    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    @AskNationwide Visiting the branch in leeds is inconvenient and time consuming. This process is not good and old fashioned... Even when he gets s cheque it will it will takes days to clear. He needs the money this week and nothing in the communcations we have received suggested a problem.

    @AskNationwide I’m able to access flex plus account and isa via the app, but visa credit only showing a current balance and, when I tap to see transactions it repeatedly states “timed out”. This is concerning as the stated debit balance is far higher than expected. Advise please

    @AskNationwide "Here to fleece you during the pandemic" judging by ridiculous surge in half year profits just posted. For the members, who you kidding. Customer Service and savings rates slashed. Clearly reflected in these obscene profits. Absolutely obscene and no doubt bumper bonuses for SMT!

    @AskNationwide Hi, we still haven't had this problem fixed. 30hrs trying to keep a baby warm with no heating, cooker or hot water isn't easy when it's snowing outside. Yesterday we used the library to keep warm but we don't have that option today.
