Why is it that @AskNationwide needs a card reader in 2025? Even on mobile when I have to use my fingerprint twice to login to my phone and then the app 🙃

@AskNationwide latest app update no longer allows payment to credit card with 'zero balance', despite a large pending balance! Also there's no longer a total shown for the pending balance. Such backward steps, not customer-friendly. 😭 Please put things back the way they were!

@GBPolitcs @danwootton @AskNationwide All under threat and coercion of having my account frozen and closed...which lets be honest, we all know that'll happen anyway, they just need to be able to say they followed due process. It is invasive, dystopian and leaves vulnerable service users at risk of having access to
