@AskNationwide So I can afford an £800 per month. Over 35 years (and I will be working longer then that - cause I will have too) mean I can afford a £336k home , but due to interest rates you would only lead circa 115k …. So profits over Lending

@minime006 @MoneySavingExp Mine was fine with @AskNationwide ,not a single problem and I was expecting them after having trouble with Halifax years ago and the dreaded VirginMoney who were next to useless. I think the switching process has been refined over the years.

@AskNationwide Hi Nicole, yes I do :) I would prefer action to be taken much more than I’d prefer to be supplied with a phone number that is likely to be available on the website already, esp. given that I am already computer and internet literate .

Whats more annoying ? The @AskNationwide building society adverts with the awful poetry, or the @ITV advert with that bloody drum beat?

  • robrowres Rob Rowlands Research (@robrowres) reported

When a customers offers you feedback @AskNationwide do you: a) make the customer jump through hoops so they feel unvalued/the feedback is lost? or b) make it as easy as possible so you can improve your service? Could be on our side a bit better.

@AskNationwide @VOXI_UK ends up at £20 a month. I have received an email - today, when I have been with O2 since February 2021 to manage that problem. I'm not that bothered as let's face it this generation love getting away with this kind of "finance". I will try and change it
