@AskNationwide my online banking app hasn’t been working for a week now. It just says there’s an error on your side and says to restart. I have updated my phone, deleted and reinstalled and updated the app. At this point I’m considering moving banks.

@AskNationwide so, you’ve closed an aged account & now, after promising to restore access to my funds, I’m still being pushed from pillar to post - this appears like a totally chaotic way to manage banking services. I’d strongly suggest bank elsewhere. #notgoodenough #nationwide

@itvMLshow @AskNationwide It was reasonable to think accounts had not been created and to try again. The site had actually been creating them all after saying it had not, but customers only found them in the App the next day. Letters are also being posted at a huge unnecessary cost.

@AskNationwide I’m a bit confused. I’ve had my debit card on Google Pay for sometime, no issues. Then today I switch my phone on to a message to say I can now use it contactless … isn’t that what I’ve been doing all along? What exactly has changed? Thanks

@MarkHowitt @PrincipalityBS @AskNationwide Glad Principality's customer service is helping out with the extension—that's solid. BACS transfers from Nationwide can take 3-5 working days, so if that's the holdup, check their app for Faster Payments option. Hope it resolves quickly!
