    @AskNationwide The new look website. It's much worse than the previous version. Please tell us we can keep using the better version indefinitely. The new one shows debits and credits in the same column, without the account balance afterwards. It's terrible.

    @AskNationwide what the heck is going on? Your phone customer support drops calls claiming a “technical issue”. The banking app’s chat is in a death loop and isn’t working. The banking app isn’t showing details like standing orders. ETA for fixes? There’s no way to contact you.

    @AskNationwide still awaiting for passnumber I can read, pin number, the app is down and arti is useless, plus there's no email address, so how do we use the bank?

    @AskNationwide UK National Cyber Security Centre recommends passkeys. Nationwide does not appear to have issued a statement about why it does not use them for banking. As your customer I would like a statement please about when you will adopt passkeys

    @AskNationwide so im overseas and I've list my credit card. My app is is on another phone. Tried to call to cancel the card - appears your not working. So what shoukd i do?

    @AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you don’t already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc
