    @AskNationwide It dropped then gave an autobot ,the bot doesn't understand what I say,just gives choices of headers, can't sort problem with that boss

    @AskNationwide You made a loan to my father with dementia. Later as PoA for dad I did everything to ensure mum could pay loan. Spent hours in branch and on phone. Made new agreement but still mum being hounded despite paying every month. Who can help?
