    @AskNationwide How would I have locked my pass no.? I was entering it correctly every time & it didn't tell me it was locked, only that *if* I entered it incorrectly again I'd have to wait 30mins before trying again. Desktop log in worked (card reader) but got screen saying I need to set up?

    @AskNationwide can you fix your app so when you 'pay or move' money to someone you've paid before you can edit the details section, e.g. with a new invoice number, without having to add them all over again

    @AskNationwide I’m trying to phone someone for advice on a loan after being told they couldn’t help in store but the lines are closed even though website says 9-5? Why is that?
