@AskNationwide Hello. I started to process of applying for. Flex one account for my two 13yr olds. I didn’t have their passports at the time and want to know if I can access the application and upload their passport if or can I take their passports into my local branch.

@AskNationwide According to @thefca @MartinSLewis the new regulations were designed to protect loyal customers and phoning is no help I am guessing you are getting many calls because your helpline is unhelpful and abrupt saying they cannot do anything

@AskNationwide why are you still forcing your staff to #WFH?? Majority of us have gone back to work so why can't you? You capitalised on covid, hastily shut down offices, and walked away laughing with record profits. Disgrace. You don't care about your staff's mental wellbeing!

@AskNationwide So what was the reasoning for them to WFH when the order was lifted in July/Aug last year? Desks were always an issue & it's even worse now you've closed many offices off the back of an employee survey re: WFH. What was the response rate to the survey?
