After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

Nick (@nick2k7) reported@AskNationwide my debit card is due to expire next month, on your website it mentions you send new cards around 4 weeks before but I’m yet to receive one.

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
