    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    @AskNationwide Hello, i did try to do it again on the website bet the same issue happened again..so in the end I went to my bank and it’s all sorted now. Thanks again for the help anyway

    @AskNationwide You are a awful bank. I am a vulnerable person and no-one can give me a reason as to why you're holding my money. The person I spoke to on the phone was SO rude to me. How the hell is it legal for you to hold my money hostage for no reason and no-one can tell me why!!

    @AskNationwide @FranatAFI I can't access online banking either at the moment. Keep getting error message about "we seem to be experiencing technical difficulties". The app is fine though

    @AskNationwide Hi, wife now very upset with you. She opened a Flex Account last week on my advice (I've been with you for years with no problems until now) but you have just told her you've blocked her account and she has to contact the Fraud team??? What on earth is going on?

    @AskNationwide @datliz I have done this twice now and the only reply you get is to change the reference in the online banking module. That is not a solution to the problem. We need the option to be available in the app. This is going to be a dealbreaker if not sorted soon. @AskNationwide #slowservice
