@AskNationwide could you please tell me why it states on your website that a Credit Union statement can be used as Proof of Current address, both in branch & online, but I was told in branch they couldn't accept it as my statement had been printed BY Credit Union & posted to me?

  • _Kerry_Dunn_ Kerry Dunn (@_Kerry_Dunn_) reported

@AskNationwide All they said was that they couldn't accept my statement as it had been printed, they didn't give me any other information. I did explain that it states on the website that you do accept Credit Union statements, but they refused.

@AskNationwide There was on our previous product, when we switched in February it was explained clearly that once the switch was made we wouldn’t be able to access the money. Been through complaints procedure, went against us. We just want a solution

  • cm_uk Chris Martin (@cm_uk) reported

@AskNationwide No one is helping since this is a system error and an internal process error. It’s an error on your side which is preventing me from getting the offer to enable@me to remortgage. I need someone to take ownership of the issue and get to a resolution asap.

@AskNationwide Thanks but just got a message to say they have refunded the money. Many thanks for your help.

@dfer_docs @AskNationwide Exactly, it’s not a mainstream measuring system so effectively meaningless. And worthless to the many gay, ******* and bi being let down everyday by them

@AskNationwide @HairyMonkeyGor1 Embarrassing to call that out as a positive. You’re basically saying you let Stonewall do the thinking so you can climb in their ranks. Shame they don’t apply the actual laws and make **** up instead.

@AskNationwide hi, I have a new mortgage with you. My repayments are set for the 28th of each month. If this is a weekend or BH, does it come out on the last working day before or next working day after the 28th?

  • Groll4 Dieter Groll (@Groll4) reported

@AskNationwide Hi I have a fixed term mortgage coming to an end soon. How soon can I look to get a new deal with you without paying an early repayment charge? Or do I need to wait until the end of the fix?

@AskNationwide @EnglandFootball As a Nationwide customer I find this very worrying for the girls and women you are trying to exclude from female sports
