    Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃

    @AskNationwide can someone at nationwide help me get the money returned from my old closed account back to the Zopa account it was sent from the bank chat team were inconsistent and unhelpful over the last 2 weeks getting desperate now

    @AskNationwide Your mobile app is great, your in branch customer service is spectacular. Your internet banking site however is awful, looking like it's from the early 2000's. Logging on to internet banking feels like I'm dealing with a different company🫤
