@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide People do not have time to do this every day. Half an hour on hold yesterday. Don’t have that time today. Clearly a problem with using it on apps. Trainline yesterday. Shell today. Embarrassing and inconvenient.

@AskNationwide I know. I mentioned that twice already. I just don't know why Nationwide thinks that's ok. I have no access to funds until this is resolved. I have an important bill to pay. I'm stuck, and there's no sense of urgency on your side at all, just people repeating the same message

@AskNationwide I appreciate that call centres are busy but to be on hold for over an hour then transferred to a dept that was closed is pretty poor customer service. Any chance someone wants to get in touch so I can discuss my initial reason to call?
