    @AskNationwide I tried to pay money into an atm today but it rejected some so flattened it out put it back in rejected £20 then said it can’t give the money back. I’ve now lost £90 and the branch hasn’t open until Tuesday when I’m working. I have bills to pay which I now can’t do

    @AskNationwide The chat on the app leaves me talking to some agent in India who has no actual power to help me with my request. I just want someone in the UK with actual access to help. Why is this so hard to get?

    I can open and use a @StarlingBank account in minutes. I'm 8 days into a @AskNationwide account setup and I still can't login because I need another thing I don't have.

    @AskNationwide Already lodge complaint but I will DM reference but like said fix that serious IT issue u have and misuse of customer data ie you need to deregister everyone online banking and they have to register otherwise u still breaking law.
