Very last "Finish" button on the final page..... Does absolutely nothing. Visually presses down... Page does nothing. Not impressed

Whyareyouatthewake (@thisisonyoux) reported@AskNationwide So you cannot change any reference on the app? And you still use card readers. This is completely ridiculous. I now can't transfer money on the go and need to log in to online banking on a laptop just to be able to change a reference? . Please feed this back

Andrew (@andrewmcsweeney) reported@AskNationwide giving me £75 compensation for failure to answer my repeat attempts to call you to change my mortgage before rate increase (cannot do online) is insulting. Your failure to provide service will cost me thousands of pounds.
