Gemma H (@gem_gem14) reported@AskNationwide I have switched my bank over to you fully and still have no option setting up biometrics to remove card reader. Be coming an issue as canโt send my teenager funds if needed. How long after switching will this take to be an option?

This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.
