    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    @AskNationwide I’m really sorry but your information is incorrect. I’ve spoken to them this morning and they apologised for not being able to take a call on Thursday despite asking me to call. The number you gave will not get answered on Tuesdays or Thursdays even though the team are working.

    @AskNationwide hi, yet again I find myself logging into my online banking to see a payment both on my confirmed payments *and* my pending payments. This is the 3rd time this has happened in 2 months. What is going on...?! Please fix this.

    @AskNationwide Yes; if I phone you again in 5-7 days, going through the long winded process to get to the right person. They also could not tell me how they are going to help me survive until then, considering I’m now 1k down and still have bills to pay

    @AskNationwide It's via the chatbot on the message page in the internet banking. It's not been working for months and every time I raise it I just get told that you're unaware of any issues. Guessing nobody has ever really bothered to check it...

    @AskNationwide We are still in Wales on holiday awaiting @enterprisecares to offer any update 5 hours after the first call - not customer focussed at all, unlike @TheAA_UK

    @AskNationwide very disappointed with service this. Tried to pay from flex account to credit card; app told me it had timed out and no payment was made. Checked and it hadn’t gone. So tried it again and it worked. Then account shows 2 payments! Phoned and told nothing can be done
