    @AskNationwide I'm having problems transferring money from my current account to one of my savings account. I'm having problems both within the mobile app and also through the Internet bank. Is there something wrong at the moment with the system?

    @AskNationwide Hi. Trying to send some money to another account. Keeps saying entering details incorrectly. Just copying what's on card reader. Are there issues?

    @AskNationwide So you are offering new customers 5% on their current account whilst there has been no increase in the 0.5% rate on your 'Loyalty' saver despite all the BoE interest rate hikes - which you are passing on to mortgage customer immediately! How is that treating customers fairly?

    @AskNationwide I have changed banks to Nationwide and I find the app is not as good as other banks ie no transaction notifications. the log in process for the pc is old fashioned as well as the need for a card reader. When are you going to catch up with the others?

    All I wanted to do is cancel a direct debit and the guys asked me 100 questions never get asked that many questions to get into my account absolute joke so I’d rather just not ask for any help @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide PLEASE fix my online banking! It is terrible that I first brought this to your attention in May & you write to me saying you will contact me by 5th July. What on earth is going on?!
