    @AskNationwide My son is waiting for me to send him money so he can get home from his dads. And then get to college. My daughter needs money to get to work. My friend kindly lent me money yesterday and needs it back today for the dentist. How are you going to fix all this inconvenience

    @AskNationwide Payments down again been waiting 3 hours to receive a payment this is becoming a joke 3 hours and still waiting!!! I have bills to pay no other bank goes down this much definitely moving banks!!

    @AskNationwide I have transferred over £600 out of my nationwide this morning to cover rates bills etc and the money is still not in my Ulsterbank account 4 hours later. This is now a monthly problem with your bank

    @AskNationwide other than the little message on the app… where was the communication about this massive issue you’re having? Horrific customer service, I hope anyone that incurs charges and/or negative credit rating affects because of your issues are compensated fully and truly!

    @AskNationwide due to your payment issues, I can't get my standing order into my account to pay my mortgage payment and keep getting text messages from yourselves stating not enough money in the account, we won't be charged and get an issue on our credit report I hope?

    @AskNationwide will receive yet another late payment charge as there is a delay in money going in but direct debits still working. When will this get sorted??

    @AskNationwide another issues with payments again - I was expecting my wages to go int today. Do you have any ETA / Timescale when you're expected online? I am tempted to switch to @StarlingBank at the moment due to the ongoing issues
