@AskNationwide So it appears nationwide have lost over 600 pounds due in my account yesterday. Customer services cannot find any trace of my money yet I have been sent proof from my employer it was sent, received, and forwarded to my account by nationwide. Where is my money @AskNationwide

  • Emmy25134677 Emmy (@Emmy25134677) reported

@AskNationwide Mine hasn’t gone in either and I’m hard of hearing and have no idea how I’m supposed to sort this! The problem isn’t sorted so stop saying all delayed payments have been processed! Ugh!

  • Ooga_Chaka79 Phil (@Ooga_Chaka79) reported

@AskNationwide I tried to make a payment to someone with a nationwide bank account yesterday. The payment bounced back so I tried again and same thing happened. Now you have fixed the payments issue, will both payments now end up debiting my account?

  • readyStateFail deJayaGalloway (@readyStateFail) reported

@AskNationwide Hi - someone tried to send me money several times yesterday, receiving only "Error" each time from their bank. Will that transaction still take place [nothing there yet] and if so, will it happen once for each time they tried?

  • hazeldineange Angehazeldine (@hazeldineange) reported

@AskNationwide you keep saying the issue has been fixed but it definitely hasn't. Money I've transferred has not appeared in accounts yet.

@AskNationwide Sorry doesn’t really cut it. Atrocious and nothing being offered as an apology or for inconvenience or anything. Been with this bank for 12 years. I bet I’m not the only customer you will be losing over this.

@AskNationwide I still can't make a payment to a Nationwide account from Lloyds - just tried to make a faster payment and it comes up with the same error as yesterday - is there still an issue?
