Just phoned @AskNationwide to ask about their green mortgage for green home improvements. The CSA spoke over me, basically looked online and read the info out on the website. Have they not been trained in this. Was also told I couldn't do any face to appoitments.

@AskNationwide I have received my payslip but the money is not in my account. Can you help? Will DM you - thanks

@phillym64 @AskNationwide Nope absolute joke they are how can they still be blaming covid for the service they are providing

  • McglynnDermot Dermot McGlynn (@McglynnDermot) reported

@AskNationwide what their customer care procedure is. Here's my experience 1. Sympathise. 2. Sympathise & blame everybody else except themselves. 3. Stop sympathising but blame everyone else. 4. Ask for DM so U can't be seen on here. 5. Offer complaints procedure. 6. Ignore U.

Hi @AskNationwide, the app hasn't been working for me all day (technical issues error on login). I can see lots of others are complaining of similar issues today, so I don't think your service status is correct. Can someone help me log in on the app?

@fastcarspete Better off than my relative. Who can't pay their care home bills, despite having the money, because @AskNationwide won't let them have access to their own money.

@AskNationwide It’s a standing order - it’s the same problem you have every month. It’s embarrassing now. You’ve paid me hundreds in compensation, sent big apology letters yet still it continues. I’ve checked with the sending bank before you say and it’s gone. It is not their issue

@AskNationwide Details same and correct. Was told no tech issue yr end so why different browser?

  • MelPetspalace Mel Penberthy 🐇🦄☁️🐈🦧 (@MelPetspalace) reported

@AskNationwide It seems to be rectified now. 👍 Are there any plans for cheques to be uploaded on your site anytime in the future? like other companies are providing? I don't have a Nationwide anywhere close to me and to send in cheques in by post seems a bit archaic. Thanks

@FireNWood1963 @AskNationwide Get shut of your ISA, get 1.5% easy access saver with @chase_uk or a bond with SmartSave or Monument at 2% for 2yrs or 2.11% with Al-Rayan Bank. Ditch and switch as Martin Lewis says. I'm going from 0.4 to 1.5%. You will need to pay tax, but it's nothing compared to interest.
