@AskNationwide Thank you for the reply. Any plans to upgrade the App? Other banks' apps allow editing of the payee reference each time, which is very useful as most banking done through the app, not the full website version.

@AskNationwide The latest letter from them is dated 23.9.21 but does not refer to the complaint. Their letters do not give the impression they have been read by a customer orientated person.
