@AskNationwide I've had to cancel both my disabled sons respite and my shopping order was cancelled. We have no food ,the banks are shut in Scotland ,now how do I access MY money now.

@AskNationwide Of course I’m having issues if I sent money to cover the shopping spent half of what I sent but the system is down. I don’t keep money in my current account incase they get hacked or my bank card gets lost.

@AskNationwide been with you guys for over 10 years, dont usually have a problem, but recently it's been diabolical. I want a time frame for when this will be fixed or the reason that the payments are not coming through

@AskNationwide Looking at the number of vulnerable customers on here not receiving PIP payments for example i think you need a priority database to support them to make sure they are at the top of the queue when due incoming payments. Some need it more than others and should be prioritised.
