    @AskNationwide hi there, just looked into this. it doesn;t seem to show my name or address on the current statement. problem i have is i have switched to you and my ISA needs to see the statement to make it my nominated bank account.

    @AskNationwide No I'm in crewe guest house for the weekend! Can't understand why I now have to go to an ATM and get cash out for paying for a service? Unless there's a branch open there early morning?

    @AskNationwide why the lousy service? I asked for a £0.03p credit as a result of same day FX rate fluctuation and you call centre agent told me no, and then agreed I could close my account if I felt strongly about the decision! Bonkers.
