@AskNationwide @AskNationwide Yes it was done via the switch service. I’ve asked family to change their details to my new nationwide account for a SO and it says it can’t identify the details which is what was happening when I was trying to change bank details on my child benefit payments

@AskNationwide I have a disputed payment that I didn’t authorise. I am trying to complete the form on your website and it’s asking for a copy of a receipt!!!! I don’t have one as I didn’t authorise the payment so how do I complete this form????

@HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those I’ve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.
