    @AskNationwide 1 Aldgate, London EC3N 1RE The machine is pretty much always out of service in the evening. Your staff are amazing at the branch. And try to help as much as they can . This is after the branch closes. why was E3 & E12 closed?

    @AskNationwide Again, spoke to someone on Saturday, regarding my case, was told someone would get in touch with me urgently and of course no response!!!!! I have never come across a bank with so many problems.

    @AskNationwide hello. I have a recurring problem. I pay a lump sum into my account to (more than) cover bills etc that are outgoing. I've just had an SMS telling me that there's not enough money in my account to make a payment. On checking, there's 10x the amount in my account.

    @AskNationwide Just on hold trying to get through to customer services (showing a 20 min wait - should I bother?) ... Tested on two different laptops and multiple browsers. Progress bar starts whirring but then fails and kicks me out. both on our current account and c.card account

    @AskNationwide I went into one of your branches today and asked to deposit money into my husband’s current account with you and was told that you no longer accept cash deposits over the counter? Yet your website says it does!

    @AskNationwide absolutely shocking service from yourselves! Applied for a mortgage on 8th March and documents are still to be reviewed and have been told you're on a 5 day turn around. Constantly have the phone put down on me and told to call back another day after 4pm!
