    @AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.

    @DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide shocking we moved to Nationwide due to a load of **** at HSBC If we encounter any issues we will move again Where do you recommend?
