@AskNationwide Yes its the latest version, it's your end that's the problem, there are obviously not enough servers to provide a decent enough service at peak usage.

@AskNationwide It was not mentioned anywhere. It is easy to refund £15 for such a big company like yours. Or would you rather lose a customer? If I won’t get a refund by Friday this week, I’ll make a switch. This situation is not okay, it’s just a rip off.

@AskNationwide help! British airways have taken £660 from my bank, I can't get hold of anyone from there, and Nationwide don't have there call centres open, am I going to just have to wait till tomorrow to try and get my money back?

@AskNationwide Thanks so much for your help, please can I DM you a screenshot of the email they have sent as they said they have tried again but it has been declined and they can’t refund to a new card number even though my account is the same?
