    @HenryPryor @AskNationwide There is no way around this. House prices are unsustainable when rates are higher. Gov should support people on negative equity but must allow prices to drop on avg wage levels.

    @AskNationwide I’m the one who will be sorry when the deal I wanted is withdrawn or the rate goes up by the time I am able to call during your office hours again. Making calls during the working day is pretty much impossible.

    @AskNationwide 2/2 I see you have now put your rates up again but I still can't get anywhere to actually renew it. I am missing out on a deal due what appears to be an IT issue and lack of staff to support customers during an already difficult time.

    @AskNationwide Hi India - thanks for your reply but, as explained in my previous tweets, the phone support team have been unable to answer questions of this nature. Could you please let me know when our mortgage broker can expect to receive a reply to his emails of 22 - 28 Sep?
