After spending hours arranging a contract with a Nationwide customer whom I met at his home had lenghty discussions and agreed a contract he signed and asked to proceed. NATIONWIDE text him, called him witheld Payment! Said it was a SCAM!

Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.

I start a new job on Monday which I need the card for to pay for travelling but now I won’t be able to get there because of your inadequate service. Trashy Bank
