@AskNationwide it is absolutely unacceptable to be on hold for an hour (first call) then get cut of by your customer service team and 25 minutes (second call) to again be cut off... My thoughts would be you clearly don't want my money...

@rufflemuffin @mathewtrivett @AskNationwide When are the challenger banks going to start offering mortgages? Then we might start seeing some changes in the mortgage market and better service experience? Policy also needs to change though!
