    @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

    @AskNationwide I can’t get to internet banking. It’s been blocked. Called again this morning and got someone but their system was down 🙃

    @AskNationwide hi Nationwide, new customer, how do I apply for a cash isa? It’s a mystery, website doesn’t specify if members or non members. Can’t call. How do I speak with someone please?

    @AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

    @AskNationwide I’ve tried phoning and been hung up on as it says I’m not registered to telephone banking. I need to access my account as I’ve got payments I need to make. The card that says I need to put in to the card reader isn’t my card.

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠
