@AskNationwide I’m very disappointed with the service I have received today, as a Customer of nearly 40 years I sought help with a problem and I was promised a call back that never came and when I rang again the call went dead, when I rang AGAIN I got the recorded message 🙄

@AskNationwide @dame237 Matthew davies member executive threatens a vunerable adult with account closure after complaint issued as lost £1600 and nationwide ceo does nothing on dispute claim, matthew sends reply with threats in, dont trust or use this bank they do nothing to help me losing 1600

@AskNationwide I’m moving to you but have found out you are closing payM a service I use a lot. You say there are other options but these all require a card reader! Who carry’s a card reader round with them 24/7? You are closing a service without a replacement
