    @AskNationwide Glad it's being investigated. Sadly literally every time I want to do something beyond just looking at the first page of my account your website just doesn't work properly. Your tech has stagnated for over a decade now. It's just complete corporate incompetence.

    @AskNationwide Hi there - I’m having trouble accessing past statements in PDF on the site. I get nothing if I click on the download link. If I click twice, it sends me to a log-in page. I’m already logged in. Each link appears to end in a null (#0) instead of a named file.

    @AskNationwide Trying to log back into the app as for some reason I’ve been logged out but it’s asking for my account number and sort code however I don’t have anything that has those details on. My account is a help to buy ISA

    @AskNationwide I have tried to open a one year triple access isa, as mine has come to an end, each time it gets to the end and creates an account number but after about 2 mins says an error has occurred.
