No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

Ash Davidson (@AshDavidsonUK) reported@financefraz @AskNationwide Yeah was a shame, turned out that if your rejected at any point it’s on system for all applications. The first one got rejected due to a format issue with one of the inputs 🙄
