MAC (@anelkamak) reported@AskNationwide I asked for a balance transfer for my MBNA card from my Nationwide credit card via a cheque which was prepared by Nationwide customer service. The money has left my Nationwide credit card but yet to reflect on my MBNA credit card.

john birch (@myartfoodtravel) reported@AskNationwide hello. Are your card services down again. I am in Spain and cannot use my contactless card. It's been declined 3 times. I cannot call as it's 40 a minute and it takes 30 minutes for you to answer. You then say there are no problems.

I was told by nationwide yesterday that contactless can take longer to show but I’ve never known it take this long (one yesterday one Sunday afternoon).
