Been with @AskNationwide for nearly 30 years and yet haven’t been compensated for not being able to access my own money. Time to move banks I wonder? They are taking the pee now compensating only some customers. How is that fair Nationwide? We were ALL affected.

@AskNationwide Thanks Diane. It’s setting up the app on my new phone. Using card reader, go though all that and an error message appears. Seems to have worked now though. Thanks for a fast response!

@AskNationwide starting to get fed up of these constant down times when transactions aren't being processed I sometimes have to wait to get paid because of your bank being down how am I meant to transfer for essentials when your app is constantly down so disappointed in the corp.
