    @AskNationwide Small businesses relying on faster payments so they can pay for their bills and christmas related Purchases. Compensation is needed. Awful

    @AskNationwide Be interesting to see your share price tomorrow, I bet it will be on its arse. Absolutely shocking service. I’ll be changing my bank acccount for sure after this. You have left people scared and upset, not knowing when or if they will get there money. Shame on you.

    @AskNationwide I can’t believe a huge established bank is STILL having these issues. It’s been ALL day. People need access to THEIR money more than ever this time of year. I for one will be changing banks in the new year this is disgraceful.
