Heather Finlay 🕊️KPSS💚🤍💜 (@LuxuryMoon) reported@AskNationwide Your new style layout for online banking is very poor and much worse than the current one. I sent a message a couple of days ago saying that I don’t want to switch but received no reply. The old style holds the information on one page . With a grid format that makes it easier to see and find a transaction . The new one is all over the place , disorganised and forces me to scroll up and down constantly . It seems that you have gone for a system that suits your tech staff but not your actual customers How do I retain the old style? I feel so strongly about this that I will move to another bank if forced to use the new style

Jenny Smith (@GoodyActually) reportedI did get a response! Well done @AskNationwide for at least not pretending that I didn't exist ... ... ... but it was very dismissive - referred me to 'the team' and said "we stand by our support of this event". 3/

Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@gondo_nicole @AskNationwide Thanks but that’s not what their website says, also he has been accepted and the uni had provided the relevant codes to open his student account. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn’t be opened so this is incorrect

Mary (@maryphillips22) reported@AskNationwide any updates? Can’t get through to telephone banking as you have a 50 minute wait time!! Your website says internet banking is working so why can’t I log in?

Al (@Alimarielen) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Nationwide are the most awful bank and investors. Mt Daughter trust fund came back as just over £500. All her friends have over £1000. Not a good entry for your boy into trying to navigate finance

Jon B (@ozzybn1989) reported@AskNationwide We’ve instructed the Halifax to cancel the switch as the experience we’ve had with Nationwide over the last 10 days has been very stressful for her. She has dementia and it seems N’wide can’t offer support to someone with her needs. Thanks anyway.

Johnboy Scott 🏴🏴 (@Johnboy014) reported@AskNationwide Got better things to attend to Nathan. Again, cracking customer service. Keep up the good work 👍

Andrea ☘️ (@11glittergal) reported@AskNationwide customer service is shocking. My elderly, disabled widowed mum has been scammed and you’ve refused to do anything. Your advisor was very patronising and his attitude stank. This is why I moved to another bank myself and have advised mum to do the same!
