  @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

  @AskNationwide I made two payments a couple of days ago which have come out of my account but haven't arrived at the payees account. Is there a known payment issue or is there a number I can call to check?

  @AskNationwide Why will no one speak to me. You online banking is not working and no one in Nationwide cares.

  @AskNationwide Having trouble making payments to unsaved payees that automatically open the app to make a payment. Always gets a vague "Something has gone wrong" error message. Even paying my AmEx like I have done numerous times.

  @AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.

  @AskNationwide My state pension has not been paid in. I can’t take it up with the DWP until you confirm it’s not a nationwide problem. I can’t get to find out if it is. Sadiq blew me off with a ‘will be credited’ but no idea when - no one available to talk

  @AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

  Day two of no pension in @AskNationwide account. ‘Chat’ useless - twice. Phone calls ‘nobody to take your call’ - they don’t accept emails They aren’t having problems as ‘Emm’ apparently investigated. DWP confirm money sent. So @AskNationwide .. what can I do next??

  @AskNationwide I have called this number. Unfortunately the helpful agent couldn't help. There might be a bug on your contactless limit edit page. Is there an IT helpline I can call?
