    @HSBC_UK please return the £150,000 that has been in your bank since 17 August in your capacity as correspondent bank. At least engage with me and tell me when it will be released - this is a joke. @AskNationwide how can it take 10 working days to return the money ?

    @AskNationwide Hi I am an existing Nationwide customer and I recently switched another bank account to a second FlexDirect account. I have only been paid £100 as opposed to £125 for existing Nationwide members. Can you please rectify this?

    @AskNationwide No idea am now at work, so can’t even get to nationwide now. Guess i be made to pay charges now. Really unfair i been to two nationwides this morning and neither were working with deposits. If i had time in the day i wouldn’t need to use the machines

    @AskNationwide It seems to be both the app and internet banking. I’ve also tried to set up the payee again but it came back with an error

    @AskNationwide Shops are all fully open Hannah. Post Offices are all fully open. Your business and personal customers are all at work. It’s not good enough. If it’s a staffing issue then hire more staff.
