    @AskNationwide Hello, I ordered a credit card over 10 working days ago and I still haven’t received it. I start a new job on Monday which I need the card for to pay for travelling but now I won’t be able to get there because of your inadequate service. Trashy Bank

    @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?

    @AskNationwide any updates? Can’t get through to telephone banking as you have a 50 minute wait time!! Your website says internet banking is working so why can’t I log in?

    @AskNationwide hi, any known phone line issues? I’ve phoned twice and got cut off after being on hold for 6 minutes both times. Selected call back option and I’ve been hung up on again when the advisor phoned me back!

    I did get a response! Well done @AskNationwide for at least not pretending that I didn't exist ... ... ... but it was very dismissive - referred me to 'the team' and said "we stand by our support of this event". 3/
