    @AskNationwide No, I can't do that as your bank has a stupid policy where you need the bank card to access interentet banking. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.

    @AskNationwide your service is ridiculous. Called twice and agent called Chelsea dropped the call on me and was rude
