    Astonishing "couldn't care less" attitude from @BankofScotland complaints department about a catalogue of errors the bank staff made. No apology and no attempt to ensure I remain a customer. Therefore I'll move alll my family's business to @AskNationwide #CustomerService BAD!

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide 1/2 Are you being serious? Ot everyone is sat by or has access to a computer 24/7. Why i didnt have access is neither relevant nor any of your business. And in my previous messages i said it’s not about you moving money for us.

    @AskNationwide The app is working fine, I see all my other accounts but my main account says it has not updated since 22:00 yesterday and you are working to get thing back to normal as soon as possible..
