    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    @AskNationwide is your digital banking service okay today? My OTP code took 10 mins to deliver by SMS, now been over 30 mins with nothing. Email the same. It's a poor customer experience compared to other banking vendors... maybe invest in improving it?

    @AskNationwide It's not in your terms and conditions to block accounts every six months when people try and spend their money and go successful through your security checks. Utter nonsense, not cool story.

    Every six months or so @AskNationwide block my account, stop my card and cause unnecessary stress and admin. You're a nightmare. After 20+ years with you, you can now 🖕. I'm off. While you'll say it's 'helping to prevent fraud' I like to call it 'spending my sodding money'
