    @AskNationwide 1/2 I see you are ending free travel insurance for your Flexi Account customers on 31st December 2021 & I believe this is because the Covid cover makes it too expensive for you to provide. So you think it is OK to penalise is more during this terrible pandemic!

    @AskNationwide the web chat team seem to only want me to set up a new account and move everything over rather than looking into the issue as they say they cant look into it

    @AskNationwide Can I just get a card reader today from somewhere because it’ll solve all the issues. You’ve apparently sent 4 but I’ve received none.
