Walid (@walid_ahmadi07) reported@AskNationwide @DifferentHoney I have never received this £100 despite being long serving customer😔
-
glosuk68 (@glosuk68) reported@santanderuk Not only have you not opened your Leighton Buzzard branch today (and next weekend), your one outside cash machine is down. Thankfully the @AskNationwide is open and their machines are working.

Luke Terzino 🪐 (@LucasTerzino) reported@AskNationwide @GarethSamuel8 That’s a shame, I’ve been a flex plus customer for years, would have been a nice touch.
-
RoslynByfield (@RoslynByfield) reportedThe Bottom Line talking about changes to business over 20 years and now focusing on boards: now more women but some way to go. @AskNationwide has just prevented a customer from getting onto their board. #wato #bbcpm

B (@scriptwren) reported@yawizzy @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Sometimes these days it’s the best way to get proper customer service, that’s why. Why are you trying to police social media like this? Clearly they have exhausted face to face possibilities. What happened to decent customer service and a bit of empathy?
-
Marv147 (@Marv147) reported@liamoa @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide The point being that the lad already held an account with Nationwide so he wasn’t a new customer, he was just trying to open an additional account.
-
Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@sadietrent_92 @AskNationwide Incorrect. He did open his bank accouny through the main branch, he had all the required documentation which was confirmed. Issue is why the first branch were gatekeeping when the other branch confirmed that what they had asked for was completely unnecessary

Yaw Asante (@yawizzy) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Go talk to the manager at the bank not here. Not everything is for social media and public consumption. The bank will probably DM you and ask to do same. What happened to offline problem solving?
-
Scunner Campbell🏴💙🇺🇦 (@Turbo_GSXR11) reported@AskNationwide Post has been. Still NO new issue card. Over a WEEK later. A week!
-
Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?
