@AskNationwide Kayleigh. I understand U are trying but seeing as Joe has been fully briefed on the issues my family have had, & done nothing but have had people tell me that it's not Nationwide that's to blame , when it's their chosen agent that's causing it. I'm just letting everybody know

@AskNationwide U appoint the insurers, & if U're happy to inflict this level of service to save money it says loads about what U think of your customers. Hope your bonus was a good one for the record quarterly profits. I'm watching my family struggle. Enjoy spending it. Bet I'm blocked.

@AskNationwide . Months of emailing Joe Garner, months of enforced moves, months of slow works because they're cheaper, months of suffering for my son & wife. Nationwide use insurers that are cheap & we suffer. Joe doesn't care. Nationwide doesn't care once I can't be fobbed off with £200.
