    @AskNationwide So much for the £200 Account Switch incentive. I started my switch online on the 3rd Oct, got told the switch would complete on 14th Oct 22. It’s now 1st Nov 22, and still no incentive. All criteria met confirmed by customer services… SCAMMERS….

    @AskNationwide I applied for a flex plus account, the process crashed at the final click, I phoned up was told all ok, then I got a text saying t&c not complete, I phoned, told to apply again, it crashed again! That’s 2 credit searches on me now for nothing. Please help me!!

    @AskNationwide Can you help pls. Switching an account to you and trying to set up digital banking. It says it’s sent a text to my mobile but nothing received. Only other way to set up would be with a card reader but not been sent one of those yet?

    @JackPloppy @AskNationwide Try ringing the branch? I can do that with my local one (or could last time I tried). I know what you mean, though - getting to speak to someone about my undelivered supermarket order the other day was actually impossible. 25 minute wait to speak to an incompetent idiot.

    @AskNationwide thank you for keeping my accounts safe however today you have frozen my accounts for no reason and left me with no money and I can’t get through on the phone. Mobile app broken too. #pleasejistfixit and call me.
