    @AskNationwide Hello, I ordered a credit card over 10 working days ago and I still haven’t received it. I start a new job on Monday which I need the card for to pay for travelling but now I won’t be able to get there because of your inadequate service. Trashy Bank

    @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡

    @AskNationwide I've tired calling the bank now 3 times today and everytime I've got through they can't hear me... I know it's not the phone as I've used 3 different phones. Is there a problem on your end ?

    Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇
