money. You are deliberately holding on to MY money to increase your profits

    @AskNationwide Imagine 50 pence pieces so badly corroded that Saxon coins that have been buried underground for centuries look favourable by comparison. Now imagine one of your bank staff putting these coins in a bag and handing it to a customer and thinking that is okay.

    @AskNationwide Ref M616972170 - also made complaint ( NBS7685836) on 1st Sept thinking that would help, but apparently not. Found out yesterday that I will hear again about progress of complaint on 5th Oct 😡
