    @AskNationwide I was told that if I went into a branch with ID I could take out cash or use my old card which I don’t have anymore. My new card is not working. Told this is known issue.

    @AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

    @AskNationwide It is, because I can’t afford the deposit. However, I am paying over 800 quid a month in rent, and have been for a good few years, which surely demonstrates I can afford the repayments? Perhaps reevaluate your mortgage eligibility criteria to help the many people like ourselves?

    @AskNationwide I just got told this on the live chat but can’t believe what I’m hearing. Can’t use new card at all. So either there’s a known issue or there isn’t. Please confirm

    @AskNationwide @EnglandFootball My greatness was made in Scotland…you have nothing to offer me other than the judgmental abuse you gave when it came to funding the house that I subsequently built with @scotgov self-build funding and my own hands and now live in…so keep your “Nationwide” garbage to yourselves!

    @AskNationwide is there really a known issue which means new debit cards aren’t working? Just got told the only solution is to go to a branch (!) and withdraw OTC
