@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@Cuddy2977 @AskNationwide Apparently they’ve switched to Microsoft Azure as their cloud platform, and that’s causing the issue. But surely no competent I.T. department wouldn’t have the failsafe of running the old system alongside the new until it’s been proven out. They could switch back temporarily.

@AskNationwide How long till this is rectified I’ve got all my@direct debits due today they have all bounced due to my wages failing to go in!! Your site says direct debits still work but one needs their money they have worked for to get them paid!
