@AskNationwide 3 months of this now. You are really making me want to switch banks. 😡. This is beyond a joke. I know last time you said sorry and gave out funds to cover any interest etc. but how long can you keep this up. Your going to lose all your customers. Please fix.

  • jww2906 John (@jww2906) reported

@AskNationwide When are you going to sort out your server issues, the constant technical issues are unacceptable, like several other people, bills will be delayed paying, transfers not being made. Further charges incurred. Thinking of moving account

  • bert_racer Bert Racer (@bert_racer) reported

@AskNationwide are you having problems with incoming payments into your customers current accounts? There's a note on the app but not sure if refers to payments going out or in. Clarity much appreciated

@AskNationwide Ridiculous not being able to access your own money after working all month, not able to get to work because of this, have 2 young children at home to feed. Not everyone has stacks of money in their banks to fall back on when things like this happen!!

  • BroadbandBrim79 BroadbandBrimmer (@BroadbandBrim79) reported

@AskNationwide You clearly can't be relied upon to give the service I need- but add in lack of information on ETA for payments and it becomes negligence/ incompetence. I'll call ahead and then visit- emptying this account today.

@AskNationwide Great so the DD can still come out but the money to play those direct debits can’t come in ? What a great service that is. Joke

@AskNationwide Its not good enough, had this problem over Xmas and new year just gone...instead of lining your pockets, maybe get your systems sorted so this doesn't happen

  • HalfPintGent Matt Chinnery (@HalfPintGent) reported

@AskNationwide What sort of time frame are we looking at for this? Will it be today? Bills will be coming out today and because of this the money isn't there to pay them.. I presume any bank fees if I go into overdrafts etc won't come into effect as a result of this issue?
