@AskNationwide called up and the woman on the phone quite frankly had no idea what she was doing and didn't understand what the issue was, she tried to put me through to sales but instead kicked me back to the main options menu where I'd already sat for 20+ mins!

Near impossible to get through to @AskNationwide mortgages on the phone and, when you do, you get routed around in circles on the same hold lines WTF #sortitout #competencynotpoetry

@AskNationwide I've tried both. On my phone and on the website, my application is on my applications page but says incomplete. When I go to complete it I'm getting a service unavailable error.

@AskNationwide It doesn't work....customer number or debit card number only. This is a credit card (they are different from debit cards). This is ridiculous.

@AskNationwide I'm having serious issues getting a quote for a personal loan - either the page doesn't load at all (HTTP error 503 service not available) or I get an error after putting all my info in saying I need to call you as something's not right 1/2

Another bank’s ATM refuses to regurgitate my debit card. Phone call to @AskNationwide sorts it out. Thanks to the friendly staff member who offers quick, helpful & efficient service.

@AskNationwide I didn't want your members details. I was going to provide you with my telephone number and thought you would consider them yourself and inform them to ring me to return to them. It was my 'data' i was providing. But hey ho. Your policies don't help your clients.
