@AskNationwide Yes I have. As I said I tried different laptops too. It's still not working and the person on the phone last night was extremely patronising explaining to click the sign in button etc as if I hadn't realised I had to do that 🙄 I hope they don't speak to older customers that way.

@AskNationwide Maybe it's not actually me not knowing how to type an email and press a button and there is something wrong with your website if changing browsers, devices, clearing cache and cookies don't work and it still produce the 'whoops something went wrong please try later'? (1/2)

@AskNationwide I need to make a transfer (payee) ASAP, it’s an emergency! I’ve logged in via your website and your app, but I keep getting asked for a card reader! I don’t have one! Banks like Santander have no such process. This is absurd, no wonder why you’re losing customers!!

@AskNationwide I press the log in button after putting in my details and it 'loads' for a few minutes then says "whoops something went wrong please try later" at the top. Repeated last night and this morning on several different browsers and devices. My Internet is fine. My details are correct.
