    @AskNationwide I've told my husband, he's moving banks as soon as possible. You're slow to start with but this is daft #businesscontinuity #disasterrecovery #DoBetter

    @AskNationwide Thanks a lot nationwide, going hungry now because your service is sub par. This isn't the first time. either. Its one thing being stuck for cash but its totally another when I depend on your service and now I can feed myself, absolutely starving nice one!!!

    @TwunkWoop @sk94372333 @AskNationwide No it's not working you moron

    . @AskNationwide went down today meaning no transfers. It’s amazing the amount of people that don’t have any money put to one side!

  • markgsx_r Mark (@markgsx_r) reported

    @AskNationwide Any further updates? I have now missed my credit card payment deadline, even though the “faster” payment was made in plenty of time. How will you support members who incur charges resulting from this failure?

  • GrahamWilson999 Graham Wilson (@GrahamWilson999) reported

    @AskNationwide Maybe if Nationwide concentrated on having there systems working correctly instead of giving out prizes. How can a technical issue wipe out payments only days before Christmas. Shocking. Hope NW have some prize money left to pay compensation to affected customers!

  • ELSL96 ELS96 (@ELSL96) reported

    @TwunkWoop @sk94372333 @AskNationwide It is NOT "working now". And don't come on here telling people to "chill", when some of us haven't received our wages/money, a few days before Christmas! You've no idea the mess some people have been left in today.

    @AskNationwide Hi. Just to check, are BACS payments being affected by the current issues (so, incoming wages for example), or is it only other types of transaction which are out of action? Thanks.

  • DonneronWilson Donna Wilson (@DonneronWilson) reported

    @liquidaria @AskNationwide It doesn't say that on the actual website. Still saying fully broken :(

  • AmirahKukan amirah kukan (@AmirahKukan) reported

    @laurajaneosborn @AskNationwide Hopefully not. I'm praying the problem will be fixed for everyone b4 that. Benefits use BACS I've seen that a few customers have recieved their payments. I really hope this is the case
