    @AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

    @AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

    @AskNationwide The "new look" on the customer web portal is atrocious. You must create an option to keep the previous format permanently! I would switch banks, but I've been a customer for 40 years. Hopefully you will get over whatever it is ur design team are going thru & go back to how it was

    @AskNationwide Yes, it says “we seem to be experiencing some technical problems”. I’ve tried a number of times to make a payment online and keep getting this. K

    Well done @AskNationwide for having a terrible online banking system that's stopping me from sorting out my finances. Whoever designs these things are sadistic.

    @Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
