Wayne Mackie (@mackiewayne0) reported@AskNationwide Hi Jamie it’s 03457302011 I can apparently fix in to another deal 01.10.2022 but interest rates are increasing again in next few days but av been told I will be charged £350 to do it just a few days earlier 😳
-
Mark Bradbury (@bradburymark) reported@HenryPryor @AskNationwide OK this is higher than expected but increases were inevitable. As recently as March 2022 Nationwide would fix for 5 years at 1.59 and in some cases as low as 1.34%.

Clifton Grump (@_vanhooydonk) reported@AskNationwide Thanks Jamie, unfortunately my query directs me to using the phoneline as the only service option.
-
VeniVidiVici (@VeniVid62045424) reported@HenryPryor @AskNationwide There is no way around this. House prices are unsustainable when rates are higher. Gov should support people on negative equity but must allow prices to drop on avg wage levels.

Dave Elliott (@The_Iceman2288) reported@AskNationwide Hi, I'm going to be closing my Help To Buy ISA soon. Would it be more efficient to do it online and get the final statement posted or go to a Nationwide store?
-
Clifton Grump (@_vanhooydonk) reportedHi @AskNationwide, does your customer line 03457 30 20 11 still operate? It hasn't been accepting calls for 24 hours, thanks
-
Juha Hiekkamäki (@hiekkama) reportedHi @AskNationwide, is there some issue with international transfers as SWIFT payments coming from Finland bounce with "NAIAGB21 is not a valid"? It's been working fine for years, just not this month and sender bank claims it's not a problem on their end.
-
Will (@WillP782) reported@AskNationwide 2/2 I see you have now put your rates up again but I still can't get anywhere to actually renew it. I am missing out on a deal due what appears to be an IT issue and lack of staff to support customers during an already difficult time.
